Lovely peach hoodie in size small
I bought a really nice peach hoodie in a small size from this store recently, and I have to say I'm really happy with it. It fits me perfectly, giving me just the right amount of space and length to cover my backside when wearing leggings. The quality of the hoodie is amazing, and I love that they use recyclable and biodegradable packaging. Knowing that the hoodie is hand pressed and finished in the studio to reduce waste is a bonus. I'm overall very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to others.
Lucky dip package
I recently bought something from this company after following them for ages. I went for one of their "lucky dip" deals, which got me a hoodie and a t-shirt for a great price. I was really impressed with the quality of both items, they were even better than I expected and they fit me perfectly. The materials used are really good and you can tell they've paid attention to the details in the stitching and finishing. I'm seriously chuffed with what I got.
Lucky dip t-shirts, hoodie
I was really upset with the way this clothing company treated me. I bought 2 lucky dip t-shirts, but they only sent me one after waiting for 3 weeks. When I contacted them, they promised to send the second one, but another 3 weeks passed and it still hadn't arrived. I also got a confirmation email for a hoodie, but when I opened the package, it was actually someone else's order! To top it off, now when I try to email them, it keeps bouncing back. Overall, it's just really disappointing and their service is completely unacceptable.
Unfulfilled order
I've never had any problems with this company before, but recently I had a bad experience. I made an order, they took my money, but didn't fulfill it. To top it off, they're still promoting their products, but my emails keep coming back. I tried contacting them on social media, but they turned off comments. It's really frustrating and not very professional.
Hoodie purchase
As a newbie customer, I didn't know about this brand when I decided to order a hoodie just to give it a go. But let me tell you, I was well impressed with the quality of the product and how well it fit. I did have a little hiccup at one point and had to get in touch with customer service, and they were so quick to help me out. To sum it up, I would definitely suggest giving this brand a try for their top-notch products and awesome customer service.
Clothing from UK to Australia
The delivery actually took a bit longer than I thought, ended up being about 2 weeks to reach Australia. But I was really pleased with all the stuff I bought. I normally wear a size 10 here in Australia and stand at 173cm, so I went for a large in everything and they all fitted spot on. I like the fact that everything is made to order, such a good idea for cutting down on waste. I'll definitely be buying from them again further down the line.
Hoodys and jumpers
I bought some hoodies and jumpers from this shop recently and I must say, I am really impressed. The materials are top quality, unlike anything I've come across in a while. I've always had a hard time finding the right thickness in hoodies and jumpers, but these ones are spot on - cozy, soft, and excellent quality. And the styles are brilliant too. I'm already thinking about getting more because I'm so happy with my first buy.

I recently bought some things after seeing an advert on social media and I have to say, I'm really happy with them. The quality is great and I've actually bought multiple items already. Also, it's really good to see the brand supporting important causes like the NHS.
New clothes order
I ordered some new clothes from this shop ages ago, but they never arrived! I had to ask my bank for a refund because the order just vanished. The guy who runs the place is apparently in America, so who knows if anyone's there working on orders. I tried contacting him through the Facebook page, but no luck. Would you believe they've been in administration since May last year? I have no idea how they're still operating.
Grey jumpers
I bought a couple of grey jumpers from this company not long ago and I have to say, their customer service was dreadful. I placed my order at the end of March and after waiting two weeks with no sign of my jumpers, I decided to drop them an email for an update. They did reply a few times saying they were sorting it out, but I ended up waiting for more than 6 weeks. Every time I tried to email them again, my emails bounced back. I even tried calling them, but their phone number was no use. Eventually, I had to go through my bank to get my money back. It was really disappointing, especially since the order cost me over 70 quid, which is a lot for most people. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying from them.
Hoodies, Order Issue
I ordered two hoodies on 31st March 2024 but all I got was a standard email saying they were being made. I haven't received them yet and they're ignoring my emails and messages on social media. They haven't refunded me either. It's now 7th May and the issue still isn't sorted. This company is a complete joke.
Clothes
I ordered some clothes from this company about three weeks back, but I've not received anything yet! I've sent loads of emails and messages on social media, but they've not replied at all. I've checked their Instagram, and they've been posting stuff since I made the order, so I know they're still active, but it feels like they're purposefully ignoring me. I've come across other reviews with similar complaints, so I reckon they might be scamming people. It's not cool at all!
Late order delivery
I made an order with this company back in early April, and now that it’s mid-May, my items still haven’t shown up. I’ve tried getting in touch with customer service a few times now, but I haven’t received any helpful replies. It’s annoying to see them posting on social media like everything's fine when my order is nowhere to be found. I’m really let down by their poor communication and how long it’s taking to sort out my order.

I recently bought some stuff that was supposed to be printed before it got to me. But it's been weeks now and I still haven't got my order. So, I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, and they said it was still in the printing stage. Even after sending a few more emails, I still didn't get my order. I got fed up with the lack of communication and broken promises, so I asked for a refund. But now, my refund request emails keep bouncing back. It's been a really disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
