    Faulty item from my order

    I got something wrong in my order the other day and it was a bit disappointing, to be honest. It took me a few days to check the package and spot the problem. When I messaged customer service through iMessage, I was really pleased with how quickly they replied and sorted things out. Lenny, the Customer Service Advisor, was fantastic to deal with - really quick, friendly, and understanding. It's so nice to see such great customer service these days. Big thumbs up to Lenny for being so good at his job!

    I recently purchased a really nice black hoodie with a white logo from *brand name* for my friend's party. I was really looking forward to wearing it and even paid extra for next day delivery to ensure it arrived on time. But you wouldn't believe it - the hoodie didn't show up until 3 days later! I was gutted because I missed out on wearing it for the event. On the bright side, *brand name* did refund me for the delivery charge. They definitely need to sort out their courier service though, as this is just not good enough.

    Poor quality item

    I was really let down by the poor quality of the item I bought and the whole experience was far from satisfactory. Trying to return it was a nightmare - they didn't even refund the postage and actually made me pay for the returns label. It's a complete joke and I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from them, not even someone I really don't like. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.

    I felt really annoyed when I got the wrong item in my order. Dealing with the hassle of having to send it back was frustrating, especially since it wasn't my fault. There was no choice to swap it for the right thing, and I had to pay 5.99 to return it. Plus, it was hard to get hold of anyone to talk about the problem. As a loyal customer, I was let down by how they handled things. However, once I emailed them, they replied quickly and gave me a free return label, which sort of fixed the situation.

    The return label they sent me was terrible! The numbers were all smudged and crumpled, so the post office couldn't even read it. I tried so many times, but it just didn't work out. Also, I sent them numerous emails asking for help, but they never bothered to reply.

And to make matters worse, it took ages for them to sort out my refund after I kept having to chase them up about it.
