    Still waiting after eleven days

    Thought I'd have my herbs by now — ordered a raised planter for the balcony about eleven days ago, mainly for salad leaves and a bit of rosemary for everyday cooking. Still nothing, and no updates from the company (not even an automated email). Customer service have been quiet; I’ve chased twice and only got vague replies. It’s annoying because the product looked solid online and would’ve fitted my routine nicely — so that was a small positive — but the lack of transparency is the real problem. Will ask for a refund if it doesn’t arrive soon.

    Disappointing communication but at least I got a refund

    not great, though the refund saved it from being a total swizz. I ordered a three-seat bench cover because my garden bench needed protecting and I’m a pensioner with a dodgy back, so I can’t be faffing about replacing things. They took the £39 from my card and then went quiet — no delivery window, nothing. I phoned after a week and was told it was handled by Sixty Stores and they couldn’t help. I sent several emails that bounced or were ignored, rang again, chased for ages. It’s stressful when you’re on a fixed income, so I was pretty annoyed. In the end Sixty Stores did reimburse me, which I’m glad about, but the whole process was a right palaver and could’ve been handled better. So, useful warning: don’t expect quick replies, and make sure you can get a refund if things go wrong. I’m relieved it worked out in the end, but I won’t use them again.

    Proper outdoor heater

    I’d seen it at a mate’s barbecue and bought it on a whim; the living-flame heater arrived fast, customer service was helpful and setup went smoothly, really glad.

    Spot-on and cosy

    Totally happy — the coal-effect fire works brilliantly, simple as that. Saw it on Keengardener's site after a mate tipped me, ordered online without fuss (no faff), quick delivery and easy to fit, it’s exactly what I needed, really.

    Garden win, honestly

    Standing in the rain while unpacking it, I knew it was spot on — solid panels and everything neat. I first saw their fence at my neighbour's and nudged my brother to try them. Customer service replied quick, packed well, made me proper chuffed.

    Good but soggy

    I bought the outdoor table and chairs last spring for mum's garden and was pretty chuffed. At first they looked smart and comfy, happy days — but after rain the chairs really soak up water and take ages to dry, annoyingly. Customer service was slow and dismissive, but otherwise they work fine. Quite pleased overall, actually.

    Let down after delivery

    I nearly didn't order it — wary buying a heater online but hopeful, as I needed something for chilly evenings in the study. It arrived with a cracked top, so I sent it back. DHL confirmed delivery yet the seller never replied. I phoned and emailed several times, emails bounced. Still waiting, annoyed.

    Real-looking 120cm Buxus

    Worth the extra money. It looks proper real, not that plasticky nonsense I had before. I ordered two cheaper ones earlier and returned both. This 120cm Buxus is much closer to the real thing. Delivery was on time. The seller had the best price I found after hunting around. I'm glad I paid a bit more; it fits the room and I'm happy with it.

    I hesitated to buy after spotting a totally different picture on the manufacturer's site, so I emailed to check — they brushed it off. When the wrong item arrived I wasn't surprised. It's doing the job in my shed for weekly gardening tasks, even if fit and finish aren't great. Won't order again without checking

    Not great, but usable

    I'd not buy again — useful but flawed. I put it up in October and my first impression was okay, a bit shaky. Several parts arrived damaged or were missing; replacements were requested and took over a month, delayed by bad weather and very slow couriers. The finished build feels a little careless. I've asked customer service for compensation and am waiting.

    Quietly reliable

    I first saw the garden set online after a mate flagged it up. Delivery arrived early May, as they said. One cushion was a bit off though. I rang and spoke to Matt, he really sorted it straight away and rang back to say the supplier was sending a replacement. Properly handled. Not flashy, but that's fine. I'd recommend it for the service.

    Firmer seats, small snag

    I needed new garden chairs after moving and because my back's been acting up, so firmer seats were the plan. There was a hiccup with delivery but Keengardener replied promptly and gave the carrier's contact. They rebooked for a convenient day, chairs arrived well packed and perfect. Mildly relieved.

    Delivery mess, product OK

    the goods were fine and I'm relieved they arrived intact, but the delivery was a mess. I used it last weekend for a small garden job and first impression was positive — kit looked solid. Trouble was the driver ignored clear instructions and knocked down two stone walls. The company and haulier shrugged it off, even hinted we faked photos, and offered no compensation.

    Garden let-down

    First thing in the morning I put the fountain in the garden and it wouldn't start. The pump was dead. It arrived within a week but the box was a bit battered. I emailed weeks ago — the returns policy said a reply within 48 hours — nothing. I rang a few times, left a voicemail, no callback. I use it to mask traffic while I work from home, so it's a bit of a waste. Please sort invoice 529264.
