Bought an Estrid razor
I recently picked up an Estrid razor from a beauty store and honestly, I'm really pleased with it! The quality is top-notch, feels like a little treat every time I use it. Only thing is, the moisturising stuff on the razor is quite sticky, made it a bit tricky to remove the protective cap. Ended up pulling off the whole blade by mistake! Decided to just leave the cap off to avoid that drama again. On the bright side, the suction cup on mine sticks really well to the wall and I haven't had any irritation after shaving! Saw a discount code on Insta for some razor covers, so I got myself one and ordered a razor for my daughter too. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong colour for the starter kit by accident. Quickly sent them an email about it, and a few days later they got back to me saying I could keep the wrong one and they'd give me credits in my account for the right colour. All worked out well in the end and I got my order swiftly. Really happy with my purchase and just wanted to give a big shoutout to the customer service team for being so helpful!
Subscription razor for over 3 years
I've been using my razor from them for over 3 years now and I have to say it's absolutely amazing! I don't have to worry about buying disposable razors anymore. The best thing about it is how smooth and easy to use it is, especially for sensitive areas. I haven't experienced any issues with ingrown hairs or patches, it's really a joy to use. On top of that, their customer service is top-notch! When my razor handle broke, they quickly sent me a new one without any fuss. The subscription service is a real lifesaver for me too - I always forget to buy new razor heads, but they arrive at my door every four months like clockwork. It works perfectly for me since I only need new heads that often. I won't ever go back to using any other razor again!
Razor and body fluff purchase
I just wanted to quickly mention my recent purchase from a particular razor company. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now and I've always been a fan of their products. I recently ordered another razor and some of their body fluff, and I have to say, the body fluff smells absolutely amazing.
There was a slight issue with my delivery though - they sent me the wrong colour razor. I got in touch with customer service and they were really quick to sort it out. They not only said sorry for the mistake, but they also sent me a replacement razor at no extra cost. Their customer service is really top-notch!

Subscription razor and gel shaving cream
I've had to get in touch with customer service at this company a couple of times while I've been subscribed, and I have to admit, their service is really impressive. It was actually my own fault, but they were so helpful, sending out extra items and always going above and beyond. My partner has started using their products now too, like the razors in the new moss green colour and the gel shaving cream. He even said that the products are better than the ones he used to use that were specifically for men. The razors and shaving cream are top quality, and I would definitely suggest giving them a try.

I got in touch with the company and they put me in touch with someone who dealt with my issue quickly and effectively. Even though they usually don't allow cancellations, they were really helpful and not only let the order go through but also refunded me as a kind gesture. I was really impressed by the level of customer service and I will definitely be coming back as a customer. The quality of the products was also better than I expected, so I won't be going back to using shop-bought razors.

I've been using razors from this company for about two years now, and I have to say, they give me the best and smoothest shave I've ever had. Each razor head lasts me around 5-7 uses, so I can make one last just over a month, which is great for how often I shave. I've also started using their shave gel recently, and it's honestly amazing. The gel turns into a light cream and has this lovely shea scent that I really like. It leaves my skin feeling so silky and smooth, it's fantastic.
My Estrid razor
So, I've been using my razor for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it. I was really excited to try out the new white blades before writing this review. Some people were saying the new razor heads weren't great, but I personally haven't had any issues. Honestly, this razor is amazing. It gives me the smoothest shave ever and feels great on my skin. I've even got one of my friends hooked on it too!

Wall mount razor holder
My razor holder on the wall fell off, and my razor broke. It took a day or so before they got back to me, but when they did, they gave me excellent customer service. I was really happy with the help and compensation for my broken razor. I won't use any other razor than theirs from now on!
One time starter kit purchase
I recently bought a starter kit from this company, and was really surprised to discover that they'd signed me up for a subscription without even telling me. What's worse is that I got charged extra for two more blades that were much worse quality than the ones that came in the starter kit. The new blades don't even fit the cover that came with the kit, and the razor keeps falling off the wall and it's really annoying to stick back on.
Recent orders and subscription issue
I'm really annoyed at how rubbish the customer service is at this company. I haven't even got my last two orders, and I've been trying to email them with zero response. Plus, when I tried to buy a new razor and case, they went and signed me up for another subscription without even sending my first order. It's so irritating.
Unauthorized payment taken
I recently had a really bad situation where some money was taken from my bank account without my permission after I had trouble logging in to cancel my order. It was so frustrating because not only could I not get into my account, but also no one replied to my emails to customer service. The lack of communication and the fact they took my money without asking first is just not on.
Subscription cancellation
I've just cancelled my subscription and I have to say, it was surprisingly easy and quick. The customer service team were really helpful and even stopped the blades that were already on their way to me. I must say, I was really impressed with the level of service I got. Thanks again for that. Oh, and by the way, I'm really happy with the quality of the razor and will definitely be ordering replacement blades from them again. Keep up the great work.
Two orders placed over 20 days ago
I placed two orders with your company more than 20 days ago and unfortunately, I’ve run into some major issues. I’ve been charged for the orders but haven’t received any confirmation or delivery. I don’t even have an order number to refer to. I’ve tried reaching out for help through the chat, but haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. My emails have also been ignored, leaving me frustrated and unhappy with the customer service I’ve received. My next step will be to dispute the charges with PayPal. It’s disappointing to see my concerns being overlooked while time is spent responding to positive reviews instead of helping paying customers like myself.
Shaving kit purchase
I bought a shaving kit not long ago, and I've got to say, I'm really chuffed with it. The stuff in there is top-notch - the blades are sharp, the shaving cream is proper fancy, and the handle is dead smooth. Sorting out the subscription was dead simple, especially when I needed more blades. The customer service lot got back to me quick when I had questions, and they were dead helpful.
