Clothing items
To start, I just want to mention that my experience with this online store was pretty decent overall. The stuff I bought, a few pieces of clothing, were actually really nice and I was happy with what was delivered. But, there are a couple of things that I reckon could do with some improvement. For one, the website itself looks a bit old-fashioned and could do with a bit of an update to make it more modern and user-friendly. It would definitely make browsing and shopping a lot more enjoyable.
Additionally, I did have some worries about how long it took for my order to be confirmed and shipped. It felt a bit slow compared to other online stores I've used before. On the bright side, the delivery itself was pretty quick and efficient, which made up for the initial wait. If an item was out of stock, the store was quick to refund the money which I appreciated. All things considered, I would definitely shop here again because of the good quality products and regular sales.TikTok Mystery Box
Well, I decided to buy this mystery box from a store after seeing it on TikTok and thinking it looked interesting. Turns out, it was actually pretty cool! The clothes I received were really nice, and the delivery was quick as lightning! However, there were a couple of items missing from my box. When I raised this with the shop, they sorted it out promptly and sent me replacement items. How amazing is that?! I would definitely suggest checking out this store, as I've shopped there in the past and always had a great experience.

The whole shopping process went really well and the prices were great. The shipping costs were reasonable and my order arrived right on schedule. My experience with this company has been terrible. The customer service is really lacking - I've sent loads of emails about my order of dirty items, but all I've been told is lies about getting a refund. It's been more than two weeks and I've not heard anything except false promises. To make matters worse, my order was made over two weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. This kind of unprofessional behaviour and disregard for customers is just not on.
Cheap, good quality clothes
I was really pleased with my first order from this company. I had heard a few different opinions about their stuff and service, but I had a really good experience. The things I bought were not only really cheap, but they were even better quality than I expected. When I compared them to other popular online shops like Shein, PrettyLittleThing, and Boohoo, Hidden Fashion's stuff really stood out for me in terms of value.
Lovely blue cropped lace top and a 10 piece mystery bag
I just got this really cute blue lace crop top from this website and I have to say, I was really impressed with how nice it is. The lace is gorgeous and it fits me perfectly. I also got a mystery bag with 10 items in it and I was really surprised by all the different things I got. There were some great summer pieces in there, like a lovely little bag that's perfect for adding to an outfit. I was really happy with everything I got and I'll definitely be shopping on this site again.
Large order, wrong item received
I recently placed a big order with this company and, unfortunately, got the wrong item. But when I got in touch with their customer service team, a lovely lady called Maya helped me out straight away. She was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly, sending me the correct item the very next day. I was really impressed by the clothing too – it fit perfectly and was made from top-notch materials. I can't fault either the clothes or the fantastic customer service from Maya.

If there's ever a problem with your order, they'll sort it out for you straight away. I really enjoy looking through their new arrivals because they're constantly adding trendy and budget-friendly pieces to their collection.

I am so frustrated with the terrible customer service I've had from this company. I sent back an item and was told I'd get my refund and next day delivery, but it's been 2 weeks and still no refund. What's worse, they're ignoring my emails about it. It's just not on to treat customers like this.
Mixed-branded clothing order
I got my order from this company not too long ago, and honestly, the whole thing was a bit of a letdown. The delivery took two weeks longer than expected, and when the package eventually turned up, the clothes were dirty and the tags had been snipped off. This made it tricky for me to figure out how to look after them properly. It was clear that the items came from different brands like Boohoo, Atmosphere, and Pretty Little Thing, which makes me think they were picked up in bulk during a sale and then sold at a higher price.
Return experience
I had a really bad experience when I tried to return some things to this company. Even though their website said I could return items for free, when I actually tried to start the return process, their online system wasn't working. Instead, they gave me an address to send the items back to and said I had to pay for the shipping. I sent the package back, but then the company said they never got it and wouldn't give me a refund. It's not fair at all, and I really think people should avoid this company to stop from being scammed.
Tiny sizing and poor quality
I recently bought some stuff online and honestly, it was pretty rubbish. The clothes I got were cheap and super tiny – like, really small. It's like they only make clothes for one type of person, which sucks for people like me who don't fit into their tiny sizes. To make things worse, when I tried to send the stuff back, it was a nightmare. I had to keep bothering customer service just to get a response about my refund. It took ages, like seven emails and weeks of waiting, before I finally got my money back. It's fair to say, this whole situation has left me feeling really annoyed and let down. I'm definitely not going to bother with this website again in the future.

I'm really frustrated with the service I got from this company. I ordered something on the 16th of March and was supposed to get it within 5 working days. It's now the 3rd of April, and I still haven't received my order. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but haven't gotten any clear answers or solutions. Black faux leather biker jacket
I was really disappointed with the black faux leather biker jacket I recently bought. The quality was really poor, the material felt cheap and flimsy. When I tried to return it, the customer service response was lacklustre, with them saying they don't do refunds because they are a small family business. That's just not good enough - why should I have to lose out financially because they couldn't provide a decent product? I have the right to change my mind within 14 days, and their refusal to accept this is unacceptable. Overall, my experience with this store has been really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
