    G4 Gocycle delivery

    I was absolutely buzzing to finally receive my G4 Gocycle after waiting for over 2 months for delivery. It looked incredible, but I was gutted when I couldn't get it to connect with the app. I tried sending an email to customer support but heard nothing back, and there was no phone number to ring. I was so disheartened and was about to send it back and order from a different company that had better customer service. Luckily, Gocycle got in touch with me directly and sorted out the problem. It turns out there was just a mix-up with email addresses that was causing the issue. Now I can finally hop on my new bike and it is absolutely brilliant!

    The customer support for my new electric bike has been really good. I'm happy with the quality of the bike, but I'm finding it a bit tricky to get to grips with all the different features on the app because I'm new to electric bikes. I think some YouTube tutorials would be a great help for people like me who are just starting out. Although I think some of the extra bits are necessary, I was a bit let down that they weren't included with the bike and had to be bought separately. And the smartphone holder that came with it didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for.

    We've recently bought two electric bikes and they've turned out to be a great choice. The cool design, high-quality materials, and strong build of these bikes have really surprised us. Even though they were pricey, the quality of these electric bikes beats any other brand we've seen. When we were out on a ride the other day, four cyclists came up to us saying how impressed they were with the design of our bikes. It was only when we chatted for a bit that they realised the bikes were electric assist, showing just how smoothly the electric features blend in.

    When I saw how much my friend was enjoying her foldable electric bike, I thought I had to get one for myself. So, I went to the store and the owner and his team were really helpful and knew their stuff. They showed me all the features of the bike and even demonstrated how easy it is to ride and handle. I was really impressed with how easily the bike folded, which will make it a breeze to transport in my SUV.     Two e-bikes, 4 years, not satisfied

    I've had these two e-bikes for ages now, and honestly, I'm not really feeling them. The screws are all rusty, even though we keep them dry in the South of France. And let's not even start on the software - it's such a hassle to get these things started every time. Perhaps kids who are into computers might enjoy it, but for me, it's just frustrating. I really regret not choosing a different brand of e-bike.

    Versatile electric bike

    The electric bike I bought was even better than I expected. It came quickly and in perfect condition. The box was easy to open, and putting it together was a piece of cake. I thought I'd test it out by riding up some steep hills nearby, and I was amazed by how strong the motor was and how comfy the seat was. I wouldn't recommend it for bumpy ground because of the small wheels, but it was great on smooth paths. I'm delighted with my new bike and can't wait to use it for getting to work and enjoying rides in the countryside.

    Commuting bike satisfaction

    I've been using my commuter bike for the past 8 months down here in the South of Sweden, mixing it up with biking and hopping on the train. It's been with me every step of the way, covering over 1000km so far. Every time I ride, I just feel more and more attached to this bike. It's got a sleek look, it's comfy, it gets the job done, and you can tell that every part of it is top-notch quality. I love how it's innovative without going overboard with unnecessary tech bits.     My husband and I had a brilliant time buying an electric bike. The guy who helped us out, Shawn Jenkins, really knew his stuff and was super helpful. He gave us all the info we needed to choose the right bike. I was really impressed by his attention to detail and how well he understood my needs as a petite lady. The other staff at the garage were also great, always quick to respond and help out, both before and after we bought the bike. All in all, it was a really easy and enjoyable shopping experience.

    App update experience and G4 bike purchase

    I had a right palaver trying to update the app for my G4 bike - took me ages to finally get it sorted. I even had to reach out to customer support for some guidance, but the old trick did the trick in the end. Bit annoying that the app is still missing some important features though - they really should've waited until it was fully ready before releasing it. Despite all this, the G4 bike itself is top-notch and I'm well chuffed with how well it performs.

    Electric bike repair and warranty service

    My experience with the repair and warranty service for my electric bike was really disappointing. Firstly, I couldn't find a direct phone number to call and check on my bike, which was annoying. It took a huge 5 weeks to get the repair done, which was way too long for the hassle it caused me. Then, I was surprised to find out that my battery, covered by a 2-year warranty, wasn't replaced by the company. All in all, the lack of communication, the long repair time, and not honouring the warranty left me feeling really let down with the service I received.

    I absolutely adore my bike! The customer service was fantastic, they were so helpful and made everything really simple for me. Ordering was quick and easy, no issues at all.     Shared bike purchase

    The quality of the shared bike is really good, but it's so annoying how difficult it is to switch riders because of all the problems with the app connecting. It's made even worse by the fact that there's no customer service you can speak to directly, so you're stuck trying to sort everything out over email which takes ages. And to top it off, there's no physical user manual to help out, so you're left relying on QR codes and YouTube videos which don't always cover everything you need. I mean, I shelled out $5,000 for this bike, so I was expecting a much smoother and easier experience with better support and a proper manual.

    Model G4 for campervan

    My parents got themselves two G4 bikes for the campervan. The bikes look really cool and can be folded up easily to fit in the back of the van. Surprisingly, there's still enough space for all their luggage! It's a bit like solving a puzzle with bikes and suitcases.

    Amazing product and easy to assemble

    The bikes were really easy to set up once they arrived. I downloaded the app on my phone and it was a piece of cake to access and set up each bike from there. I did consider setting them up with the faster USA settings, but I thought it would be best to stick with the UK rules, just to be on the safe side.

    I've recently switched from using the public bike share to an electric bike, and it has completely changed the game for me. The acceleration and responsiveness of the electric bike make getting around the busy city traffic so much easier. It is a bit pricey, but I truly believe it is worth every penny considering the quality and performance of the bike. I highly recommend making the switch!
