Correcting size error
I had to fix a size mistake in my order, and the customer service team at the store really helped me out. I bought the wrong size before and they checked in to make sure I got it right this time. We sorted it all out quickly over text and they sent me the right size straight away. It was a great experience that made me trust their service even more.
Brand new trainers
I bought a new pair of trainers from this website not too long ago. There was a bit of a delay in getting them delivered because of a problem with a gift card, but apart from that, I was really happy with everything. The trainers arrived in a box, all brand-spanking new and just as I wanted them. The website is really easy to use and has loads of stuff to pick from. I reckon I'll definitely be coming back here for more shopping in the future.
Trainers for my daughter
I recently bought a pair of trainers for my daughter from this shop and I have to say I was really impressed with how everything went. Ordering them was easy and problem-free. I wanted to leave a review because I was really surprised by how great my recent purchase was. I thought I'd try out these sneakers and I'm so impressed. Trainers for daughter's birthday

Genuine product, slow delivery, issue with sizing
I bought some shoes from this company not long ago. The shoes were real, but the whole experience was a bit of a hassle. It took longer than I thought to get delivered, but they refunded me for the postage because of the delay. Unfortunately, the shoes were too small so I had to send them back.
Black sneakers
I bought these black trainers from a shop and they really took their time getting to me, I had to keep asking for a refund! Turns out they got lost in the post. They then claimed they sent another pair, but who knows if that's true because talking to them online is so dull. Thankfully, a nice guy called to let me know they were sent out again, so I hope they actually turn up this time. Shoutout to the lad on the phone for the help, but I'll believe it when I see it! Running shoes
I've bought running shoes from this shop quite a few times now, and every time has been really easy and enjoyable. The shoes are really good quality, and the customer service is excellent. I like how they send an email to check that I'm happy with my purchase.

Returned trainers for a refund
I returned a pair of trainers to the store on the 13th of February, but they were only delivered back on the 15th. Despite the website promising easy returns and refunds within 14 days, I still haven't got my money back. The store hasn't been in touch at all - no email to say they got the trainers back or that they've processed the refund. It took nearly a week to get a response from the customer service team after I emailed them. I've had enough of waiting and being left in the dark, so I've gone to PayPal to sort it out. It's been a bit of a letdown, to be honest, and I'm not sure if I'll shop there again.
Trainers with marks and odour
My experience with King Of Kicks was a bit of a letdown. The trainers I ordered came in a dodgy box without a lid or any lining paper inside, and they even had marks on the soles. They also had a rather unpleasant smell, like someone else's feet, which made them impossible to wear. I paid extra for one to two-day delivery, but they didn't arrive until seven days later. This meant I had to go and collect them from the post office, which ended up costing me an extra £5 for parking. Since the trainers were a gift, I couldn't return them by the time they arrived late. The customer service was slow to get back to me, and when they eventually did, they seemed uncaring and unhelpful. All in all, I won't be shopping with this retailer again.
False hope after placing a high-value order
What a disappointment! I placed quite a big order with these guys, really looking forward to getting my new shoes. But instead of receiving my delivery as expected, I received an email saying my item couldn't be authenticated and they had to cancel the order. On top of that, they didn't even have my size available to offer me as an alternative! Not cool at all. The lack of clear communication was really frustrating, to be honest.
Yeezys purchase
I've recently ordered two pairs of sneakers from this place and I must say, I was really impressed with the service. The Yeezys arrived just a few days after I placed the order, which was a pleasant surprise. However, one of the pairs wasn't quite my style, so I had to go through the returns process. Luckily, their customer service team was very responsive and made returning the shoes easy and stress-free. I've already chosen another pair to order from them and will definitely be coming back in the future.
