I bought a pair of men's slippers from House Of Slippers, but I was really disappointed with the sizing. I ordered a size 11, but they ended up fitting more like a size 8, which was a real pain. I had to return them in the end.

Mens Sheepskin Boot Slippers purchase
The ANTON Mens Sheepskin Boot Slippers from House Of Slippers are just fantastic! I've got wide feet and wanted some boot-style slippers, and these Men's slippers were spot on. They fit perfectly, are the right size, and so cosy with the natural shearling lining. I pretty much live in them these days. The delivery was pretty quick despite the mail strike causing delays. They were a bit expensive, but I found them cheaper at House Of Slippers than other places. I'd definitely buy from them again. Overall, I highly recommend them!

slippers disappointing sizes
Hey everyone, guess what? I ordered these slippers in size 11, but they turned out way too small, more like a size 9! Can you believe it? And to top it off, they were supposed to be made of suede, but they definitely weren't. The only positive was that they arrived on time, but it's still a shame that the sizes were completely off.
Moccasin Slippers
I recently bought some moccasin slippers from this online shop, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the delivery service they used. Even though I've shopped with them before and been a loyal customer, they chose Royal Mail to deliver my slippers, which was a bit of a letdown. To make matters worse, the slippers ended up in our recycling bin, which caused confusion and hassle for my elderly mum when she found them there. And to top it all off, they didn't even leave a card to let us know where they'd put the delivery.

Black boots purchase
I recently bought some black boots online, but unfortunately, after only a few hours of wearing them indoors, I got blisters on my feet because of a big seam on the heel caused by how they were made. Even though the size was right, the seam made them really uncomfortable and I couldn't wear them. I got in touch with House Of Slippers customer service, sending them pictures of the problem and showing that the boots were still in perfect condition, hoping for a refund or a credit note. However, they didn't seem to care at all and didn't help me out. Their customer service was terrible and made me feel frustrated and like no one was listening to me. I really don't recommend buying from this retailer online as they don't seem interested in helping with any problems you might have with their products.

I was a bit nervous ordering from this place for the first time, but they were the only ones offering next day delivery for the Totes slippers I had my eye on. Not only were they cheaper than other sites, but everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
