Whiteboard purchase
I recently bought a big 120cm x 90cm whiteboard from this company, and I'm still so impressed by how great a deal it was. For just over £30, I got the whiteboard, an eraser, pens, and magnets included. And to top it off, it arrived the very next day, or worst-case scenario two days later. It's hard to believe I got all of that for such a low price. Is there a catch somewhere? I'm still trying to work that one out! The quality of the whiteboard is top-notch, and it's completely changed the game for me in terms of staying organised and boosting productivity. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs a whiteboard for home or office use. Thanks a lot!

Unexpected signature requirement
I was a bit taken aback when I found out that I had to sign for my delivery now, it wasn't needed before. I used to be able to choose a safe spot for my deliveries, which was handy. I bought some office supplies from this company not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the delivery service. The delivery team just doesn't seem to want to deliver to the right address - they keep leaving packages in public areas, which is risky for our stuff. To make matters worse, they've even been sneaking around behind the reception desk to drop off items without telling us. This lack of professionalism and care for security is just not on.

A3 paper order
I recently ordered some A3 paper, and was a bit disappointed when it arrived in a damaged box, with the paper packaging inside all open. It wasn't up to the usual standard I'm used to with online orders. The state of the packaging made me worry about the paper inside, so I had to carefully check each sheet to make sure it was undamaged.
Delayed Delivery Frustration
I am so angry with the service I got from this company. My order has been on the way since 26th May and I got two messages saying it would be delivered - first on 31st May and again today. But now they say it can't be delivered, without even explaining why. This kind of mistake is just not okay and to be honest, I'm finished with this company. I'll go somewhere else for my shopping and stick with trustworthy services like Amazon.
