Necklace purchase
I bought a necklace from this company not long ago, but I never got it. I tried to get in touch with them many times, but they never got back to me. I was really disappointed with their poor communication and how they didn't help me sort it out. It's a shame to see a company behaving like that, when all customers want is to get what they paid for.
Rings
I absolutely love the rings I purchased from this place! They still look brand new even though I wear them all the time. When I lost one, they sent a replacement really quickly. Their customer service is amazing, I highly recommend them!
Wrong ring size received
The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. They never seem to reply to emails and are really making it hard for me to return my items. I would definitely recommend that others stay away from this place.
Silver ring
I ordered a silver ring that was meant to fit according to the company's ring sizer, but when it arrived, it was too thick and uncomfortable. I contacted them about returning it and followed their return instructions exactly, even paying for postage back to the Netherlands. A month later, the package was returned to me marked as refused, and no explanation was given. I not only ended up with a ring that didn't fit, but also lost money on postage. The lack of communication about the refused return makes me think they don't want to give a refund. I have another ring from them that I like, so I decided to order again. However, the bad customer service has disappointed me, and I won't be buying from them again. Many other reviews also mention problems with returns, so it seems like their return policy is a bit dodgy.
Silver bracelet
I recently bought a lovely silver bracelet from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. Despite a few delays in delivery because of external issues, the amazing customer service I received more than made up for it. Two rings
Oh dear, where do I even start with this terrible company? So, I ordered two rings from them on Black Friday, thinking I was getting a good deal. Turns out, it was a total nightmare. Yodel apparently delivered my package, but surprise, surprise, it never arrived. I contacted customer service, but got no response for two weeks. I sent them loads of messages, desperate for help, but got nowhere. The worst part was when they told me to contact Yodel myself, even though I already had with no luck. Well, Outlaws, I've had enough of your nonsense. I'm going to my bank to get my money back. Stay away from these scammers, unless you like wasting your time and money.
Dropshipping product
I was really let down by my visit to that shop. It was obvious that they were selling the product I bought from a dropshipping site at a much higher price. A swift search on Aliexpress proved that I could have got the exact same thing for way less. It just felt like a bit of a con and I regretted spending my money there. I'd say to anyone else to be careful when shopping in that store.
Snake key necklace
I bought a snake key necklace from your store recently and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. It matches the description perfectly and it looks fantastic. Silver square ring purchase
I bought this silver square ring from the website and was quite impressed with all the products they had. However, things took a turn when I got the ring in the wrong size – I asked for a size 10, not an 11. The returns process seemed simple enough, but it's been more than a month since I sent back the ring and I haven't heard anything from them. The tracking info for my package stopped once it got to the Netherlands, so now I'm not sure if they got my return or not. It's frustrating because I was really excited to wear the ring.

stolen item
I'm absolutely fuming about my order from this website!! The customer service is practically non-existent, just like all the other reviews have said. They don't even bother to reply to my messages or return requests. They just keep trying to ignore me until I give up. My first and last experience with them was awful. My package was stolen because the delivery guy just dumped it in the street and there was no way for me to give specific delivery instructions. I even had evidence of what happened, but nobody from that website was willing to help me. After weeks of pointless emails promising they'd chase up a response, I had to reclaim my money by asking my bank for a chargeback. From now on, I'll always check Trustpilot before purchasing from a new brand. And you know what? They won't even respond to emails unless you keep pestering them. It's so irritating!
Ring purchase
I was absolutely fine with my first purchase from this company, but my second order has really irritated me. I bought a ring that turned out to be way too small. I've tried to get in touch several times to see about swapping it for a larger size, but every time I just get unhelpful responses. They keep going round in circles, and once they even said they couldn't find my order on their system. It's been a real pain trying to sort this out, and I'm really disappointed with their customer service. If they don't fix this soon, I won't be buying from them again.
Ring exchange
I ordered a ring online, but got the wrong size, so I sent it back to exchange it. However, they completely ignored my emails and didn't respond. Then suddenly, the original ring arrived out of nowhere! It was so frustrating!

Rings on Black Friday
I must say, the rings I bought from this place are really good quality, can't fault them at all. However, I was quite disappointed with the service and delivery. I placed my order on Black Friday, and it's now the 14th of December, but I still haven't got my items. I sent them an email, but all I got back was an automated reply. It was only when I contacted the delivery company that I found out they hadn't even got the package yet. I know delays can happen, especially at Christmas, but it would have been nice to hear something from the store. The only updates I have are from the delivery tracker, which isn't very accurate. So, the quality is great, but the service and delivery definitely need to improve.
Rings purchase
I bought a couple of rings from this company not long ago and I must say, I was quite impressed with how nice they were. The rings were both really well-made and looked great. However, I did have an issue with one of the rings when the stone fell out shortly after I got it. But, the customer service team dealt with it really quickly and sent me a new ring without any extra charge. It was great that they sorted out the problem so easily and swiftly. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience and will definitely think about getting more rings from them in the future.
Rings and orthodox cross
I took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 free deal and ended up getting three rings and an orthodox cross. I'm really happy with the weight and detail of the pieces. I'd suggest sizing up for the rings though. The customer service was great, despite some reviews saying otherwise. Just be aware that delivery might take longer if you're outside the Netherlands. I definitely recommend it!
