    Short month, still OK

    ordered on 14 Feb, arrived 17 Feb but expiry still 14 March, so I lost a few days of allowance — not great for a 'month'. I've seen this with smaller providers, but the plan works fine and coverage/data have been solid. Annoying at first, slightly sceptical, but I'm reasonably happy overall.

    Late arrival, but phone OK in the end

    Ordered a refurbished phone in mid‑March and planned to start using it right away — you know, set it up, transfer stuff, the usual. That didn’t happen. A couple of days after ordering I got a message apologising for a problem with my order and offering an alternative (colour, apparently). Then another message saying actually they couldn’t supply any phone and I’d have to be refunded. I asked them to keep the order open and to let me know once my model came back in stock. After about ten days of silence I chased them again. Communication was sparse and vague — no ETA, no real ownership of the issue. Eventually they did find the model and shipped it; it arrived roughly two weeks after ordering. The handset itself is fine and I’m using it daily now, no major faults, so product quality is alright. My main criticisms are the delay and how customer service handled (or didn’t handle) the whole thing, especially the lack of proactive updates and no offer of compensation for the hassle. In the end I’m mildly satisfied because I got what I wanted, but the experience left me cautious about using them again.

Bit of a shock at first. But, on the bright side, delivery of the SIMs was quick and straightforward — they arrived when they said they would, which made setting everything up dead easy. I rang customer support and, although they didn’t have an app to show my usage yet, the person on the phone was helpful and talked me through how much I’d used. Not perfect — I’d prefer an app — but the team were patient and got me the info I needed. I was trialling the one-month roll, so I’m actually glad this popped up now rather than after I’d moved four lines over. Yes, there are limits and some small frustrations, but overall it wasn’t the nightmare I feared. The cancellation window was longer than I wanted, but now I can plan the change without panic. Happy I tested it first — and grateful for the quick delivery and the decent help on the phone.

    try it for a month and see if the coverage is any good. I assumed it would just stop after 30 days. Turns out it was set to auto‑renew. I switched renewal off five days before the date. Thought that was that. Nope — they now say you must give 30 days’ notice, so I’m stuck for another month. Feels odd for a pay‑as‑you‑go type SIM. They keep pointing at the T&Cs. Sure, they’re probably there, buried somewhere, but who reads that for a short test? I told mates this was handy while I was trying it. Won’t be doing that anymore. Slightly annoyed, but at least the signal was decent.

    Billing scare but alright in the end

    I'm glad they sorted it but it was a right faff. I moved over to a 12‑month pay-as-you-go deal for £96 a few months back and initially I liked it — cheap, simple, no fuss. On the refresh date the plan never appeared though, and over the weekend their support just didn't know what to do, so I left it until Monday. On the phone they said my account was blocked and, well, that I’d 'lost' the £96. I had to raise a PayPal dispute to get anything moving. In the end Mozillion refunded me in full and kept their word, which I appreciate — really saved the day. Service otherwise was decent, it's just the billing hiccup that made me move my number out. Bit annoying, but relieved it was resolved.

    Phone died on a workday so I rang first thing Tuesday to order a replacement eSIM. They told me to email, but I hesitated paying when I hadn’t got it yet. Thursday asked for payment; by Friday afternoon still no eSIM and I assumed they don't work weekends — a week offline. Ticket KFXQLX stayed open, then after I flagged it they sorted it in about half an hour. Works fine now, but the wait annoyed me.

    I first saw this on a travel forum after my mate recommended it. Sounded cheap so I gave it a go. Setting the eSIM up on my new phone was surprisingly painless. Signal's been solid on EE and it feels just like a normal SIM, no faffing with tiny cards. The only hiccup was getting help — I rang for three days, kept getting voicemail, which was annoying because I’m off on holiday soon. Then James popped up out of hours and fixed the eSIM for me, which was a lovely surprise. So yeah, decent value, a bit of stress, but it works.

    Finally working when it mattered

    I was just about to miss a meeting on the way in when the phone actually behaved. Took the 24‑month contract and paid up front because of a failed credit check. First SIM worked for a couple of days then lost cellular and mobile data, only Wi‑Fi left. Tried the SIM in another handset — same. After a week of emails they sent a replacement. That one also died after two days. Frustrating. I pushed again and they escalated it. The final SIM has stayed up since, so now I can use maps, calls and emails on the commute and during work. Relieved and a bit grateful it sorted out, though the whole runaround could’ve been quicker.

    Almost tempted, then privacy issues sealed it

    it asks you to link your bank via Plaid, see account balances and authorise Open Banking withdrawals. That level of access to my main bank account isn't something I'm willing to grant; others manage contract payments with standard direct debits. The handset prices looked very tempting — I nearly stayed — but lack of responses and the feel of invasive permissions killed it for me. If they added a normal payment option and actually fixed their checkout and support, I'd reconsider. For now, buyer beware. Hope they sort it soon, could be decent.

    Customer support doesn’t exist. Helpline number is mentioned on the website which always sends to the voicemail.

    Website live chat support is always online but keeps sending to creating email support tickets. Instead of letting someone to talk to.

    Email support is not replying, it is my second day waiting.

    They falsely considered my Data only sim as a Sim only deal and blocked my sim. I replied to the email with proof it is Data sim not Sim only mobile deal.

    Now it is second day my IoT devices are suffering from internet outage and i am living with a provider where I cannot reach customer support.

    I was a bit hesitant about buying from this place at first because refurbished phones can sometimes be a bit risky, but Stuart, the agent, was really helpful and took the time to answer all my questions patiently. In the end, I decided to buy one and it arrived in excellent condition with a good battery life. The free warranty they offer is a nice bonus, especially for someone like me who tends to worry a lot.     When my new phone arrived with a broken seal, I got in touch with customer service straight away. I was really pleased to chat with some helpful folks in the UK. I sent over some photos and emails, and they quickly sorted out for the faulty phone to be sent back at their cost. In just a week, I got the replacement with no problems at all. Altogether, I thought the customer service was effective and met my satisfaction.
