Hotel booking in Aruba
My mate and I booked a hotel in Aruba for our birthday trip about two and a half months ago. While looking online for hotels, I stumbled upon an app that was offering a much lower rate compared to the hotel’s own website or other popular third-party sites like Priceline and Booking.com. The price was a massive 50% cheaper than booking directly with the hotel! I'm based in the UK and had never come across this app before, so I did some online research to make sure it was genuine and found several people vouching for it.
We really wanted to stay at a well-known hotel and couldn't resist the price offered on the app. So, I went ahead and booked it, paying the full amount upfront. When we got to the hotel, all I had to do was show my ID, the credit card I used for the booking, and the booking details that had been emailed to me. The check-in process was easy, the hotel was super luxurious, and I was absolutely delighted with the money I saved! I will definitely trust this app again the next time I need to book a hotel without breaking the bank.Easy booking
I was really nervous about booking through a third-party website because I didn't think the hotel would accept it, but everything turned out fine. I only had to pay for parking, but I would have had to do that anyway. If a hotel charges for parking, they just deduct it from your credit card deposit. Super.com had the best prices for the hotel I was looking at. I would definitely use them again because it saved me a lot of money.

Hotel booking with refundable option
I had a really awful experience with this company and their customer service. I booked a hotel with a refundable option because of a family emergency, but when I tried to get a refund and re-book, they were no help at all. Despite calling them four times, I never got a confirmation email or booking number. The staff didn't seem to know what was going on and wouldn't give me my money back, even though the hotel had my booking. SuperTravel denied having my money and were not helpful at all. I would advise against giving them your money - they are thieves!
Hotel booking nightmare
Oh my goodness, this company is absolutely terrible! I reserved 3 rooms back in December for my trip in March, splashed out $3200, and then they pulled off the biggest scam. The hotel voucher they provided was useless, and when I attempted to make a valid booking, they just kept delaying and making excuses. I even had email correspondence from the hotel confirming my booking wasn't valid, yet SuperTravel continued to mess me around and never reimbursed my money. I ended up having to shell out an extra $3500 for a new booking - it's just beyond belief how deceptive they were being.

Accommodation booking mishap
I had a really bad experience with an online travel company when I booked a place to stay in Toronto. I paid for a room but when I got there, I didn't get any information on how to access it. The hotel staff and the company's customer support couldn't help me either, so I was left with nowhere to stay. I had to quickly book another, more expensive hotel room and the company wouldn't give me a refund for the first booking. This isn't the kind of service anyone should put up with, so I recommend avoiding this company in the future.
Room reservation issue
So, I was going on this amazing holiday with my family and when we arrived at the hotel, they made a mistake with our room booking. Can you believe it? Instead of a lovely 2 bed room, we had to settle for a 1 bed room and unfortunately my daughter had to sleep on the floor. To make matters worse, they tried to make up for it by offering us a measly $11.09 credit – like seriously, what am I supposed to do with that? So yeah, our whole holiday was pretty much ruined because these two companies couldn't get their act together. It was not cool at all.
Room misrepresentation
The room I booked at SuperTravel wasn't the room I got when I arrived at the hotel. I booked a classic room, but ended up in a pod in a dormitory instead. When I complained and asked for some money back, they said no because the room name matched the booking. I was really let down by this experience and now I feel like they tricked me as a customer. I wouldn't suggest using this company.
