    I was actually quite impressed this time. Usually I have to wait ages on the phone, but this time it was only 40 minutes, which wasn't too bad at all. Jamal really knew his stuff and managed to sort out my phone problem easily. It was such a nice change from the usual customer service experiences I've had.     I'm a new customer of XLN and I've had a really annoying time with their phone contract services. I signed up in April, got everything sorted for May, but our phones just wouldn't work. We tried getting in touch with XLN loads of times, but every time we were just told a technician would call us back soon. Well, hours went by and we were still waiting with no solution in sight. It was a real pain for our small business because we really need our phones to work properly for us to do our job.

    XLN's customer service and product quality is just awful. My experience with them has been absolutely terrible. If you don't mind being talked to rudely and treated badly, then XLN is the company for you. Their customer service reps are not only dismissive and haughty, but also very misinformed. It seems like they enjoy making customers feel insignificant. It's really surprising how they are still in business with such terrible service standards.
