    I recently became a customer at Elemis and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the skincare products I bought. The customer service team were really quick to get back to me whenever I emailed them, keeping me updated on the status of my order. There was a bit of a delay in getting my products to me though, all down to some logistical issues from a warehouse move. It was a bit annoying, but they made up for it by giving me a 20% discount on my next purchase as a way of saying sorry. I reckon their website could do with more info about order statuses to help manage expectations better. Despite the delay, I think the products are top-notch and definitely worth the wait.

They make my skin healthy and shiny. It makes me look younger. Great delivery service. They do not waste time in ensuring your product gets to you. Whenever I have questions I call upon Elemis customer care and they give me a response to my questions.

    I bought the King of Skins gift set recently and I was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered. I ordered it on a Saturday and was hoping it would get to me by Thursday so I could send it to my brother in time for Christmas. But to my surprise, I got an email from the company saying it would arrive on Wednesday. I was able to track my package and saw that it had already left the depot. And to make it even better, it arrived a day earlier than expected. I was really impressed by how fast and reliable the delivery service was.

    Night oil purchase with free gift offer

    I've tried to buy things from this company twice now and both times have left me feeling let down and annoyed. The fact that they don't let me know when products aren't available is really annoying. Both times, I got my orders without being told that some things were missing. Last time, I decided to buy two night oils to get the free gift they were advertising. But when my package arrived, there was no sign of the gift. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me they had run out of the gift. Shouldn't they have known that before they confirmed my order? It's really misleading to promise a free gift and then not give it. I agreed to take the alternative gift they offered, but I'm still unhappy with how unclear and unprofessional this company is.

    High-end skincare products on a cruise ship

    I bought some fancy skincare products on a cruise recently, but I was really let down by the service I got from the staff. It wasn't just the lack of good customer service, but they also didn't explain properly how to use the products and gave me wrong information. I was hoping for better service, especially with how expensive the products were. I wish I hadn't bought them and won't be shopping with this company again.     Eye care product purchase onboard a cruise ship

    I purchased some expensive eye cream during a cruise in May, but when I got back home, I realised it was much cheaper online and I could have saved a lot of money. I tried to get a refund, but they refused because I bought it on the ship. I don't understand the difference between buying on board and online. It was really frustrating trying to reach customer service, I had to wait for ages and got disconnected multiple times. Eventually, I decided to return the product because it was just too stressful. I hope to receive my refund soon. It was definitely a lesson learned!

    Inersoles on cruise ship

    Yeah, so I got these insoles for my shoes when I was on a cruise, right? They didn't work at all like they were supposed to! I was really annoyed, I mean, what's the point of selling them if they don't work, you know? So, I sent an email to the company and they said to send them back for a refund, which seemed fine. But it's been 2 months now and still no refund! I've sent loads of emails and they're just ignoring me. Ugh, this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm so frustrated!

    Regret not reading reviews before buying

    So, I really wish I had checked out the reviews before purchasing from this company. The customer service wasn't helpful with my order at all, and the product I received seemed expired. Also, the return policy is just silly and costly. I tried calling multiple times and kept getting disconnected - no one has time for that, you know? From now on, I'll just go directly to the product's website to place my order.

    Oh my goodness, I just have to share with you this really awful experience I had! Basically, I ordered some fantastic skincare products online last Monday. However, the very next day, I received an email about some so-called "security" issue. They claimed my billing address was incorrect, which just wasn't true at all! I had to explain that I was making a purchase from abroad and having it sent to Atlanta, Georgia as I was visiting a friend there for a few days.

    They then informed me that it might not reach me in time. So, I told them to cancel the order if it wasn't going to arrive by Saturday, as I had paid for 2-3 day shipping. However, they went ahead and shipped it on Wednesday without my consent. I ended up receiving it two days after I had already left Atlanta, and to make matters worse, they don't even deliver on weekends! I requested a refund for the shipping, but nope, they refused. I won't be able to use these products for at least another 2 and a half months, until my friend brings them over in her luggage when she visits me!

    Then they had the nerve to suggest that I return the items by post with a label - but I'm no longer in Atlanta and I refuse to inconvenience someone else to do it for me. I'm absolutely livid, and the only way to speak to someone is by calling a toll number that's not even free from where I am. I would definitely advise against buying from them in the future!

    I bought some Christmas gifts recently and I had a problem with a security alert on my order. I called customer service straight away and gave them all the details they needed. But then I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they thought it might be fake. I was really let down by this, so I decided to shop somewhere else and found a better retailer to get my Elemis products from.

    My parcel arrived with a leaked bottle and the company is not taking responsibility. The customer service was bad, with rude responses and a long wait for a resolution. I am dissatisfied with the product quality and packaging.
