    My ex-boyfriend was one who liked eating from restaurant daily. I can't really say what was responsible for that but I suspected either work stress or just laziness. So one day I got angry with him and discouraged him from depending on restaurant, rather he should be cooking at home. Then I used his phone to order for cookware from Tower Warehouse whom I already knew about due to their quality and beautifully designed products. I used his debit card and paid for the products. Between 3 to 5 days as estimated for delivery, the products arrived. I was surprised to see my then boy friend start cooking and when I inquired, he said the beautifully designed cookware just made him fall in love with cooking. We henceforth enjoyed cooking as long as the relationship lasted.

    Fireplace sent with no pebbles , no remote , no guarantee , no manual .. also has chips on the actual fireplace and what looks like dead flies / fluff inside it , thought I’d found a bargain , this fireplace no longer heats after having it on for 5 mins and I have no manual to work out what I’m supposed to do . Promised various emails back for replacement parts that should have come in the original order and had nothing. Useless customer service that can’t even tell you if they can get the spare parts or not … waste of money !

    Told to wait hours for a email and not even got any … no one can help you to simply return a product don’t waste your time with this bunch of clowns!

    Tower Dual Airfryer

    Bought a dual air fryer in October 2022 from B...M. I registered the warranty and received confirmation it was for the extended 3 years. Sadly in November this year one fan failed and I needed to contact Tower, that’s where it all went wrong. I was asked to produce a till receipt, which I could not (B...M don’t always give them and have confirmed they can’t produce a duplicate more then 12 months old)
    Despite several emails and speaking to who was quite frankly a very rude customer service person, Tower were not going to back down and honour the warranty . I can prove I bought one item at B...M on the day and paid £99 for it. This it seems is not good enough.
    Reality is that if you want quality, pay for it and not buy a cheap alternative that is likely to break down and then the company twist their way out of responsibility, despite them confirming I had a 3 year warranty. If it is so important why do they not insist on a receipt at the point of registering. I suspect this is because they assume people don’t keep receipts.
    Very poor product and even poorer company.
