4 tons of white cobbles
I recently bought 4 tons of white cobbles from this company. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, there was a problem. The driver didn't bring the stones, even though my partner had given clear instructions through the Ring doorbell. After a few emails back and forth, the company said they wanted to charge £125 + VAT for another delivery because of the "slope" of our property. I thought this was a poor excuse. I showed them proof of the location and when Decorative Aggregates got involved with the haulage company, they agreed to deliver again for free. In the end, I got the stones without any more issues. I have to mention Emily Bloor specifically for her amazing customer service through all of this. The cobbles themselves are really nice and I'm happy with my choice.
Dove stones purchase
The ordering process was really easy and straightforward. I found what I wanted quickly and didn't have any problems placing my order. The prices were really good, especially considering how nice the dove stones were when they arrived. The delivery was spot on - it came on the exact day I wanted and at a time that suited me. Even though I wasn't home, the delivery driver left the pallet right where I had asked in my note. The dove stones themselves were just what I was looking for, they've made my garden look even more beautiful. I'll definitely be coming back to order again, and I've already told a friend about Decorative Aggregates because I was so impressed with their service too.
Dove grey chippings
I had such a great experience with this company. After feeling let down by another company, I thought I'd give these guys a shot, and boy am I glad I did. I went online and ordered a big bag of Dove grey chippings for our driveway. I could choose a delivery date just a few days from then - easy peasy. The chippings rocked up on time with the courier, and the driver even put the pallet exactly where we asked. It was a total game-changer compared to other companies. There was one hiccup - a teeny hole at the bottom of the bag made some stones spill out, but overall, I was super impressed with the service and delivery. I'd totally recommend them and won't think twice about using them again.

I ordered about a hundred bags of these really nice grey slate things for my garden, and they arrived very quickly. Once they were all cleaned, they looked incredible. The delivery guy was really friendly, and everything went really well.
Flamengo 20mm Gravel Chips
I recently bought two 800 kg bags of Flamengo 20mm Gravel Chips from this company. The ordering process went smoothly, and the delivery was quick. However, when the gravel arrived, I was disappointed to see it covered in so much white powder that it looked like the wrong product. Even though I confirmed it was the right one, there was a lot of excess powder, suggesting it hadn't been washed properly. I understand some dust is normal, but this was excessive and needed a lot of washing before it could be used. Once cleaned, the product was fine, but it was frustrating to have to put in extra effort to get it ready.
Gravel purchase
I've read a load of bad reviews about gravel suppliers, so I was a bit worried about buying from them. But I can honestly say that my experience with this company was top-notch. I made sure to follow all the delivery rules and even went ahead and emailed them to ask about getting a specific time slot for when they would deliver. They got back to me quickly with all the info I needed, which was great. On the day of delivery, they gave me a ring an hour before they were due to arrive, which was really handy. The delivery driver was friendly and did his best to put the gravel exactly where I wanted it.
Bulk bag of 20mm green slate
I got this really cool green slate in a big bag and paid extra for next day delivery. It arrived in the morning just before the bank holiday and I was so excited to see it! The delivery guy was friendly and smiled a lot, which was nice. The customer service was fantastic, they helped me so much and the quality of the slate was excellent. After a bit of rain washed away the dust, the slate looked even better than I imagined. I'm really pleased with it, it's like a dream come true. I'd definitely recommend it to all my friends and I'd definitely buy from them again.
Decorative stones delivery
I was a bit disappointed with how my decorative stones delivery went at first - they were meant to come yesterday but got delayed because of a lost pallet. Luckily, Lucy sorted it out for me and got the delivery rescheduled for today between 9 and 12. She gave me a ring at 9.30am to let me know what was happening, and the stones turned up right on time at 10.45am. The driver was really helpful and put the stones exactly where I wanted them. All in all, even though it didn't start off great, I was happy with the service from Lucy and the driver in the end.
Aggregates purchase for driveway.
I was really let down by my experience with the company. They only did curb side delivery, even though they could have easily come further into my driveway with the delivery truck. The driver didn't communicate well at all, and because of that, they marked the delivery as 'refused' and charged me extra for another delivery. The customer service team on the website weren't helpful either, they didn't offer any solutions to the issues. It looks like the company uses a third-party delivery service which means they don't really care about making sure customers have a good experience, and it ends up costing more. I'd advise steering clear of this company altogether.
Rocks for the garden
I really enjoyed ordering the rocks for my garden - it was so simple! The website had loads of different choices and the prices were really affordable. The delivery came really quickly and the customer service was brilliant. I will definitely be ordering from this company again and spreading the word to all my friends.

I recently bought some garden decorative aggregate from this shop, but I had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery. I recently purchased some Aggregates from this supplier, and I have to say, they are absolutely fantastic! I opted for the 20 mm bags and they are truly top-notch. The colours are stunning, it's like a celebration in my garden now. I also got the bulk bag, and oh my, it shines like a disco ball. I do wish there were more of the light grey and pink though! The 10 mm ones are equally impressive, the combination of white with hints of grey and pink is just right. I am definitely planning on buying more from this place, without a doubt.
