Faulty item from my order
I got something wrong in my order the other day and it was a bit disappointing, to be honest. It took me a few days to check the package and spot the problem. When I messaged customer service through iMessage, I was really pleased with how quickly they replied and sorted things out. Lenny, the Customer Service Advisor, was fantastic to deal with - really quick, friendly, and understanding. It's so nice to see such great customer service these days. Big thumbs up to Lenny for being so good at his job!
Had a missing item
Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a quick story with you. I recently placed an order and it turned out that one of the items was missing. But no worries, Danica stepped in and really saved the day. She was amazing and made sure I received a full refund. I have to say, the customer service in this instance was top-notch!
Black hoodie with white logo
I recently purchased a really nice black hoodie with a white logo from *brand name* for my friend's party. I was really looking forward to wearing it and even paid extra for next day delivery to ensure it arrived on time. But you wouldn't believe it - the hoodie didn't show up until 3 days later! I was gutted because I missed out on wearing it for the event. On the bright side, *brand name* did refund me for the delivery charge. They definitely need to sort out their courier service though, as this is just not good enough.
Black hoodie purchase
Hey, so I recently purchased this really cool black hoodie online. The only issue is that I ended up getting hit with a hefty tax charge! It was honestly quite pricey. Faulty item
So, I got this thing and it was broken when it arrived. But the customer service was really quick to reply and they were really nice about it. I had to send them a picture of the broken thing and they gave me a refund. It was really easy and I was happy in the end.
Faulty jacket
I got a jacket from your company that was faulty. I spoke to customer service and a really nice lady called Jenifer helped me out straight away. She sorted out a replacement jacket for me and also told me how to recycle the old one.
Faulty glasses
I buy things from this website all the time, but one time my glasses were messed up. I let them know, and they sorted it out really quickly. The person I spoke to, Crizalda, was great.
Poor quality item
I was really let down by the poor quality of the item I bought and the whole experience was far from satisfactory. Trying to return it was a nightmare - they didn't even refund the postage and actually made me pay for the returns label. It's a complete joke and I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from them, not even someone I really don't like. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
Wrong item received
I felt really annoyed when I got the wrong item in my order. Dealing with the hassle of having to send it back was frustrating, especially since it wasn't my fault. There was no choice to swap it for the right thing, and I had to pay 5.99 to return it. Plus, it was hard to get hold of anyone to talk about the problem. As a loyal customer, I was let down by how they handled things. However, once I emailed them, they replied quickly and gave me a free return label, which sort of fixed the situation.
Return label issues
The return label they sent me was terrible! The numbers were all smudged and crumpled, so the post office couldn't even read it. I tried so many times, but it just didn't work out. Also, I sent them numerous emails asking for help, but they never bothered to reply.

I always find shopping with this brand to be a breeze. The website is so easy to use, I can just have a browse through the collections and find exactly what I'm looking for. Everything is laid out neatly and it's really simple to find my way around. Ordering was a piece of cake, no problems at all.

I bought some casual clothes from this company not long ago and I have to say, I wasn't very impressed with how things went. At first, they sent me the wrong items and also forgot to include one thing I ordered. When I reached out to customer service about it, they only refunded me half the money I spent. And to make matters worse, it took ages for them to sort out my refund after I kept having to chase them up about it. Honestly, I found their customer service to be pretty useless and the whole thing just left me feeling really let down.

Even though the deadline for a refund had already passed, she sorted out my refund without any problems. I was really impressed with how professional and responsive the customer service team was in dealing with my issue.
Holey products
I just got my delivery, but one of the tops has holes in it. I'm currently trying to arrange a return. The live chat is taking forever to respond, the privacy policy form won't work, so I can't access it. There's no phone number to call, and I haven't even got a confirmation email yet. I won't be using this service again - I'm just going to delete my account.
Joggers and T-shirt
I'm afraid my order went missing during delivery, but when I got in touch with customer service, they were great. Rochelle quickly fixed the problem by giving me the choice of a refund or express delivery for the same items. I was really impressed with their help and I'll definitely shop with them again.
