Pair of boots
I recently bought a pair of boots online. Unfortunately, when they arrived, one of the zips was stuck. Luckily, the customer service from the company was amazing! The staff really went out of their way to fix the issue quickly, which was great. They were so personal and attentive, it was really nice. Ordering online was easy, and the follow-up phone calls to check I was happy with the boots were a nice touch. I have to say, the customer service team showed exceptional care - it's rare to find that these days. The quality of the boots was even better than I expected, so no regrets there. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for some great footwear.
Dream shoes in teal leather, mid-heel, size 8
I recently bought my dream shoes from this place and let me tell you, it was a real challenge trying to find something like them, even on busy shopping streets like Oxford Street. The teal leather mid-heel shoes in size 8 were just what I had been searching for. I decided to order them online and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to exchange them for a bigger size (7 to 8). What's more, the shoes were on sale when I made the purchase, and the company quickly refunded me the difference. I can't thank them enough for the outstanding service and the amazing product I received. Top-notch customer service all the way!
Cozy slippers
I have to say, I was a bit unsure about spending money on slippers from this place, but I read some great reviews so I decided to treat myself. And I have to say, I don't regret it at all. These comfy slippers have really made a difference for me. The price might be a bit high for some people, but believe me, they are totally worth it. The quality is excellent, the soles are strong, and they have lasted me for years. I usually wait for a sale to buy a pair, but I can honestly say that these slippers are a luxury that I deserve.
Green boots with fur lining
I bought a lovely pair of green boots with fur lining not long ago, and I have to say I'm really happy with them. Ordering online was so easy, and they arrived surprisingly quickly. I bought a pair of boots from the shop in Wells the other day and I have to say, the two ladies who helped me were really fantastic. They knew so much about the boots and were so enthusiastic, it really made my shopping trip a great one. I just wanted to say a big thank you and give them a shout out for their amazing customer service skills.
Slippers for narrow feet
I bought some slippers that looked like they were only suitable for people with really narrow feet. My daughter couldn't even squeeze her feet into them, which was a bit annoying because it seemed like there was something wrong with how they were made. To top it off, when I returned the slippers, Moshulu took off £3.99 from my refund for postage, even though that wasn't mentioned clearly on their website. They say they offer free returns with their own label, but that didn't happen. I feel like I've been tricked and cheated by their misleading website details.
Lovely comfortable ankle boots
I absolutely love the ankle boots I bought from this place! The leather is so soft and the colour is stunning, definitely better than I expected. I went for yellow to go with my snuggly winter coat, and they were just perfect. I can wander around cities in these boots for hours without any pain, they're so comfy. Loads of people have said nice things about them, so I'm thinking of getting another pair in a different colour. I'd definitely say check out their footwear range if you want style and comfort.
Ginger Ale Sandals
I bought two pairs of Ginger Ale sandals from this shop to check that they fit okay. Sadly, one pair I got was the wrong colour. But, the customer service I got when I told them was really great. The person I spoke to sorted everything out like a pro, swiftly ordering a new pair and sorting out next day delivery. They fixed the problem and even took care of the postage. I'm so happy with my bright and comfy sandals, I'll be ordering from them again for sure.

I bought some really comfy shoes and slippers from the store recently, and I have to say, I am super impressed with the quality. Second pair of shoes
These shoes are absolutely fantastic! I just had to get another pair after completely adoring the first one. They are so comfy, and the bright colours really stand out. Returning 4 items over 5kg
I had a really rubbish experience with the customer service at this place recently. I had to send back four items that I reckoned weighed over 5kg. I tried emailing them twice and even gave them a ring, but I've had no luck sorting it out. It's left me feeling really annoyed and let down by their service. Sadly, I won't be buying anything from them again after this.
Overpriced Sandals
I bought a pair of sandals last summer and I was really let down by how quickly they fell apart. I've only worn them a few times this year and they're already coming apart. I thought they'd hold up better, especially for how much I paid. It's just not right that they only lasted for one season.
Navy shoes purchase
The navy shoes I bought from here were amazing. They felt like slippers and were so comfy to wear all day long. I was shocked by how fast they came after ordering online, it was a nice surprise. I loved them so much that I wanted to get a pair in black too, but unfortunately, they were sold out. It was a shame I couldn't get the black ones.
Sizing issue with slippers
I bought a couple of slippers online, but they were the wrong size so I had to send them back for a refund. Even though I spent over £80 on them and the payment was taken straight away, it took them a frustrating 12 days to give me my money back. I know they say it can take up to 14 days in their returns policy, but nowadays with online banking being so fast, waiting that long just doesn't seem right. And on top of that, having to pay for the return postage and not getting that money back was just another let down. It's made me think twice about shopping with them in the future.

I popped into that shop and the staff were really lovely and really helped me out. They helped me choose the most adorable and comfy shoes I've ever had!
