    Bought an Estrid razor

    I recently picked up an Estrid razor from a beauty store and honestly, I'm really pleased with it! The quality is top-notch, feels like a little treat every time I use it. Only thing is, the moisturising stuff on the razor is quite sticky, made it a bit tricky to remove the protective cap. Ended up pulling off the whole blade by mistake! Decided to just leave the cap off to avoid that drama again. On the bright side, the suction cup on mine sticks really well to the wall and I haven't had any irritation after shaving! Saw a discount code on Insta for some razor covers, so I got myself one and ordered a razor for my daughter too. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong colour for the starter kit by accident. Quickly sent them an email about it, and a few days later they got back to me saying I could keep the wrong one and they'd give me credits in my account for the right colour. All worked out well in the end and I got my order swiftly. Really happy with my purchase and just wanted to give a big shoutout to the customer service team for being so helpful!

    Subscription razor for over 3 years

    I've been using my razor from them for over 3 years now and I have to say it's absolutely amazing! I don't have to worry about buying disposable razors anymore. The best thing about it is how smooth and easy to use it is, especially for sensitive areas. I haven't experienced any issues with ingrown hairs or patches, it's really a joy to use. On top of that, their customer service is top-notch! When my razor handle broke, they quickly sent me a new one without any fuss. The subscription service is a real lifesaver for me too - I always forget to buy new razor heads, but they arrive at my door every four months like clockwork. It works perfectly for me since I only need new heads that often. I won't ever go back to using any other razor again!

    I've had to get in touch with customer service at this company a couple of times while I've been subscribed, and I have to admit, their service is really impressive. It was actually my own fault, but they were so helpful, sending out extra items and always going above and beyond. My partner has started using their products now too, like the razors in the new moss green colour and the gel shaving cream. He even said that the products are better than the ones he used to use that were specifically for men.     I recently bought a starter kit from this company, and was really surprised to discover that they'd signed me up for a subscription without even telling me. What's worse is that I got charged extra for two more blades that were much worse quality than the ones that came in the starter kit. The new blades don't even fit the cover that came with the kit, and the razor keeps falling off the wall and it's really annoying to stick back on.

    Two orders placed over 20 days ago

    I placed two orders with your company more than 20 days ago and unfortunately, I’ve run into some major issues. I’ve been charged for the orders but haven’t received any confirmation or delivery. I don’t even have an order number to refer to. I’ve tried reaching out for help through the chat, but haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. My emails have also been ignored, leaving me frustrated and unhappy with the customer service I’ve received. My next step will be to dispute the charges with PayPal. It’s disappointing to see my concerns being overlooked while time is spent responding to positive reviews instead of helping paying customers like myself.

    I bought a shaving kit not long ago, and I've got to say, I'm really chuffed with it. The stuff in there is top-notch - the blades are sharp, the shaving cream is proper fancy, and the handle is dead smooth.
