Refund issue resolved
I had a problem with missing items from my refunds and contacted customer service for help. I spoke with two people, Steve and Liezel, on two separate occasions. They were really helpful and quickly resolved the issue. They responded within a few hours and sorted everything out for me. I was really impressed with how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was satisfied as a customer. Their customer service was outstanding, and it really helped me feel better during a stressful time.
Wrong dress
I bought this really lovely dress online and I couldn't wait for it to arrive, but when the package came, it was the wrong dress! I was gutted because I had my heart set on that particular one. I got in touch with customer service and Catherine E. was amazing, she gave me all the right advice. Once I sent over my shipping receipt, Nelyn told me that my actual dress was on its way. I felt so much better and really thankful for their fast and effective help in sorting everything out.
Refund delay issue
Recently, I had a problem with getting a refund for an item I returned. I waited for three weeks but the tracking system still showed it was processing. So, I decided to contact customer service. Luckily, I was helped by a really nice person called Jade Moron. She quickly sorted out the problem and made sure I got my refund. It was annoying to wait so long for the money back, but I was really impressed with how fast and well Jade Moron dealt with everything.
Late refund
I returned a parcel to the store not long ago and waited a good 15 days without hearing anything about my refund. Feeling a bit annoyed, I decided to get in touch with them to sort it out. To my surprise, they got back to me pretty quickly and sorted the problem out, processing my refund. Big thanks to Aldrin for his speedy help and making the whole thing so easy. I can't thank him enough for sorting it all out!
Sizing issues
I bought some stuff from this online shop not long ago, but I had a bit of a problem with the sizes. They were all either too small or too big, so I had to keep sending them back. What really annoyed me was that they make you pay for returns, which I think is really unfair. I've been shopping with them for a while and never had any big problems before, but this has definitely made me think twice about buying from them again.

Refund for returned item
I had a bit of bother with getting a refund for something I sent back. Even though I hadn't got it yet, I decided to drop customer service an email, and I was really impressed by how fast they got back to me. Rafaela was a real star, she was dead helpful and sorted out the problem quickly. She made sure I got the refund I was due. I'm grateful for the speedy and efficient help I got with sorting this out.
Mix of hit and miss items
I've got some mixed feelings about the clothes I bought recently. I really like the style and quality of them, but I'm frequently let down by the lack of modest choices. It's annoying when you find an item that would be perfect if it wasn't see-through, too short, or too revealing. It'd be fantastic to have a wider range of clothing that caters to people wanting more modest options.

Sort out a return

Quality clothing, excellent customer service
I've been a customer here for more than five years now and I've always been really impressed with the quality of their clothing. The fabric is top quality and the designs are always up-to-date. The customer service is excellent too, always quick to respond and really helpful whenever I've had any questions.

Pink mini dress purchase
I recently bought a pink mini dress from an online store and I have to say, the customer service was really disappointing. The dress ended up being delivered to an address 1.5 hours away from my house, even though I had given them the right address. When I got in touch with customer service, they kept saying it was my fault for putting in the wrong address multiple times. It was pretty annoying because I know my own address and I didn't appreciate being blamed for something that wasn't my fault. Their lack of taking responsibility and the hassle caused by their mistake left me feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed. It's not just about the money, but the principle of the whole situation. I won't be ordering from that store again and I'll be telling my friends and family to steer clear too.

The quality of the items I've received hasn't been great, with sizing problems happening quite often. I used to trust this brand for my clothes, but now I'll have to find somewhere else.
