Diaper subscription
These nappies have been a game-changer for us! We've been using them for the past two years and have never looked back. They are clean, reliable, and gentle on our children's skin. We have never experienced a nappy rash on either of our kids, which is a huge relief. The customer service is outstanding - on one occasion, when I didn't receive the extra wipes I had ordered, they sent me a whole box, tripling the amount of wipes I had initially asked for. Their subscription service is incredibly convenient, and I love knowing that nappies will just show up on my doorstep without any hassle. Plus, selecting patterns is a fun touch that adds a bit of personality to an otherwise mundane product. The only downside is that I would recommend sizing up as we found the sizes to be a bit smaller than expected, but other than that, we are completely satisfied with our Hello Bello experience.

While using diapers on my baby, I didn't have to forget about the fact that some diapers can be harmful to the baby and leading to health challenges. So it was my responsibility to sort for diapers with no negative implications on the baby. Such products must be plant-based. I also needed diapers that could be multifunctional to help reduce cost. It was interesting reading about all these from Hello Bello company profile together with positive reviews from customers. I had to buy from the company and they have been serving properly. I mean I couldn't ask for more after getting diaper devoid of negative health implications and environmentally friend. Thumbs up for Hello Bello
Diapers and wipes
I absolutely loved using their diapers and wipes. The wipes are so gentle on a baby's skin and the textured material really helps with cleaning up. The overnight diapers were definitely my favourite out of all the brands I've tried, and I loved that they came with the subscription. The diapers are also super cute and worked really well for my baby. When my little one didn't need diapers anymore, I meant to cancel my subscription but forgot. Thankfully, the customer service team was amazing and quickly refunded my card and cancelled the order and subscription for me. Overall, top-notch products and fantastic customer service.
Pull-ups and training underwear
I absolutely love these pull-ups and training underwear from this brand! I was really disappointed when I couldn't buy them anymore because I didn't have a card to order more, and I felt so sad 😭! But honestly, I believe they're the top choice and would definitely suggest them to anyone who needs them! Right now, my daughter is in pull-ups but will soon be moving on to training underwear, so I'm really hoping they release a pull-up line and training underwear line soon! If they do, I would definitely sign up again, it would also help in retaining customers for a longer period!
Diapers for preemie baby
These nappies are really flimsy and just don't fit my preemie baby properly. We've had so many leaks, with every poo somehow managing to escape. The really messy ones end up soaking through her clothes and onto everything nearby in no time. On the plus side, the wipes, baby oil, and other stuff from this brand have been good. But cute designs and fun marketing just can't make up for how bad these nappies are.
Newborn diapers leaking issue
As parents of a tall newborn, 54cm in height, we've been trying out these diapers for the past 3 days with our 7-day-old baby. Even though we opted for the newborn version of the diaper line, we've had issues with leaks that have soaked through two layers of clothing and into the bassinet. The poopsplosions have also gone up the back, which isn't ideal for newborns. Perhaps this brand would work better for older children, but for newborns, we suggest investing a bit more money in a more dependable option.
Diapers solving diaper rash issue, nighttime diapers, convenient bundle
Hello! We've been really impressed by Hello Bello - it's made a big difference for us. Our little one used to struggle with diaper rash all the time, but since we switched to these diapers, it's been much better. The daytime ones are good, but it's the nighttime ones that have been a real game-changer for us. No more waking up to wet jammies in the morning! We also appreciate the convenience of the bundle that gets delivered to our door automatically. It's great knowing we'll never run out of diapers.
Diaper Purchase
I wasn't quite sure if these diapers would actually work until I tried them out myself. Other brands used to give my baby rashes, but ever since we switched to these diapers, we haven't had any issues at all. When I ran out of the diapers I got at my baby shower, I thought I'd give these a go and I'm really pleased that I did. I'm definitely going to sign up for their diaper bundle because they're the only ones that don't cause any problems for my baby.

I was proper looking forward to giving these nappies a go, everyone had been raving about them. I thought the price was good and the designs were dead cute, plus I liked that they were all about being eco-friendly and safe. But when I tried them out, I was gutted to see they didn't absorb as well as I'd expected. My daughter keeps waking up with leaks, especially when she wears them overnight. It's a shame really, I really wanted to love these nappies.
Horrible rash after trying this brand
My daughter just turned one, and we've always used a popular brand for bedtime and a more affordable one during the day. But I thought I'd switch things up and try these nappies. Boy, was that a mistake! After just one wear, my poor girl ended up with a terrible rash. She's never had a reaction to any other type of nappy before, so I was really surprised. Needless to say, we won't be using these again.
Diapers purchase for newborn
I bought five packs of newborn nappies and they turned out to be really disappointing. After just a week of using them, they started leaking all the time, which was really annoying and messy. It's a shame, especially since the brand is endorsed by celebrities who usually only go for top-quality stuff for their kids.
Hypoallergenic lavender baby shampoo/body wash
I used the hypoallergenic lavender baby shampoo/body wash on my 9-month-old baby, and she ended up with a huge rash all over her body! It didn't suit her at all, and she hadn't had any skin problems before I used it. I definitely won't be using that product again.
Unwanted box received
I cancelled my subscription in good time, but they still went ahead and sent me a box. I got in touch with customer service to explain what happened and see if we could sort it out, but all they did was offer me a discount instead of dealing with the actual problem. The level of customer service was really terrible. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone.
Rash-causing diapers
These nappies were a total nightmare for my little one's delicate skin. In just one day, he had a nasty rash that went all over his body. It was awful and I wouldn't want any parent to go through it.
Diapers for my little bro
I bought these nappies for my little brother, but I didn't realise it was a subscription service. I sent an email to stop it, but they carried on sending and billing me for two more deliveries before I eventually phoned to cancel. The email I got confirming the cancellation was so blunt, just saying "Yep, your subscription was cancelled". Really not cool at all!
Diaper performance
I am really disappointed with these diapers. They keep leaking and soaking through my son's clothes, blankets, and sheets whenever we use them. It's not good. My son wakes up every three hours, and it's clear the diapers are not well-made. Despite some nice designs, they've been a waste of money for me. As a tired parent, I'm annoyed that this diaper brand is just making more work for me with all the extra laundry.
Size 3 diapers purchase
These size 3 nappies are no good at all. Every morning my daughter wakes up all wet, which is causing nappy rash. Even the night-time ones aren't up to scratch. I've had 7 packs of these nappies and they've all been useless.
Poor absorption, cute design
I personally found that these nappies don't absorb very well compared to the other brands we've tried. Within a few hours, my little one would start getting restless, and when I changed her nappy, it would be completely soaked through. In contrast, the other brands we usually use last longer without causing any irritation to my child. I suggest giving a single pack a go before signing up for a subscription, just to make sure they meet your requirements.
Product quality
I bought some stuff from this company and it was really bad quality. It didn't live up to what I was hoping for at all. I thought it was useless and definitely not worth the money I paid for it.
