I absolutely love the gold earrings I got from this store! They are so beautiful and well-made, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Sets of bracelets and necklace purchase
Recently, I bought some bracelets and a necklace from this company to wear on Mother's Day. I was really looking forward to wearing them because they looked so nice. But when they arrived, I found out that the clasp on the necklace was broken and wouldn't close properly. I was really let down that the items weren't checked properly before being sent out, especially since it was an order from overseas. I've been speaking with Paula from customer service to try and get a replacement. I really liked the necklace and bracelet, and I hope to get the replacements soon. Thanks, Paula, for all your help!
Beautiful earrings, damaged item
I bought some lovely earrings for my daughter's birthday from this company. They weren't cheap, but the quality was really good. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, one of the earrings was damaged. I got in touch with customer service straight away and they were really quick and helpful. They asked for a video of the damaged earring and then offered to replace it without any problems. I was so impressed by how efficient and attentive they were. All in all, I'm happy with the quality of the product and the great customer service from this company.

I bought a pair of earrings from this brand and thought they were great at first. But then they started to change colours after a while which was disappointing. I had high hopes because of the brand's good reputation. So, I contacted customer service about it and I have to admit, they dealt with it really well and professionally. The person I spoke to, Deepika, was really quick and thorough in sorting out the issue. I'm grateful for the great customer service I received, even though there was a problem with the product at first.

I've just bought some new jewellery and I've got to say, it was a pretty good experience overall. I got a pair of hoops some time ago, but one of them broke not long after. I got in touch with customer service and they said they'd replace the whole pair because of the two-year warranty. They not only sent me a new pair, but it came the next day after I first contacted them! Their service was really quick.

But the good news is, the company sorted me out with a new one, even though it had been longer than the 2-year warranty. I was really looking forward to getting my ring from you, and it looked just beautiful when it arrived. But then I was really disappointed when I saw that it had already scratched after only one day of wearing it. I can't believe that something so pricey could start falling apart so soon, especially with just regular use. The quality definitely doesn't seem worth the high cost, and I'm pretty gutted about it.

Overpriced disappointment
Why shouldn't loyal customers who spend more than £600 get the same discount as new customers? It's annoying to see promotions for referring friends or reaching a spending threshold when you've already spent a lot. It's like a kick in the teeth and makes me doubt the brand's loyalty. If Missoma wants to keep customers and encourage repeat business, they should think about giving better offers to those who have already supported their products.
Replacement necklace for lost stones
I lost the stones on my necklace, but the customer service team was really quick to offer me a replacement. They were so helpful and understanding, and now I've got a new necklace on its way to me. I'm really pleased with the service and will definitely be shopping with them again.
