Although our customer support team is amazing, we could do better when it comes to the speed of transactions. Currently, it takes about 4 business days for a USD/MXN transaction to go through, which is a lot longer than what other companies like Felix offer – they can process transactions in just seconds. This delay might put off potential clients from using our services because in today's fast-paced business world, speed and efficiency are key. So, it's really important that we figure out how to speed up our transaction processing if we want to stay competitive in the market.

I've been using this service for sending money abroad for quite a while now. I've noticed that they have good rates and fees compared to others. No explanation, no reason given. Left me feeling so frustrated and let down by their service. It just felt like they were not taking responsibility and being clear with me.
