I booked a holiday with Thomas Cook a few months ago, purchased the travel insurance through the Post Office. Terrible customer service they wouldn't refund me the cost of the insurance as Thomas Cook had gone through. Don't even bother taking out insurance with this lot.
I bought travel insurance from the post office on line and I went to log in to my account and could , I call help line and was told the reason I could not log in was because I made a mistake with a date on the online form which I agreed with they put the mistake right and charge me £18 plus pence which I think was way to much.
