"Fraudulent product"
It's a total scam! They send you fake products and won't let you return them, even though their website says you can. I emailed them to return the product like it said on their site, and they asked for pictures to prove the serum was legit. Once I sent the pictures, they said I couldn't return it because it was opened. Don't bother ordering from them.
Fraudulent services
I am really disappointed with the dodgy services I got from this company. Even after leaving a negative review and asking for compensation, nobody bothered to get in touch with me. It's just shocking how this company openly deceives customers with their online deals. The offer they advertised on their website was a lie, and I'm still waiting for the rest of the ampoules that were never sent.
Sunscreen order
I recently purchased this sunscreen that I absolutely adore from France and I must say, Cosmetis did a fantastic job! They shipped it over to the US at a reasonable price, kept me informed every step of the way, and it actually arrived quite promptly. I have no idea how they manage to do it when other websites can't, but I am incredibly pleased that they did!
International skincare order
As a Canadian customer, I've had my fair share of letdowns when it comes to ordering skincare products online from overseas. But I have to say, my experience with this store has been really good. Right from when I placed my order, everything went smoothly. And the best bit? My order was sent out on the same day and I got it at my door just 11 days later. Oh, and no annoying duty charges either! This store is now my top choice for buying skincare products from abroad. Thanks, Cosmetis, for making me believe in online shopping again.

They asked for my order information and I sent them the chat history. I'm starting to think it might be a scam.
Unsolicited charge
What a nightmare! I woke up to find a random charge on my account from some website I've never come across before. A quick Google search showed me that they're not even in business anymore - their site now takes you to a different one.
Recent cosmetics purchase
I recently bought some cosmetics from an online shop. I was after a specific tinted SPF product that I couldn't find elsewhere, and I also needed to restock my moisturizer. I had some doubts after reading a few bad reviews, but I plucked up the courage to drop the company an email to ask about my order. To my surprise, they were super helpful and got back to me quickly. They not only gave me the tracking info for my package but it arrived promptly too. Everything was just as I hoped, maybe even better. All in all, my experience was really good and I'll definitely shop with them again.
Euro 120 order
I recently shelled out €120 on this website, only to find out later that it was a total scam. Even though I used PayPal to pay, my order never arrived, and I didn't hear a peep from them. I tried contacting the company several times, but they didn't bother to reply. So now, I've had to turn to PayPal to try and get my money back. It's really disheartening to encounter these dodgy businesses, and I would advise others to stay well away from this website.
Eye cream purchase
I bought some eye cream from this website not long ago. The problem was that when I got it and tried it out, it didn't go very well - ended up having a proper bad reaction in my eyes. And guess what? Turns out, the thing was actually expired when I checked the packaging. Really not impressed with how this company handles quality control at all sending out stuff that's past its date. So I got straight on to customer service to ask for my money back or a fresh product that's not past its expiry.
Wrong item sent
I ordered something back in December, but they ended up sending me the wrong item! I've been attempting to contact them via email, but all I've received is a dull automated response. All I really want to know is how to go about returning this item and getting the correct one sent out to me!
Poor delivery experience
I bought something from this website not long ago and had a nightmare with the delivery. The delivery people they use in the US are just awful. Even though I gave them all the info they needed, my orders kept getting sent to the wrong place and eventually got sent back. And to top it off, I didn't even get a full refund for the stuff that never got delivered, even though it wasn't my fault. It's just not on and I'm really unhappy with how they've handled things.

Rare product purchase in Portugal
I recently bought a rare item that I couldn't find anywhere else. Even though I was a bit unsure at first because of some mixed reviews, I went ahead and bought 4 of them. I chose the 2-day shipping option with DHL and got a confirmation email right away, followed by a dispatch notification. To my surprise, just 28 hours later, my order arrived in Portugal exactly as I asked. The only downside is now I wish I had ordered more so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping again next time.
Skincare products purchase
I recently bought some skincare products from this company, but it didn't go very well. When I placed my order, there were problems with customs because the company hadn't completed the necessary paperwork. This meant my package got stuck. I tried to get in touch with their customer support several times for help, but I didn't get any response at all. It was really frustrating, and I felt like I was stuck and had to open a dispute on Paypal to sort things out. Eventually, the company supposedly showed Paypal proof of delivery, but I never got my package or the products I ordered. The whole thing made me feel like I'd been scammed and I was really unhappy with their service.

However, as weeks passed, I never received the invoice or any order confirmation. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I got no response from them. This whole ordeal made me doubt the website's credibility and made me wonder if I'd been scammed.
Happy with my order
I was absolutely thrilled when my order finally arrived as I'd been waiting for it for ages! The products were spot on and arrived in perfect condition. On top of that, the delivery was really speedy so I didn't have to hang around for too long. All in all, I'm really pleased with what I bought!
Fast delivery
I put in an order on the 12th of March and it came to my door on the 5th of April. It got to me faster than the last time I ordered. Everything was in good shape when it arrived. However, I didn't get any emails keeping me updated on the delivery progress. I only knew my package was at the post office in Mexico when I got in touch with customer service.
Beauty products
I recently bought some beauty products from this shop and I was happy with how good the items were. But, I had some problems with the delivery. Cosmetis didn't tell me which courier company was bringing my order to me in Colombia. I only found out it was 4/72 and I was let down by their service. They didn't let me know when my order got there and said they had already told me, which wasn't true. The lack of communication and bad customer service really put a dampener on what would have otherwise been a good shopping experience.
Wrong items received
Honestly, it was the worst experience ever. Not only did I get the wrong items, but trying to contact customer support was like talking to a wall. I emailed them a few times over a couple of weeks and didn't hear anything back. It's so frustrating to spend my money on something, only to get the wrong items and then be ignored when trying to fix it.
Christmas order mix-up
I made a purchase just before Christmas, but I got the wrong items. I tried contacting customer service by email, but I haven't heard back yet. I've sent a few more emails to try to sort it out, but nothing has been done. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and service I've received this time.
