High-end garments at a good price
I've just bought something from this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. Everything went so smoothly, from looking at the website to ordering what I wanted. They have a great range of high-quality clothes at discounted prices, which I found really impressive. The customer service was excellent, they replied quickly to my questions and helped me out with everything I needed when I was placing my order. They kept me up to date with how my order was going, and it arrived quickly and well wrapped. An occasion was coming up and I needed to attend with new dresses. Dresses that speak volume. Dresses that stand out and make me an eye in the occasion. Luxury dresses with specialty and that was how my thorough search for such dressing led me to The Outnet and since the discovery of The Outnet, my occasional dressing sense has not remained the same again. I have got better dressing sense now than before and I now understand better how to shop for occasional dresses and when to do that with dresses that stand out from the crowd. Certainly an amazing idea shopping from The Outnet and will be doing more and more of that including recommendation.
High quality brands, great discounts
The Outnet has a great range of top-quality brands at really good prices. They give lots of info and photos for each item, so you can choose wisely. I like that they have brands from the US, Australia, and Canada without the crazy high taxes. The delivery was super quick, and the customer service was excellent. Also, lots of brands on The Outnet are on the "Good on you" app, so you can find sustainable and ethically made stuff. Honestly, I'd suggest going with The Outnet over other options like Ssense and Farfetch.
Excellent selection at great sale prices
I was really impressed with all the different designer products they had on The Outnet, and the prices were really good too. The quality of the stuff I bought was amazing, and I saved loads compared to the normal shop prices. The only thing that was a little bit annoying was that they only send stuff out with UPS, so sometimes it takes a bit longer to arrive. Also, there weren't as many places to drop off or pick up returns if I missed a delivery, which was a bit of a pain.
Returned damaged item
I've got to tell you about this recent order I made online that ended up being a bit of a letdown. I sent back three items from my order, but when I got my refund, one was missing. It was an earring that arrived damaged, like, missing a big part with the topaz and crystals. Instead, all I got was a tiny piece of the earring. I've been a customer for over ten years now, and this whole situation has left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed. It's not just about the faulty item, but the fact that I didn't get a refund for it is just not on.
Misleading sizing information, delayed returns processing, order sent in pieces
I think The Outnet really needs to step up their game when it comes to giving us the right sizing info. It's such a pain that returns seem to take absolutely ages to sort out, even though I sent the stuff back months back. And to make matters worse, when my order eventually arrived, it was split into different bits with no explanation at all. It's really annoying not knowing what's been sorted out and what hasn't. The lack of communication and clarity is just so disappointing.
Designer clothing for average-sized or tall customers
The Outnet is really good for designer clothing, but it's only really helpful if you're in the average-sized or tall range. Personally, I'm not your typical model size so I got a bit annoyed with the website mainly showing unrealistic models with limited sizes. It would be much better if they showed their clothes on more types of bodies, so we could see how they might fit. Having models who are petite or larger build would definitely help cater to more people.

I've ordered from The Outnet several times and every time has been great. Their UPS delivery is definitely top-notch, I've never had any issues getting my purchases. I shop there pretty much every month and I can honestly say I've always been happy with the quality of the products and how quick and easy the whole process is. Oh my goodness, I bought something from this shop but they haven't sent me the paperwork to return it and now they won't give it to me. I've been waiting ages for them to sort it out but no luck so far! It's so frustrating!
