I've bought lots of stuff from this company and every time I've been really pleased with what I got. The phones I've ordered have all been top-notch and in perfect condition. I recently bought a mobile phone from Back Market and honestly, it was not a great experience. I chose the priority 1-2 day delivery option but ran into a big problem with my address on the first day. Even though my address is correct and matches my billing info, there was some sort of issue. It was really annoying to see that they took my payment quickly but couldn't stick to the promised delivery date.
iPhone 11 with battery issues
I've just bought my second phone from Back Market and unfortunately, both devices have had issues with the battery. The latest one I got was an iPhone 11 with a supposedly new battery, but it just wouldn't charge up. It was a real let-down, especially as I had planned to give it to my daughter for her 16th birthday. Not being able to talk to customer service made the whole situation even more frustrating, as I had no way to get any advice on how to fix the problem. In the end, I had to send the phone back for a refund and now I'll have to find another replacement somewhere else, definitely not from Back Market.
Tablet purchase
I got a tablet from Back Market not long ago, and I was so impressed with the service and the tablet itself. It arrived the morning after I ordered it, and it looked like it had just come out of the box. It was hard to believe it had been used before. Great deal, battery replacement option needed
I recently purchased a phone that was listed as being in "Fair" condition. To my surprise, I received a Galaxy S22 that was practically unmarked and all for a fraction of the price of a brand new one. The only drawback is that the battery life is not as long-lasting as I would have liked, and there is no option for a replacement battery, which is important for older phones. Despite this issue, I still believe it was a great deal overall, with just a bit of a disappointment in that department.
MacBook Air purchase
Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I just treated myself to a MacBook Air from this place, and it's absolutely amazing! It looks like it's never been used before, but it was way more affordable. I usually don't buy second-hand tech items, but this one was too good to pass up, especially since it comes with a warranty. I really love this company! I've bought a laptop and two phones from them and I've been using their products for years. I've told all my friends about them because I love a good deal, especially in today's tough economy! Every penny matters, doesn't it? Haha. I won't ever go back to getting contract phones or tech items from elsewhere. The stuff I got was in great condition, even though it was listed as 'good'.
Mobile phone warranty issue
I must say, my experience with Back Market's customer service has been absolutely dreadful. After making a purchase and receiving an order number, I had an issue where my account showed no orders placed, making it impossible to contact customer service. Despite their website saying how to contact them, I couldn't find a chat function, telephone number, email address or form for help. They recently asked for feedback on my purchase, reassuring me my phone was still under warranty. But with no purchase record in my account, there was no warranty or way to fix the issue. This level of incompetence and lack of support as a customer is just not on.

I recently bought an Apple Watch from Back Market and I was really pleased with how everything went. It was my first time using them, and I have to say I was impressed. The watch arrived quickly, in great condition, and it looked practically brand new. The delivery came earlier than I thought, which was a nice surprise. It's not often you find a second-hand product in such mint condition, so I was well pleased with my buy.
Apple watch 6 in different colour and operating system
I bought an Apple Watch 6 in blue from Back Market, but when it arrived, it was actually red and had an old watch OS 10. The issue was that the watch needed iOS 17 on the iPhone, but my phone can't handle that. It was really frustrating because there wasn't any info online about the operating system compatibility.

I've been a customer at Back Market for a good few years now, mainly getting Apple stuff. I reckon their gear is way cheaper than full price, but it's still top quality. I've picked up 2 iPads from there and they've both been spot on, one of them still going strong after more than 4 years.
