Return process
I contacted customer service recently about a return and I was really impressed with the service I got. The lady I spoke to was so lovely and sorry for any inconvenience, which made the whole process really easy and quick. She not only helped me and understood my situation, but she also sorted out my refund while we were chatting on the phone. It's not often you find such great customer service, and I have to say I was really impressed. I wish more top companies would follow the example of this company, showing the same professionalism and efficiency. The staff at this company really deserve praise for how dedicated they are to giving great service. I really hope they carry on with their amazing training programmes because it clearly shows in the way they treat customers. Thanks for a fantastic experience.
4 pairs of boots
I had such a great time buying things from America! I bought 4 pairs of boots, which might seem like a lot, but I wanted to make sure I found the perfect fit, you know? The first 2 pairs I got weren't the right size, but the customer service team was really helpful and made the returns super easy. It was a big relief to be able to sort everything out from so far away without any problems or extra charges.
Once I worked out my perfect size, I treated myself to 2 more pairs of boots and they have been fantastic! I'm already looking forward to shopping here again, everything has been great and the quality is top-notch, like those fancy Stuart Whitman boots. I was originally considering another brand, but I think FF is better in every way!New boots
I recently bought a pair of boots from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I gave them a call to ask some questions about the products and to sort out some issues with my online account. Molli H patiently and expertly talked me through the different products, giving me useful advice that suited my needs. I was grateful for the personal touch and attention to detail. On top of that, she told me about a discount I could get as a member of the Armed Forces and Blue Light card holder. Overall, the sales advice was thoughtful, not pushy, and very informative. I will definitely shop there again.
Shoes and bags
I needed an ankle boot and a fashionable for a fashion show that was coming up. Thank God I started my search for these items timely enough to ensure I get the best of products. Two different companies where I ordered had sent theirs to me but they were not what I had expected. I had to return them and requested for a refund. Other checks and searches also took place but I finally found just what I needed at Fairfax & Favor. Quite impressive products I cherish a lot. Well designed quality shoes and bags, excellent customer care service. Delivery was timely and commendable. I will be buying more from Fairfax & Favor.
Ankle boots
I recently bought a pair of ankle boots from the shop, since I'm a regular customer. Unfortunately, one of the boots split open after a few months of wearing them. I got in touch with the company, and they agreed to fix it. However, when I got the boots back, I found that the left boot was tighter than the right, which wasn't the case before they repaired them. I contacted them again and sent the boots back for them to check, but they said there was nothing wrong, even though I explained in detail. Now I'm stuck with a pair of boots I can't use during the cold and wet months. The quality and customer service have decreased a lot compared to my past experiences with this brand a few years ago. I'm really unhappy with how the company has handled everything, particularly their lack of response to my final email and the fact they didn't provide any proof or explanation for their decisions.

I had a great time visiting the Stamford store for a birthday appointment recently. It was quite busy, but the staff were really attentive and kept us informed of a short delay. White trainers purchase
The customer service I got from this company was absolutely awful. When I called about my faulty trainers, it felt like they didn't want to admit fault. It took them days to send me a return postage label, and even then I had to call them again. After I sent the trainers back, I didn't hear anything for a whole week. When I asked about it, their response was unenthusiastic and not helpful. It seemed like they were really disorganised and had no idea when they got my return.

I bought a pair of Regina boots for my partner's birthday. Sadly, when she opened them, they were scratched, which was a bit of a letdown. I got this really awesome Mini Windsor bag, but it didn't have the long strap with it. So, I got in touch with Customer Services and chatted with Penny, who was absolutely brilliant. She told me they'd send over the missing strap right away. I'm really pleased with the service, thanks a lot F&F!
