Fast, reliable
Comfort at such an affordable price is not so common.
My brother's wedding would have been a total off-the-news if I not been rescued by the rentage I did. We had initially planned using his friend's then a hitch occurred placing us all at dire need. Thanks to my friend that referred us, immediately getting in touch and the response was no short of swift and friendly. We meet the rentage and I can imagine what it wascos the car actually fitted right in or the occasion,more like a personal car. Fox rent a car saved the day
Smooth run and good conditioned engine including nice and neat interiors. I also didn't have t stress manouvering the steering wheel.

My recent visit to this car rental place was really good. When I arrived and spoke to the lady at the desk, she was so helpful. She even let me use her hotspot so I could sort out my credit card stuff on my phone. I was happy that I didn't feel pushed into buying insurance, I could make my own choice. There were lots of cars in the car park to choose from, it felt like a nice upgrade from what I had booked. When I returned the car, it was quick and easy. The car was in great condition, only done 54,000 miles. The shuttle driver even helped me with my luggage, making everything even more convenient.
Last-minute car rental
Honestly, I found myself in a tricky situation at Chicago airport. The car rental company I had arranged with let me down at the last minute, leaving me stranded without transport. I've got to give a massive shoutout to the staff at this car rental place for stepping up and saving the day. They managed to sort me out with a car fairly swiftly, although, the downside was that there was only one person manning the desk, so it ended up taking longer than I would have preferred. All in all, I was thankful to have wheels to get me to my destination.
Renting Car
I had a great time renting a car from that place! The staff at the rental desk were really friendly and helpful, just like the other person mentioned in their review. The price was also really good, so I managed to save some money for snacks. Even though the car I originally wanted wasn't there, they upgraded me to a better one at no extra cost! It was really enjoyable driving around in it. And when I had to return the car, they made the process quick and easy. I had no worries at all! I'm looking forward to doing it again!
Quick and easy rental process, great staff
When I went to collect my car, Elizabeth was really friendly and sorted everything out quickly. And when I returned the car, Darling made it so easy. It was great because, being in Florida and renting in the same state, I didn't have to stress about mileage limits or a big deposit like other places. All in all, it was fantastic.
Rental car experience exceeded expectations
After reading some dodgy reviews, I was a bit unsure about trying them out, but the good rental prices convinced me to give it a go. I was really impressed by the amazing service I got, especially from Charles at the rental desk. He was so polite, friendly, and really went out of his way to make sure I had a top-notch customer experience. I'm thankful for the fantastic rental service the team provided.
First-time experience
As first-time renters from Philly, my partner and I didn't know much about the company. Even though we had to wait in a long line at the airport to get our rental car, the whole experience was top-notch. We booked online, and right from making the reservation to actually getting the car, driving it around, and then dropping it off, everything went really smoothly and quickly. I hired a car from a rental company at San Francisco airport and it was a really smooth experience. The staff there, especially Francis, were so helpful, polite, and respectful. They made sure everything was sorted for me and were patient and professional when answering my questions. Big shoutout to Ed and Edna for sorting out my billing issues quickly and efficiently too. First time using offsite car rental
This was my first time using an offsite car rental, and I was a bit worried it might be a hassle. But it turned out to be really easy with Fox Rent a Car. The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. The shuttle service was a nice added touch and made everything super convenient. The drop off was right at the gate doors, which was really cool. I would definitely recommend Fox Rent a Car to anyone heading to Orlando, I'll be using them next time for sure!
Fort Myers Florida rental experience
I had such a great time at the Fort Myers rental place. Miriam, who worked there, really knew her stuff and told me all about how to rent and return the car. I actually forgot my keys with the rental ones, but I got in touch with lost and found. They called me back within an hour to say they found my keys and would send them to me at home the next working day. And they did exactly what they said - my keys arrived by Fed-Ex in only 2 days. It was brilliant!
Awesome Car Rental!
I hired a car with my family and it was awesome. The car was really nice and Amber was amazing, always looking after us. Marcus is like the top guy there and he's really good too. We've been renting from this place for years and they always look after us. Amber, Genesis, and all the other staff are always eager to help.
Easy pickup, nice staff but lied about the toll pass
I hired a car and the people there were really friendly and helpful. However, one of the staff members tried to sell me a toll pass that I didn't actually need. I trusted him because he was from the area, but he definitely took advantage of me.

The staff were really professional and they took their time to make sure all my concerns were answered. The cars were clean and well looked after, and the person outside who checked the car before and after I rented it was really thorough. I'll definitely use this car rental company again in the future.
Quick and seamless booking process
The booking process was dead easy and fast, no unexpected hiccups. The price they quoted was brilliant, much better than other car hire places I've tried before. The shuttle turned up within 10 minutes of me getting to the pick-up spot. Only downside was the lady at the desk, she was whispering so quietly I could hardly make out what she was saying. Apart from that, top-notch experience!

I had a great experience renting a car in San Francisco. Everything went smoothly and the staff were really helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. Just a word of caution, it's best to not leave any personal belongings in the car as there have been reports of break-ins in the area.

Even though I had seen some not-so-great reviews, I was actually pleasantly surprised by my experience with Fox Rent a Car. The airport pickup was really quick and smooth, checking out at the rental location was fast, and the staff were really polite. I was so happy to see a lovely, fresh SUV waiting for me at a really good price. Returning the car was a breeze too, with no hassle at all.

I stick with this car hire company every time because they always have the cheapest prices for the same types of cars. I don't recall the last time I went with a different company because Fox always wins in terms of cost and customer service.
Rental experience - toll pass upselling
I had a bit of a disappointing time when I rented a car from this company recently. The person at the desk tried to sell me a toll pass even though I had already said I didn't want extra insurance. When I asked why the final cost was more than the original quote, they said it was for a security deposit. The fact that there wasn't much paperwork or a clear explanation made me even more annoyed, especially after a long day of travel and waiting for the shuttle. I guess I should have checked everything more carefully, but this has definitely made me not want to rent from this company again.
Recent rental experience
Unfortunately, my recent experience renting from this car hire company wasn't great due to a disappointing incident. Although I've always liked the good prices, range of vehicles, and friendly staff at the counter, I was let down by their handling of lost property. I accidentally left my handbag on one of their shuttle buses, which had my purse, phone, and other personal items. Despite contacting their central call centre right away and making lots of follow-up calls over 10 days, the problem hasn't been sorted out. The tracker on my phone shows it's at their airport rental place, but Fox don't seem keen to deal with it quickly or properly.
