Two cases of craft beer and snacks
I was so excited about my first experience with BeerMonster. I found their website because they sponsor a well-known British Superbike team. I was really impressed by all the different craft beers they had on offer. I decided to order two cases of beer and some snacks, and I was so happy when I saw how much money I saved compared to buying them from a regular store. It was even better that they offered free delivery and my order arrived at my house within just a couple of days. I'm really pleased with the quality of the products and how quickly they arrived. BeerMonster has definitely gained a loyal customer in me, and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Draught Beer Machine
I recently got a Beer Monster draught beer machine as a gift from my partner. Unfortunately, the CO2 fitting had a manufacturing fault. I reached out to their Facebook page and was put in touch with Peter, one of the directors. Peter was really helpful and quick to respond, even messaging me outside of normal hours. He sent me a new part right away and gave me a video on how to replace it. But even after that, the machine still had problems. So, to my surprise, Peter sent me a whole new machine and even threw in a free keg as an apology. The customer service from Beer Monster was top-notch. I definitely recommend doing business with them.
Good shopping experience with BeerMonster
Having worked as a barman for a brewery company who had a bar where their staff relaxe to take some beer after the days work, I always dream to have my own bar one day and also to employ many bartenders. When I started my bar the customers complained about the kind of beer that I sold and that they didn't like it. Then I decided to purchase a new brand of beer that would suit my customer's taste. Then I decided to check online and I came across BeerMonster. They have a great blend of beer. I also bought a beer machine from them which makes my work easier and faster.
Birthday present, disappointment
I received a super cool BeerMonster machine for my birthday and was really looking forward to trying it out! It looked fantastic when I set it up, but when I went to pull my first pint, it ended up dribbling out like a leaky faucet. I was pretty disappointed! After tinkering around for a bit, I discovered that there were no CO2 cartridges included in the box and there were no instructions on what to do. I assumed there would be at least one already installed, but nope. So I had to head to the shop to purchase some cans instead.
Keg for beer dispenser
I've been shopping at their online store for quite some time now, and I just ordered a new keg for my beer tap. I was really pleased to see that their new website was so easy to use and navigate. Thanks to the new site, I got a great discount and the keg arrived really quickly. The prices are still the best around, and I've already told all my mates about BeerMonster. The service was amazing, and I'm absolutely chuffed with my purchase. Just like Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, "I'll be back!"
Beer tap for partner
I bought a beer tap for my partner from this shop last Christmas and it's been a great addition to our home. It took a bit of practice to figure it out at first, but we soon worked it out and have been enjoying perfect pints ever since. Unfortunately, we accidentally threw away an important piece of the tap, but Peter from the shop provided exceptional customer service. He went out of his way to send us a replacement part for free, even though it was our fault. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for their great products and excellent customer service.
Pump and keg issue
I recently had a problem where the pump I was supposed to receive with my keg was missing. After some back and forth emails, Peter from the company got in touch with me and dealt with the situation really well. He not only sorted out my problem quickly but also gave me an extra keg for free to say sorry for the inconvenience. I have to admit, the customer service at this place is really top-notch and they really go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.
*Faulty beer tap, quick replacement, free Budvar keg*
I bought a beer tap from BeerMonster and was gutted when it began leaking water. I got in touch with them and they quickly sent a new one, which arrived just before New Year's Eve. Not only did they sort out the dodgy tap without delay, but they also chucked in a free keg of Budvar with it. I'm really chuffed with how fast they dealt with the issue and their top-notch customer service, especially over the hectic Christmas season.
Brought some cool drinks
I recently picked up some amazing drinks from this place and they were absolutely fantastic. The website was user-friendly and had all the information I required. The service was incredibly fast and the staff were really helpful when I had a question about my order. The drinks matched the descriptions perfectly and tasted absolutely delicious. I'm thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be returning for more in the future.
Beer cooler purchase
The ordering process was really easy and quick, the service was great too. However, I was a bit let down by the beer cooler itself. It did keep my beer cold like it said it would, but it poured the drinks out really slowly and didn't create any foam on the beer. Even after getting in touch with customer service a few times, I didn't get much help and ended up feeling disappointed with the product. I'd suggest just sticking to cans instead of spending your cash on this item.
Beer tap purchase
I recently got a really cool beer tap and had a bit of bother with the gas system, but thankfully Peter came to the rescue and helped me sort it out. Now I'm happily sat at home, sipping on a beer and typing up this review. Cheers to Peter!

Beer dispenser and 5ltr kegs
I can't believe that beermonster didn't turn up, ended up on some dodgy discount site selling expired stock. Now I'm stuck with a useless keg dispenser and no way to buy kegs. Sort it out beermonster!
