I recently bought a laundry basket from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good it is and the value for money. I had a bit of a problem with a discount code when I bought something from this company. I totally forgot to put in the code when I was checking out, so I ended up shelling out the full price for the product. But when I got in touch with the customer service lot at Wovenhill, they were really helpful and quickly gave me back the amount of the discount. I was well impressed with how professional and willing they were to sort out the problem properly.
Laundry basket purchase
I bought a laundry basket online and the service was terrible! I ordered it on 18th September and got a message from Parcelforce saying they would collect it from the shop. But, can you believe it, a whole month later and still no sign of my basket! I tried contacting customer service multiple times, all they kept saying was they would look into it, but they never did. They just expected me to keep pestering them or give up. The service was absolutely awful, I wouldn't even give them one star. I'd advise avoiding them at all costs!
Mobile shopping basket with wheels
The idea to put wheels on the shopping basket was absolutely brilliant! It's really made my shopping trips so much easier and stress-free. Now I don't have to worry about lugging heavy stuff around or going back and forth multiple times. Being able to just push the basket along at my own speed has been a total game-changer. Linen basket replacement
I had to get a new linen basket the other day, after having my old one for years. Surprisingly, I found the same style still being sold. I loved it because it was nice to look at and really useful. But, my pet rabbit seemed to take a liking to it too - he turned it into his own chew toy and made a mess of it. Thankfully, I got a replacement delivered quickly, so now my rabbit can carry on happily destroying what's left of the old one.

Rattan Garden Furniture
I really regret not checking the reviews before coming here. It's pretty clear that the initial positive ones are completely fake. I mean, come on! And all the recent reviews are terrible, like really terrible. They claim to sell luxury items, but it's all false advertising. And don't even think about reaching out to them, they never bother to respond. Such a waste of time and money. The trading standards should definitely investigate this place!

outdoor furniture set
I bought a new outdoor furniture set from this company and it was lovely, except for the fact that one of the chairs came broken. I got in touch with customer service straight away and they promised to send me a replacement. However, it took a few nudges from me before the replacement chair actually turned up, and that was a bit annoying. Although it was a bit of a hassle, I'm glad they sorted it out in the end. The product itself is good quality, but they could do a better job with their customer service.
