The right store for good product
I needed a refurbished Samsung phone. I wished for good quality and long-lasting product with no-fault. I needed a store I could trust with my purchase. I searched online and went for Ultimo Electronics. I was convinced because of their reviews. I picked the Samsung phone I wanted from their website into a cart and made a payment. My phone got delivered earlier than the stated date. I have been using the phone for a year now with no complaints. Long-lasting battery life. Good quality camera. Great delivery service. The right store for a good product. I recommended the store to my friend who needs a refurbished iPhone.

Me and my mum popped down to Ultimo Electronics the other day and treated ourselves to an Apple Watch and a couple of iPhone 12's for Christmas. I'm over the moon with my presents - the Apple Watch is fantastic for monitoring my steps, and I feel dead smart with my new iPhones. The folks at Ultimo Electronics were dead helpful and guided us to just the right gifts. I'd definitely suggest this shop for anyone looking for some top-notch tech gear!
Ring doorbell purchase
I bought a video doorbell from Ultimo Electronics recently. The doorbell is really good, it has great security features for my house. But I had a bit of trouble setting it up, so I got in touch with their customer service for help. Bethany, the lady I spoke to, was so helpful and knew what she was doing. Bought 2 tablets for my siblings
I bought two tablets for my younger siblings and one of them was being strange. I returned it to the store and they fixed it, now they're sending me a new one. There's this guy called Kai, he's really helpful and keeping me updated on the situation. I'd definitely recommend checking out this place.

I bought an Apple Watch from this shop recently and I have to say, the customer service was really great. The staff were so friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. Used iPhone 13 Pro Max purchase
I recently bought a used iPhone 13 Pro Max which was supposed to be in great condition according to the ad. But when I got it, I was a bit let down to see quite a few scratches on the lower part of the screen. Despite that, the price was fair, the communication was top-notch, and the delivery was speedy. The battery health was still at a solid 95%, which is pretty impressive for a second-hand phone.
iPad mini repair
I sent my iPad mini back to Ultimo Electronics for a repair just before the warranty ran out. They were really good about the postal strikes and said they would extend the warranty if necessary, but luckily it didn't come to that. The repair work was done quickly and my iPad was back in my hands within a few weeks. I'm really happy with the service I got from Ultimo Electronics.
2 iPhones
I bought 2 iPhones from Ultimo Electronics just before Christmas. Ordering was really easy and the phones arrived super quick - in just 3 days, in time for Christmas. The phones are great quality and my boys love them. As a mum, it makes me happy to see my boys excited about their new phones. I would absolutely suggest Ultimo Electronics and will definitely buy from them again.
Smartwatch
I bought a smartwatch from this company recently and it has been a nightmare. The product I got was faulty, so I asked for a refund. However, they sent me a replacement without me even requesting it, and now they won't give me a refund until I return the replacement. The customer service was terrible - I asked questions and only got vague, unhelpful answers. I am really unhappy with this whole situation and I won't be shopping with them again. They are a bunch of scammers.
Apple watch with scratches
The product was supposed to have "some wear and tear", but when I got it, the Apple watch was all scratched up. The customer service didn't really care and didn't do much to help. I'm really let down by Wowcher for teaming up with a company that doesn't give accurate product descriptions. I'm going to take this further.
Smartwatch purchase
I bought a smartwatch from this shop the other day thinking it would be in good condition like they said. But when it arrived, it was all scratched up on the screen and the body was really worn, almost bare metal. I had to find a bumper case to hide all the flaws. I was let down by the way they graded it and didn't tell the truth in the description.
Used iPad purchase for nephew
My time with this place was a nightmare. I decided to buy a used iPad for my nephew, knowing it might not be perfect. But when it arrived, the screen was really dirty, barely attached, scratches and dents everywhere. It was a mess. It was ages before I managed to speak to someone at the company, and when I did, they just said to send it back for a refund. But nearly a year on, still no refund. It's so frustrating.
New iPhone 11
I got my new iPhone 11 really fast from this shop and it's just perfect! The battery lasts ages and it looks brand new. This is our third phone from here and we absolutely love it! Thanks Ultimo, you're amazing!
2 iPhone 12s for my kids
I bought two iPhone 12s for my kids from Ultimo Electronics. They arrived in great condition, all shiny and new. It did take a bit longer than I expected for them to arrive, but it was worth the wait. My kids were really excited to have them. I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely shop there again. I would highly recommend it!
First iPhone purchase for my son
My son went and spent his own money on an iPhone, and I've got to admit, I was really impressed with it. It's early days yet, so we'll have to wait and see if any technical problems crop up, but at the moment, it seems like he made a good choice.
faulty phone repair
I'm really disappointed with my experience at the store. I took my broken phone in for repair and was told it would only take a week. But more than 2 months went by and my phone still wasn't fixed, so I had to buy a new one. The communication and customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to that store.
iPad for my daughter
I bought an iPad for my daughter from this electronics shop not long ago. I placed the order on the 30th and it arrived today. I was a bit worried at first because I had read some reviews about the condition of products, but luckily, the iPad was in perfect condition and works really well. My daughter is over the moon with her new gadget, all thanks to the store.
