Clothes
I and my brother had a friend's party to attend. So we agreed to dress in same hoodies e.g. same design, same style, same material, same brand and so on. While we were having difficulty to find what we were looking for in most shops, others didn't even have the quality we looked out for. On checking Asket, they seemed to be the one to surprise us by stocking up just what we were looking for. We went on further checks on Asket website to see more products and we were indeed shocked by the number of clothing stocks in their store. Amazing! We have since redirected all our clothing purchase to Asket, where we are sure of availability, quality, good prices and secure payment options. Good!
Recent shopping spree
I recently bought loads of new clothes from a fantastic shop. The jacket, shirts, and socks are really comfortable and feel like they're good quality. I also tried on some trousers, just waiting for the correct size to be back in stock. I really appreciate how honest they are about their products, and the option for re-usable packaging is great. Returning items was straightforward, although it did take a bit longer than I expected. But I suppose that's all part of supporting sustainability, so I'm fine with it. I'll definitely shop there again, unless I come across some awesome second-hand items.
Issue with garment quality
I bought a piece of clothing from Asket recently and found a hole in it after wearing it just once. I got in touch with their customer support and was really happy with how they were willing to help fix the problem. They gave me different options like a discount to cover alterations, a new item to replace it, or the choice to return it for a refund. I've always been impressed with the great quality of Asket's products, so this was a bit of a surprise. But I'm thankful for their fantastic customer service in sorting out the issue.
Hoodie purchase
I bought a hoodie from this company not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with what I got. After just one wash and a couple of wears, the hoodie started to pill and had loose threads coming out everywhere. It's just not on for a hoodie that cost so much money. I have hoodies from a different brand that I've had for years and they still look brand new after so many washes. On the bright side, the hoodie does look nice and is comfy to wear. But the quality was just not up to scratch in my opinion.
T-shirts
I recently bought some t-shirts from this shop and they claimed to be of good quality. However, after just a year, I noticed there were holes in all of them! None of my other t-shirts have ever had holes so quickly. When I contacted the shop about it, they just said it was normal wear and tear and offered me a small discount on my next purchase. I found it really strange, you know? They claim to sell durable clothes but the quality just isn't up to scratch. There are definitely better and more affordable t-shirts available elsewhere, so I wouldn't recommend them.
Briefs purchase
I've been a customer of this brand for a long time and I've bought a variety of stuff from them like t-shirts, trousers, and socks. Most of the time, I've been happy with the quality of the items for the price I paid. But let me tell you about a problem I had recently with a pair of briefs I got from them. After wearing them a few times, the band on the briefs came apart because it wasn't sewn properly, which was really disappointing. I had another pair from a different brand that lasted way longer. When I contacted their customer service about it, they offered me a small voucher that I could only use if I bought more stuff from them. I mean, it's a nice gesture and all, but I think they really need to improve the quality of their products, especially since they charge premium prices.
T-shirt VAT charges
I bought a t-shirt from this company not long ago and I was really impressed with how well-made it is. The material feels strong and the fit is spot on, so it's become a go-to item in my wardrobe. But I have to say, I was a bit annoyed to find out that I got charged VAT even though the t-shirt was shipped outside of Europe. This meant I ended up paying double taxes, which was quite frustrating. I hope they can sort this out in the future so that customers know exactly what to expect when shopping.

I bought a t-shirt from here and it fits perfectly. It's now my favourite go-to item. The quality is really good and the way they presented the product was excellent. The customer service I got was brilliant too. However, I was a bit disappointed that they only sell pique cotton polos and not other styles like their t-shirts. I hope they think about adding more variety to their product range in the future.
Women's t-shirts and long sleeves
I'm a bit gutted that all my Asket women's t-shirts and long sleeves got that annoying bacon neck thing after just one wash. The men's t-shirts have a nice finish and stay looking good, unlike the women's ones that don't hold up well. Plus, the black t-shirt I got actually looks more like navy blue than proper black, which is quite frustrating. I'm really regretting buying them now.
Jeans falling apart, disappointed in quality
I bought these jeans back in September from this company, and they've already started falling apart. There are actual tears in the fabric, and it's not good. I thought it was okay to pay more for them because they promised good quality, but I've been let down big time. It's obvious that Asket hasn't kept their promise of giving us quality stuff. So, I won't be giving them any more of my money.
Lightweight and heavyweight white T-shirts
I bought two white T-shirts from this brand not too long ago - one was lightweight and the other heavyweight. They both fit well and were comfy, but I soon noticed some wear and tear after just a few wears and washes. The threads near the shoulder were starting to come loose, which was a bit of a letdown given how much I spent on these shirts that were supposed to be top quality. I do like how comfy and well they fit, but the doubts about their durability make me think twice about buying from this brand in the future.
Minimalist high-quality essentials
I've just bought a couple of t-shirts and shirts from this brand, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality and design. Cashmere sweater
I got this really lovely cashmere jumper last autumn and it was super soft and snug. I looked after it really well, never washing it in case something went wrong. But then, one day, I noticed a massive hole had appeared! I was so upset and reached out to their customer service for some help. Can you believe they pretty much just said "tough luck" and only gave me a teeny store credit? I was really let down! The quality of the jumper was rubbish and their customer service was even worse. Save yourself the trouble and avoid spending your money there!
Hoodie
I bought a hoodie from this company not long ago and I have to say I was really let down by the quality of it. It began falling apart so soon, just after a year, which is just not on for something that cost me a bit extra. When I tried to send it back, they turned me down and only offered me a measly 20 euros as a refund, which I never even saw. Then, to top it off, they didn't even post the review I left on their site, making me feel like my opinion didn't matter as a customer. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from this company.
£120 shirt with stitching issue

Expensive and Poor Quality Clothing
The clothes in that shop are way too pricey for what you get. I've bought from them twice and both times the clothes were poorly made with loose stitching and didn't fit right. Sending stuff back was a total nightmare and I just feel like I've thrown my money away.
T-shirt purchase
I am constantly amazed by how inconsistent the quality and service are at this shop. It's like one day the T-shirt fits like a dream, and the next time it's all wrong. And let's not even talk about the returns process - sometimes there's a label, sometimes there isn't. The packaging is another story altogether, with some items arriving battered and others looking pristine. This lack of consistency really makes me doubt the company's abilities and dependability.
