Isn't it great when someone actually manages to solve your problems? Well, let me tell you how thrilled I was when the person at this company did exactly that! I was having a bit of bother with my phone line and internet, and this individual was so helpful. They didn't just hear me out, they actually provided a solution that did the trick. Business internet package
I was in the process of setting up my business internet package, but I was encountering some difficulties. However, the customer service team was incredibly kind and understanding. They were very helpful and even offered to give me a call back to assist me further. It was really great! I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me, which made me feel really good inside. All in all, my experience with them was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend their service to my friends and family.
Broadband package purchase
I recently got myself a new broadband package and had a few questions about the pricing. So, I gave customer service a ring and spoke with a guy called Daniel. I've got to say, Daniel was really quick to get what I was on about and had a really helpful and friendly attitude. He tried his best to sort out my questions based on the info I gave him, and I was grateful for how efficiently he dealt with everything.

I was getting really annoyed trying to get through on the phone for 3 whole days, but thankfully Tom was really helpful and managed to activate my Cloudvoice. So grateful for Tom's assistance!
Telephone troubleshooting assistance
I was actually quite impressed this time. Usually I have to wait ages on the phone, but this time it was only 40 minutes, which wasn't too bad at all. Jamal really knew his stuff and managed to sort out my phone problem easily. It was such a nice change from the usual customer service experiences I've had. I left the call feeling well looked after and grateful for the help.

Router setup help
I got in touch with you lot to get some assistance setting up my third-party router, and I have to say, Ryan was fantastic! He was really polite and professional, and he made the whole thing a piece of cake. He even rang me back when the call got disconnected to make sure everything was sorted out. I've never had such great service before, it was really top-notch!

My problem
The folks at my place have been having issues with the service for ages, but no one bothered to do anything about it until today when they finally decided to take action and try to sort it out. It's frustrating because we've been getting charged for a service that we weren't even receiving!
Phone contract issues
I'm a new customer of XLN and I've had a really annoying time with their phone contract services. I signed up in April, got everything sorted for May, but our phones just wouldn't work. We tried getting in touch with XLN loads of times, but every time we were just told a technician would call us back soon. Well, hours went by and we were still waiting with no solution in sight. It was a real pain for our small business because we really need our phones to work properly for us to do our job.

Digital phone line purchase
XLN's customer service and product quality is just awful. My experience with them has been absolutely terrible. If you don't mind being talked to rudely and treated badly, then XLN is the company for you. Their customer service reps are not only dismissive and haughty, but also very misinformed. It seems like they enjoy making customers feel insignificant. It's really surprising how they are still in business with such terrible service standards.
Quick replacement and helpful support
The customer service team were really helpful when I had problems with my device. They quickly sent out a replacement and gave me clear instructions on how to fix the issue. Although there was a bit of a wait to get my services working again, the technical support team were fast to help and made sure everything was sorted.
Business broadband subscription
This company and their online platform are a complete disaster. I decided to get a business broadband subscription, and it was a nightmare from the beginning. The customer service was terrible, they were no help at all when I asked for assistance. I won't be using this company again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I phoned to schedule an engineer for when we move to our new house, and it was so fast! I only had to talk to one person and they sorted everything out for me. They provided me with all the details I needed, and it was really simple to follow. I'm feeling really confident about our move now!
