Arabic tutoring subscription
My experience with Arabic tutoring on this platform has been fantastic. The support team is really helpful and always there to help with any problems. There are loads of tutors to choose from for Arabic lessons, which is great. I like that Preply lets you transfer subscription hours, change lesson times, and has different ways to communicate. I found Preply by accident when I was looking for Arabic lessons online, and it turned out to be one of the best things I've found. The platform is easy to use and the tutors are really knowledgeable and interesting. I would definitely recommend Preply to anyone looking for tutoring in lots of different subjects, not just languages.
Language lessons
I've been using Preply for language lessons and it's been really helpful. I can connect with tutors who know their stuff and they've really helped me get better at the language. Being able to schedule lessons flexibly and having lots of tutors to choose from makes it easy to find the right fit for me. The only downside is the hassle of rescheduling lessons when life gets hectic. It would be better if there was a simpler way to put lessons on hold temporarily. Got charged for lessons after cancelling
I'm really annoyed because I cancelled all my lessons for May, but I still ended up getting charged for five of them. It's so frustrating because there's no way to speak to an actual person about it - just a useless bot that can't help. It's really not on.

In this industry, it's important for a company to have reliable and attentive support to help customers with any issues they might have. It's not good that messages are left unread for days and weeks, it makes the service look bad. Ignoring customers like this can really affect their experience and damage the company's reputation in the end.

I used another tutoring platform for years before giving this one a go. Honestly, the tutor support here is top-notch! They really go the extra mile to help you and make you feel valued. Online tutoring subscription
I had a similar experience to some others. It's a scam because you can't cancel your subscription. My teacher had his account blocked and couldn't get his money back. If I hadn't shared my number with him, I wouldn't have known about the scam. They say the first lesson is "free", but you actually pay for it in the subscription and the teacher does it for free. To unsubscribe, you have to block your card.
8 lesson purchase
I think this platform is pretty good. There are some great teachers on here. But, I struggled with understanding how the charging works. I got billed for 8 lessons without agreeing to it. When I asked to cancel and get a refund for the 2 lessons left that I didn't use, they said no. It's a shame that such a good platform has problems with their payment system.
Tutors selection
The customer service was really great, super fast, and very helpful. I really liked that there were loads of tutors to choose from, so I could find the perfect one for me. It was good that they had different prices, schedules, and teaching styles.
Money deduction issue
I had a bit of an issue with my account - they charged me when they had promised they wouldn't. But after talking to the admin, they sorted it out for me. I reckon you should give them a try for your studies, it really improved my language skills!
