trip to Santorini
This is a pre-review and a request for help! My trip is in 3 weeks (my son and I) but my son is now extremely unwell, and can't go. I know the T...Cs clearly say passengers cannot be changed if the trip includes transport, but is there REALLY no way we can change him to someone else? It will be very painful to lose this money and travel by myself - or, even worse, cancel and lose most of the £1.642 I paid. Help, Voyage Prive!
Recent hotel stay
During my recent stay at the hotel, I found it to be pretty good overall but there were a couple of things that could have been better. The hotel looked a bit old-fashioned and could do with some updates, especially in the corridors and rooms. Also, the bedding and towels they gave us weren't great quality, which was a shame.
Tour with a local agency
I had such a great time on the tour with a local agency! Everything was organised really well, the guides were so helpful, and the hotels we stayed in were lovely. Also, the communication during the trip was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a great travel experience!
Florence trip
I've visited this website a couple of times now and it's always been great. It's simple to book online, but just double-check all the info, especially if there are flights to consider. My sister and I recently went to Florence and stayed at the fantastic MR Florence Hotel. It was really clean, the staff were lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. We were conveniently near the train station and only a short distance from the city centre, so it worked out perfectly! We had the most amazing time on our holiday.
One stop shop for holidays
I recently bought a holiday package from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. The information they gave about the deal was clear and detailed, laying out exactly what was included. The quality of the hotels and travel options they provided was top-notch, and I liked being able to choose how long I wanted to stay for.
What's more, the option to add on trips at the destination, upgrades, and extras really enhanced the whole experience. The company's communication was great, with timely updates and confirmations being sent. I just got back from the best trip ever! The hotel was really clean and the staff were super friendly. The food was so tasty, even though it was a bit different from what I'm used to. Everything went smoothly with the transportation and transfers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
All Inclusive Holiday
I recently went on a holiday booked through this company and honestly, it was a bit disappointing. The hotel I was in was quite understaffed, and not all the facilities were even open, like the restaurants and bars. The food was average at best - reminded me more of school dinners. The cleanliness was fine, but some parts of the hotel definitely needed some work. What really bugged me was the fact that despite booking all-inclusive, there were extra charges for things like using the safe and for certain amenities like fresh drinks and ice cream. Felt a bit like a money-making scheme. In the end, we just ended up spending more money eating out to avoid the poor food and other guests who seemed to be taking advantage of the free booze. All in all, not sure it was worth the price I paid.
Last-minute holiday booking
I booked a last-minute holiday with this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. The website was so easy to use, and I managed to snag a really good deal on a holiday package. The customer service team were really helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had about my booking. The holiday itself was amazing, and I felt like I really got my money's worth. I will definitely be booking with this company again for my future travel plans.
My trip was super organized
We had everything all sorted out for our trip, so we didn't need to stress about planning. Flights, car hire, and hotel were all arranged perfectly. We were really pleased with how everything turned out.
7 day island hopping holiday
I recently went on a 7 day island-hopping holiday with this company and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The flights they arranged had the wrong details and the hotel we stayed at was definitely not 4 stars. The rooms were in a terrible state, with broken glass, mouldy bathrooms, and a strong smell of urine. I tried to contact them by email for help but got no response. The only good thing was the friendly hotel staff. Trying to reach someone from the company was a nightmare as they only communicate through messages and were unhelpful. The holiday package was not as described - we weren't given the hotel details two weeks in advance as promised, and we didn't stay on different islands as planned. Needless to say, I won't book with them again. 😡
Luxury hotel stay in Funchal
My recent stay at a luxury hotel in Funchal was absolutely lovely. The facilities were amazing, from the beautiful room to the fantastic pool and spa. The food was delicious and the staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a great and comfortable stay. On the downside, I was a bit disappointed with how unclear the connecting flight details were. We flew with BA from Manchester to Funchal through Heathrow, but this information wasn't clearly stated when we booked. As a result, our luggage got left behind on the Heathrow-Funchal leg, causing us a 30-hour inconvenience without any of our stuff. Dealing with BA's process for claiming necessities was really frustratingly difficult. Overall, the hotel was absolutely amazing, but the flight experience definitely left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
Hotel stay
Our stay at the hotel was really nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite, which made our experience enjoyable throughout. Even though we got there late because our flight was delayed, they helped us check in quickly and showed us to a lovely room. The only small problem we had was that the bar staff could have been a bit quicker. Despite this, the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices.

The travel packages this company offers are absolutely amazing. Everything from the transportation to the hotels was top-notch. I was really impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. Thanks for making my holiday unforgettable.
Booking holiday
I booked a holiday with them and it was an absolute nightmare! They cancelled my trip at the last minute, leaving me completely stranded with no protection. I attempted to make another booking, but unfortunately, the exact same thing occurred. My advice would be to avoid them altogether and not waste any more of your precious time!
Last travel booking
I've been a loyal customer for more than a decade now and I've never encountered any problems with my bookings. However, it's worth noting that one thing potential customers should keep in mind is that they don't have a 24-hour cancellation policy. So, if you find yourself getting a bit too eager and accidentally book the wrong dates, they might not be so flexible about changing it without a fee. In my situation, they did end up making an exception and allowed me to change my dates, but I think it was because my new travel dates were quite different from the original reservation.
Recent trip booking
I recently booked a trip through this company and I have to say, it was a great experience. I booked a package to Puglia and everything went really smoothly. Booking experience exceeded expectations
I wasn't sure at first, but I was actually really impressed by the amazing service I received from Voyage Privé. It was so handy having someone on WhatsApp to chat to, it made everything really easy. Even when our flight was delayed, the team were really understanding and let us stay longer without any problems. I'll definitely be coming back again!
Short bus ride from City Centre
The hotel was really nice and clean, just like they said in the brochures. The food was delicious, and the rooms were comfy and nicely decorated. The little things like having tea, coffee, and cake in the room made it extra special. I had a great time and would definitely think about booking with them again.
Great experience
I had such a great time shopping on this site. Everything was really easy and went really well. I've shopped here a few times now and each time has been brilliant. I honestly don't have any complaints about them. They're so well-organised and I'll definitely be shopping with them again!
