    Whimsical stationery purchase

    I popped into this stationery shop and I was instantly smitten with the colourful and captivating collection they had on offer. The range of funky and adorable stationery bits and bobs was just fantastic, from Barbie-themed sets to chic candle collections. The attention to detail in the designs was truly impressive, each item feeling like a little piece of art. Personally, I couldn't get enough of the Barbie bits and the Quiky pens, they've definitely added a bit of amusement to my everyday writing. The atmosphere in the store was so welcoming and uplifting, every shopping trip felt like a fun adventure. The manager of the store really deserves recognition for creating such a warm and friendly space, their knowledge and love for stationery always make my visits special. Typo has quickly become my favourite place to go for all things stationery, I just can't resist the unique and tempting treasures they have in store.

    Typo is one store that has beautiful lifestyle products that are not only of high quality from great brands but also affordable and their customer service top-notch. They are a departmental store for all lifestyle products ranging from home accessories, phone accessories, travel accessories, office essentials, art supplies and more. I discovered Typo online and I have been using them ever since. I ordered for my travel bag, water bottle and headphone from Typo. It was delivered to me right on time. They are my one-stop-shop for all my home and office needs. I recommend Typo to any one who wants to purchase products of high quality from a departmental store with great customer service.

    Christmas gift purchase

    I bought a Christmas present in early December. The order was sent out quickly, but because of strikes and delays from the courier companies, it took longer to get to me. Even though it was delayed, the customer service quickly apologised for the inconvenience. The package finally arrived on Christmas Eve and I was really happy with the gift. In general, I'm happy with the service I got and would think about buying from them again. It's important to remember that some negative feedback could be because of issues with the courier companies.

    I have to admit, the delivery was a total nightmare. I decided to go for express delivery, but my order arrived two weeks late. Dealing with their customer support through chat was the worst part. It felt like I was talking to a robot, getting useless responses every time I asked for help. Luckily, I didn't spend too much on my order, but the whole experience was really disappointing. They're quick to take your money, but when it comes to delivery or sorting out problems, they're as slow as a snail. I would definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs!

    I went to the shop the other day, and honestly, the customer service I received was absolutely shocking. The woman at Typo Blacktown on 04Feb2023 was so rude; she gave me attitude and kept making annoying faces. Right from the start, it was obvious she didn't care about helping customers or creating a friendly atmosphere. Her bad mood really put me off and ruined my shopping trip. I really hope they sort out this problem and make sure she changes her attitude because no one should have to deal with such terrible service.

    The customer service at that shop is absolutely terrible. I got a broken item, it was still usable but not how I expected it to be. When I got in touch with customer service to ask for a partial refund, they weren't very helpful at all. They kept insisting that I should send the item back to get a full refund, even though it was still usable. The customer service team's lack of flexibility and understanding left me feeling frustrated and let down. Adding to my annoyance, the call randomly cut off halfway through our chat. I thought they would reach out again, but to my disappointment, they never did. On the whole, dealing with customer service was below average and didn't live up to what I had hoped for.

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store recently. My orders were late and couldn't be tracked, and the staff, whether in person or in the online chat, were really unhelpful. Even the managers didn't seem to know much about what was on the website. All I wanted was a refund, but it seemed like getting someone to actually do it was impossible - they kept saying they had to "escalate" the problem. I'm fed up with being brushed off and I won't be shopping here again for sure.

    I recently bought some stuff from this shop and it's been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. The things I got were all messed up - dirty, scratched, some even had dents in them. And to top it off, I got things I didn't even order, instead of the ones I picked out. Some of them had already been opened, not great for quality control and definitely not safe. I've been in touch with customer service, told them about all the dodgy items, especially the damaged ones. I've asked for a refund because they're no good to me in this state. I used to shop here before and never had such a bad experience. But now, the store's response has been rubbish - ignoring my emails or bouncing them back because of server issues. All this has got me thinking twice about shopping here again, both the products and the service have gone downhill.

    I recently bought some Christmas gifts online but when they arrived, I discovered that some of them were damaged and not suitable for giving. Getting in touch with customer service was a bit of a nightmare. The chat button for UK users wasn't working properly and kept sending me to the Australia site. Plus, there wasn't really any clear instructions on how to do returns on the UK site. On top of all that, there wasn't even a returns label in the package, which just made everything more annoying. Basically, the lack of customer service has made my shopping experience with Typo pretty rubbish and a bit of a waste of time.

    I bought a bag from a shop recently, but it turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. The straps started to come apart and a big hole appeared after just a few uses. I tried to sort things out by emailing the company but they weren't very helpful or sympathetic. They told me to return the bag to the store for them to check, even though I explained that I couldn't because of my disabilities and travel issues. They didn't really listen to my concerns or deal with my complaint properly. When I asked for details to contact the head office about the problem, they wouldn't give me the information, saying it was against their rules. All in all, my experience with their customer service was pretty poor, so I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying anything from them.

    Xmas staff through a Black Friday deal

    I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered some Christmas items during a Black Friday deal, but they never arrived even though I paid extra for fast delivery. The customer service was awful, with unhelpful responses and no empathy for my situation. When I contacted the head office and expressed my disappointment, all they said was they would refund me without even apologising or offering any compensation. To top it off, I noticed a charge on my account nearly two months later and still haven't received my parcel. I have reached out again, but if I don't get my refund by tomorrow, I will have to contact local trading standards.

    Recent order missing items

    I recently had a pretty bad experience with this company. I've been a loyal customer for years without any problems until now. So last month, I placed an order that was missing 3 items when it arrived. I got in touch with customer service to ask about the missing items, hoping they were sent separately. But they said everything was meant to come together. Later, I was told one item was out of stock and would get a refund, while the other two would be sent again. But until now, I haven't had any emails confirming the refund, and it's not in my bank statement either.

    Every time I contact customer service, it feels like they're not helpful at all and don't show any understanding for the trouble I'm going through. It's frustrating to keep chasing after something as simple as getting the items I paid for. It's really disappointing to see the level of customer service from this company drop so much.
