lovely shopping experience from Adrianne
I had an event to attend in Copenhagen and I guess I forgot to pack my jewellery when I was packing my effect for my trip. You can imagine how lost I felt when I realized my jewellery was not to be found. I had to go online immediately to search for beautiful, and affordable jewellery that could be delivered to me in time for the event. After going through all the options I got, I decide to shop from Pandora. I ordered a set of jewelry and within 48 hours they were delivered to me. It was exactly what I wanted. I will shop from Pandora again because I am happy with their products. I recommend Pandora to anyone looking to buy quality jewellery, charms, and the pandora collections.
21st birthday present
I bought a 21st birthday present for my niece not too long ago and I must say, the customer service I received at the Burnley branch was top-notch. The staff member, who I won't mention for privacy reasons, was really helpful on the phone and even better when I popped into the store. They went above and beyond to assist me. I was so impressed that I ended up buying something else and I definitely plan on going back in the future. It's been a while since I've had such fantastic customer service, and I truly believe the staff member I dealt with is a great asset to the team.

I bought a bracelet from this shop not long ago, and I have to say I was really disappointed with it. The bracelet came with a broken clasp, so I couldn't even wear it. What's more, the other charms I got were no good because of the damage. It was pretty annoying overall because I was really excited to wear that bracelet.

Bracelet purchase - wrong size, requesting exchange for next size up
I bought a bracelet online not long ago and found it really easy to order on the website. It was a simple process and I was happy with how quickly my item arrived. However, when I got the bracelet, I realised I had picked the wrong size. Even so, I thought the design was beautiful so I decided to send it back in the hope of swapping it for a larger size. I can't say how the return or exchange process went just yet, but I'm optimistic that it will be as smooth as ordering was.

I recently bought a lovely rose gold plated charm from this shop to give to my partner's daughter. The charm was already on sale, but the price got even lower the next day. Yodel handled the delivery, and they did really well at keeping us updated on when it would arrive.

I went to this really cool shop in town to get a necklace, but unfortunately they didn't have it in stock. The lady working there was so lovely and suggested I order it online instead. She even helped me place the order right there in the shop and let me know when I could expect to receive it. The service was absolutely fantastic and made me feel really special, like a VIP.

I found some really nice charms for my bracelet when I was browsing online. Normally, I would go to the shop to choose things, but this time I thought I'd give online ordering a go. It was great fun scrolling through all the different charms they had available!
Returned ring due to unprofessional sales assistant
I was absolutely shocked by the poor customer service I received from the sales assistant when I tried to return a ring. It's really disappointing, especially during these tough times for businesses, you would expect them to make customer service a priority. But the sales assistant seemed like they didn't care at all about my return, they were really rude and unprofessional. It's a shame because I used to like going to that store every month to treat myself, but now I'll definitely be avoiding it in the future.
New charm and ring
I popped into the store but they were out of the charm I wanted. The assistant there remembered me and helped me pick out two charms and a ring. I also ordered two bracelets and the out of stock charm online. So now Christmas and sweet sixteen presents are sorted thanks to the good deals at Pandora sales.
Jewelry purchase with gift bags
The service was absolutely fantastic, I was kept informed at every stage which was brilliant. The only downside was that one of my charms didn't have a small box for packaging, so I only had a big Pandora bag and gift card. Luckily, I had an extra box from a previous purchase to replace it. Despite this little issue, I would definitely use this service again.

I recently bought this really nice ring online and it came super fast! It was wrapped up really well and the ring itself is gorgeous, so delicate and lovely. I'm really excited to wear it regularly.
Charms purchase
I've been a bit disappointed with my charm shopping experience on this website. Even though I like the discounts when there are sales, I have to say the charms' selection and quality are not great. Some of the charms I got looked a bit cheap and not very well made, which made me wonder if they were worth the money. The website is easy to use, but it's a shame there aren't more detailed product descriptions and reviews from other customers. All in all, I was hoping for a better experience with this brand.
