Handheld red light therapy lamp
I recently got myself a little red light therapy lamp that you can hold in your hand, and I found out about it from a YouTube video talking about its benefits. At first, I thought I'd give it a go to see if it would help improve my eyesight because I saw someone on there saying it actually helped them see better without glasses. But to my surprise, it ended up also helping with some inflammation I had. Since I'm into teaching self-defence, my body goes through a fair bit every day, so anything that helps ease the strain is a win in my books.
After using the lamp for a couple of weeks now, I can definitely tell a difference in my eyesight. In fact, I'm typing out this review on my phone right now without my glasses, something I couldn't manage before trying out this red light therapy. It's now a part of my morning routine, right after I wake up. The lamp was a bit weird to hold at first, so I came up with a solution by putting it in an old desk lamp - now I can relax while giving my eyes and face a bit of red light therapy. Plus, when it comes to dealing with inflammation, I've found it helps if I direct the light straight onto the sore spot. The warmth kicks in after a few minutes, and I'm planning to stick with this routine.

I recently purchased the Full Stack in Feb '24 after doing plenty of research and thinking it over. I was a bit disappointed to see it was sold out on the website until April, but luckily I could pre-order it. The fact that it was a new model at a discount due to the wait time made it a good deal for me. After placing my order, I had to wait until early May '24 for the delivery because of global and UK transport issues beyond the company's control. Although it took longer than I hoped, the product's quality and features exceeded my expectations. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and once again, they delivered an excellent product. However, I have to deduct a star because of the lack of communication. Even after sending a few direct emails asking about the delivery, I only received general newsletters about products, which was frustrating.
Target Light 670nm purchase
I recently got my hands on the Target Light 670nm on the recommendation of a mate, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well it works. Using it for three weeks now, I've noticed a big improvement in my eyesight, which was my main reason for buying it, as well as in my sleeping patterns. The light is just the right size, easy to use, and handy to carry around when needed. I feel so refreshed and full of energy after each session, especially when I incorporate it into my morning routine. It really gives me the feeling of soaking up the sun's warmth and gives me a whole new lease of life. I've already told a few friends about it so they can also enjoy the benefits of this amazing light therapy gadget.
Target Light 2.0, lack of guidance
I recently got the Target Light 2.0 and I must say, it's decent. The delivery was quick and I was looking forward to trying it out. However, I was a bit let down when I realised there was no instructions on how to use it properly. I wanted to know which setting to use for different things like for the eyes, but there was no information. When I asked the company for some help, they said they couldn't really give advice like that. It was frustrating and now I'm not sure how to make the most of my purchase. If a company is going to sell a product to the public, they should be ready to offer some guidance on how to use it effectively.
RLT & NIR treatment
I recently ordered a RLT & NIR treatment from Red Light Rising and ran into a small problem with my order. I contacted customer service and Bryan, a guy there, assisted me. He was very patient and quickly resolved the issue. After that, my order proceeded smoothly! I have to admit, the team at Red Light Rising is incredibly friendly and helpful. Not to mention, I am absolutely loving the RLT & NIR treatment - it's simply magical! ✨
Skin and joint therapy lights
I've been using those skin and joint therapy lights for a couple of weeks now, and I'm really impressed with how good and sturdy they are. The red light therapy is great for my skin, and the mixed light is helping out with my joints. I'm happy with how it's all feeling at the moment and can't wait to see the results down the line.
Target Light purchase
I recently bought the Target Light from Red Light Rising and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I had used an infrared light mask from another company before, but it broke after just 3 months. It was disappointing, especially given the price I paid. However, since finding Red Light Rising and their Target Light, I couldn't be happier. The quality of the product is fantastic and the thick plug-in cable is a nice feature. Yellow Glasses for eye strain relief

They suggested a specific holder that they've personally used and they assured me that using a different holder wouldn't be a problem. I was really impressed with their quick response and how well they knew their products. I'm grateful for the follow-up they did to make sure I was happy with my purchase and knew how to use it properly.
LED Light Therapy Panel
The LED Light Therapy Panel has made a big difference for me. I've been using it regularly for about a month now, hoping to see some improvement in my macular degeneration. Even though I've only used it twice, I can already see some positive effects. I had cataract surgery on both eyes in 2017, but after using the panel, I noticed my vision was sharper the next day. I'm optimistic that with continued use, it will also help with my macular degeneration. Using the therapy panel is simple and has now become a key part of my daily routine.

They even offered to send me a replacement unit, which was fantastic. I'm absolutely thrilled with my Target Light - it's incredibly well-made and using it just brings me joy. red light
I purchased one of their red lights some time back when I was feeling really unwell and was hoping it might help me feel better. But you know what? It turned out to be faulty and only worked sporadically! So, I reached out to them via email to ask for a refund or an exchange, but their responses were incredibly rude and unkind. They even asked me to send them a video! I mean, seriously? I'm not feeling well here! Anyways, I ended up giving up on them and just moved on. Now that I'm feeling better (thanks to a real doctor, not some magical light), I can finally share this review and warn everyone to steer clear of them!

Red light mat, gift, disappointment
I thought I was being smart when I decided to gift a red light mat, but it turned out their system couldn't deal with a different delivery address. They really need to fix that issue! In the end, I managed to find a similar product elsewhere, even though it might not be as good quality, it did the job. I tried reaching out to let them know about the problem, but no response. Talk about bad customer service!
