Lingerie set
I was a bit unsure about buying from the online store because I'd heard some mixed reviews, but I decided to give it a go anyway. I ordered a lingerie set with standard shipping on a Sunday and was really surprised to get it by Tuesday morning. The package looked really nice and the sizes were spot on, which is always a relief when buying stuff like that online. Some people had said they'd had problems with deliveries from DPD, but my package came with UPS, so maybe they've changed their delivery services which worked out well for me. All in all, it was a good experience and I'd definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
Pink x black lingerie set
I recently bought the pink and black lingerie set from your store and I have to say, I absolutely love it! The Carline series, with the bra, suspender, thong, and brief, is not just gorgeous but also really comfy. I wore them for a photo shoot and video shoot and I felt like a total goddess. As someone who beat breast cancer, feeling confident and sexy in my own skin is really important to me, and your lingerie has really helped me embrace my second chance at life. I'm really looking forward to raising awareness for breast cancer and supporting the colour pink, and your lingerie will definitely be a big part of that journey.
Sexy lingerie
Trust Agent Provocateur to provide you with classy and sexy lingerie that makes you feel good as a woman and appear more sophisticated. I was shopping for lingerie elsewhere but I discovered that they had more nice ones so I resorted to them. My friends shop for their lingeries on this website too and they feel good anytime they wear their products. Their gift cards are thoughtful too and great to give out especially during festive seasons. I will try their body chains and chokers very soon. I'm still indecisive about it though. I'm gonna buy facemasks and eyemasks for an occasion. Sexy lingerie all the way!!!

She was so helpful with sorting out my return and refund, and she did it all with such a friendly and efficient attitude. I bought a lingerie set from this place recently and had a really good experience. Ordering was easy and my order arrived on time. However, I was a bit gutted to see that the packaging was damaged when it got to me. I sent an email to customer services straight away and they sorted it out within a day. They gave me options on how to fix the problem and I was really impressed with how well they dealt with it. The lingerie set itself was really good quality and definitely a hot item!

I'd like to share my experience with a pajama set I bought recently - the quality wasn't up to scratch. But I have to say, the customer service I got was fantastic. The lingerie set I bought was pretty average, to be honest. The material was kinda cheap and it didn't really fit as nicely as I thought it would. But what really let me down was the customer service when I wanted to send it back. The website was a pain to use, and every time I tried to get in touch with them, it was like they were purposely making it hard for me to return the item. It was a far cry from the easy return process I've had with other lingerie brands like Honey Birdette.

The Customer Service was so rubbish, they didn't even try to sort things out or give me a proper solution. I definitely won't be buying from them again, there are so many other lingerie brands out there that have much better products and customer service.

I had a great time shopping but had a bit of trouble because the courier company was not reliable. The clothes were amazing, and Sarah's customer service was outstanding. It more than made up for the delivery problem. I would definitely shop here again, 10 out of 10.
new bra set
I popped into Agent Provocateur and treated myself to this adorable new bra set, but when I got back home, I noticed it was all messed up! I tried reaching out to them via email and WhatsApp, but it took them forever to respond and they only then told me I had to send it back before they could help. Seriously, why didn't they just say that to begin with?! It's been nearly 3 months now and I'm still waiting, missing my lovely bra set. Such a letdown!
Silk thong
This was a completely unacceptable experience. I bought a silk thong, tried it on once, and then decided to return it. But when I asked for a refund, they said no because of a tiny mark that you could only see with a magnifying glass. It's so frustrating because the mark must have been there when they sent it to me, but they only noticed it when I sent it back. The whole process took over three weeks, and there was no phone number to call for help right away. It was really hard to get hold of customer service, they took days to reply to my emails and it took several emails before we sorted things out. They didn't really listen to my concerns and didn't explain how to make a complaint. And to make things worse, I found out that the same person who dealt with my order was also the one in charge of complaints. That's a bit of a conflict of interest, isn't it? I'm really disappointed with this whole experience and I won't be buying anything from this brand again.
Lingerie set, one size up
You know, I ordered this lingerie set a size bigger than usual from them, didn't get any confirmation or tracking info. I had to keep chasing their customer service for details, and even then, they didn't give me all the information I needed. Can you believe it? After more than 2 weeks, my order still hadn't shown up! I had to keep asking them where it was, and now they want me to collect it myself even though I paid for shipping! It's ridiculous, right?! And the worst thing is, they wouldn't let me swap the set for the right size, even though it was totally their fault that it didn't fit! The quality was just alright, but given all the hassle I went through, it's definitely not worth it. I've heard that Honey Birdette is much better than this place anyway, so I won't be ordering from them again!
Expensive shipping, no exchanges
Be careful when purchasing from this company because the shipping fees are a rip-off at £30. And if what you buy doesn't fit, you can forget about exchanging it because they won't allow it. Honestly, it's just ridiculous and feels like a total scam. I ended up losing £500 dealing with them.
Sale items with a NO RETURN policy
I recently bought some sale items online from this brand and was a bit disappointed to find out that they didn't accept returns for these items. I checked the size chart and ordered what I thought was the right size, but when the items arrived, they were 1-2 sizes too small. I contacted customer service to see if I could return or exchange them, but they told me they don't allow refunds or exchanges for sale items. This policy isn't very customer-friendly, especially when buying online where sizing can be tricky even if you know the brand well. Plus, the quality of the items wasn't up to scratch, feeling more like Victoria's Secret but at a higher price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from this brand, especially online.
Lacy lingerie set
I am really disappointed with my experience at this store. I bought a lingerie set that was supposed to be unused, but they claimed it was damaged and stained when I tried to return it. It was a long and frustrating process to complain about it, and they ended up getting rid of the item without asking me. I am shocked by the lack of integrity and professionalism shown by the company.
