I've shopped with this retailer a few times now and I've usually been pretty happy with what I've bought. It's a bit annoying that they don't do exchanges, but the stuff I get is always good quality. Even though I was a bit worried after reading some not so great reviews lately, I decided to go for it and buy something that was on sale that I'd been wanting for ages. The price was great and I liked that they kept me in the loop about how my order was going. So, it was a nice surprise when my order turned up a day earlier than I thought it would. That was a nice little bonus. Even though I know Matches might be having a tough time after cutting staff, my experience was really easy and stress-free. It looks like most of the bad reviews are because of issues with returns and refunds, but I didn't have to deal with any of that this time.

I've been shopping with this retailer for ages, and I've always been happy with their service. Recently, I saw they had a 30% off deal on Celine sunglasses, so I thought I'd treat myself. I was a bit worried with everything going on, but I decided to go for it anyway. I got in touch to check on my order, and they got back to me straight away. They let me know when it was sent out and gave me the tracking info. When my sunglasses arrived, they were in perfect condition with all the bits and bobs. All in all, I'm really chuffed with how smooth everything went and the top-notch service I've had from this retailer all this time.
Wonderful shopping experience with Matchesfashion
As a fashion model and a father, I like to look good always and be at my best. I like rocking the best clothes. I don't even bother about how much it cost me. 2 years ago, I thought of making some changes to my cloth plug, then I searched the internet for where I can get the best clothes that fit my taste but I want satisfied with all I come across. Not until I was outside one day, and I met a long time friend who was also in the fashion line. We talked and he mentioned Matchesfashion, I bought a couples of clothes and I must confess that they are top-notch. Great designers in various colors. They really made my career great. I am so happy
Belstaff Overshirt
I decided to go for it and ordered the Belstaff Overshirt on a whim, didn't really think much of it at first. But let me tell you, I was really pleasantly surprised by how great it was! The price was so unbelievably low compared to other places, like a real bargain. And it arrived super quickly, on Monday morning no less, perfect timing to start showing it off. The service was excellent, really top-notch, and the value for money was just exceptional. Hats off to them for going above and beyond what I expected, it was a really fantastic shopping experience.
Unreturnable item, unhelpful customer service
This company is a complete joke. I bought a faulty item, asked for a return, and they sent me a label that DHL didn't want to pick up. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were not responsive or helpful. It seems like they don't value their customers once they've received payment. It's appalling that they can behave like this. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of purchasing anything from them.
Quick delivery of stone island shorts
I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase from this online shop. I ordered a pair of Stone Island shorts last Saturday and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived promptly on Wednesday morning. They were exactly as described - 100% authentic with all the tags and certilogo still attached. The quality is excellent, and I couldn't be happier. I bought a pair of Birkenstock shoes from this shop not long ago. To my disappointment, when my order arrived, I found they had sent me two right shoes instead of a proper pair. I emailed their customer service straight away to try and fix the problem, but sadly, I never got a response, even after waiting for two weeks. It was really frustrating not having a contact number to call for help, so overall, I was left feeling dissatisfied with the whole situation.
Recent EU orders
I made two orders in March that arrived quickly within a week, quite pleased with their fast delivery despite the distance from the EU. But now, I'm pretty gutted to learn that the company won't be shipping to my country anymore. This sudden change has left me feeling let down, especially since I've had great experiences with them over the years. It's a shame that I can't go ahead with the big order I had in mind because of this new shipping policy.

Unresponsive customer service
I bought some stuff recently but I have to send most of it back. The problem is, there were no return labels in the boxes. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for more than a week through emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls, but no one's getting back to me. It's really annoying and not very professional. After being a customer for so long, I think I deserve better service and a simple way to return things. It's really disappointing to see this lack of care and responsibility from a company I've been loyal to for over 15 years.
Return Process
I was a regular customer of this website, but I've noticed a big drop in their customer service recently. Returning items used to be easy, but now it's a complete nightmare. I tried to return an order but couldn't get a shipping label, and the "Administrators" were no help at all. The lack of communication is really annoying and makes me doubt if this company is trustworthy.
