Flight booking experience
I had a pretty good experience when booking flights through this website. The prices were really competitive and much cheaper than other sites. However, I did have some problems with the automated emails they sent out whenever there were little changes to my booking. This meant I had to ring their customer service, which was in Indonesia, and I was on hold for what felt like ages for things that could have been sorted out quicker. Also, because I was booking flights for someone else, I had to keep giving written permission to speak on their behalf, which got a bit annoying. Despite these little issues, I was happy with how easy it was to book flights on this website.
Easy booking process
I managed to find the best deal using a price comparison site, and the whole process went really smoothly with no problems at all. The website was really easy to use, and I could add on extra flight options without any trouble. I got instant confirmation emails and my actual ticket arrived the very next day. Cheap travel deals for students
As a student trying to save some cash while planning my travels, I wasn't sure about using this platform at first. But when I saw the really good prices on Kayak, I thought I'd give it a go. And you know what? I was actually quite impressed by how easy it was to book and how accurate all my details were.
