Quick delivery, high-quality products
I recently made an order with this company and was a bit worried when my package didn't arrive on time. But when I got in touch with customer service, they were really quick to help and sort out the problem. They even went the extra mile by refunding my shipping charge without me needing to request it.
When the package finally did show up, I was really impressed by the quality and how well the items matched the colours shown online. I just have to say, my order got lost in the post and I honestly thought I'd never lay eyes on it. But then, Alyssa from customer service stepped in and promptly re-shipped it. I couldn't believe it when it arrived the next day! That's what you call fantastic customer service! I already liked their products, but now I'm completely smitten with this brand. The quality of their products is exceptional and their customer service is truly remarkable.

I've been really impressed by the top-notch beauty products from Refy Beauty. I've loved using them and have noticed amazing results. The customer service was outstanding, especially thanks to Madame Ella for her dedication to making customers happy and quickly dealing with any questions. The team at Refy Beauty really knows their stuff and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy. I can't recommend their products enough.
Products order
I bought some stuff from Refy Beauty recently and I was really chuffed with everything I got. The quality was top-notch and just what I wanted. But, gutted to see that one of the bits was missing. Emailed customer service and to be fair, Ella got back to me proper quick. She was dead professional and sorted out the missing item straight away. Fair play to her for sorting it out sharpish.
Concealer and Brow Tint
I've just bought the concealer and brow tint from Refy Beauty and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The concealer blends beautifully and gives great coverage, perfect for wearing every day. The brow tint is also easy to apply, great for quick touch-ups when you're in a hurry. I love products that work well and are easy to use, and these definitely tick all the boxes.
Mascara order query
I had a bit of bother with my mascara not turning up when it was supposed to, so I dropped an email to customer service. I was quite taken aback when Sofia got back to me pretty quickly, in just a few days, and gave me a new tracking number. Their customer service was really great, they were so helpful and friendly, making sure I got my hands on my product.
Damaged order replacement
I just ordered something from Refy Beauty and it came all bashed up. I got in touch with their customer service straight away and they sorted me out with a replacement really quickly and for free. They were super efficient and made me feel like a valued customer. Their customer service is top-notch and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

The skincare products I bought from that beauty shop were amazing. They really did wonders for my skin, and the customer service team was so helpful and quick to reply. I liked how they communicated clearly and went the extra mile for their customers. All in all, a really good experience.
Lipstick & Customer Service
I got this lipstick from here and it was absolutely amazing. But when it arrived, it was all smashed up, which was a bit of a bummer. I got in touch with them and they sent me a new one really quickly. The staff here are just so lovely and helpful!
Parcel gone missing
I had an issue with my order and contacted customer service for help. They gave me the option of a refund or to resend my order. I decided to have it resent and they did it really quickly. I have to say, their customer service was excellent!
Missing items in order
That's ridiculous! My order was missing some stuff and it took days for customer service to get back to me. The only good thing I can say is that they did sort out the problem in the end.
Mascara
I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you're in Denmark. I bought a mascara on May 6th and it's now May 23rd, and I still haven't received it. I've reached out to their customer service team several times, but all I've gotten are empty promises with no action being taken.
Next day delivery gift for daughter's birthday
I recently bought a gift for my daughter's birthday, with the promise of next day delivery. To my disappointment, it arrived three days late even though I paid extra for express delivery. The lack of communication from the customer service team added to my frustration, as they only mentioned the delay after the item was already delivered. It was all quite disappointing, and I won't be using this service again.
Beauty products
I bought some beauty products from this shop recently, but I've got a problem with my order. It hasn't been updated since May 21st, and it's not stuck in customs either. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I'm not sure what to do next. I placed my order on May 10th, and I'm getting worried because I haven't heard anything about what's happening. I'm hoping the customer service team can help me out and sort this out quickly.
Quick makeup order
I ordered some makeup products, but the company ended up sending them to my old address instead of the new one I gave them. I saw the mistake as soon as I got the confirmation email, so I rang customer service straight away. Even though I was quick to reach out, they told me it was already too late to sort it out. I think it's pretty shocking and not at all what I expected in terms of service. Businesses need to be more careful and thorough when it comes to handling orders before sending them off.
Beauty products
I was so gutted with my experience at Refy Beauty. I ordered some beauty bits for a special do, but boy, oh boy, the delivery was fashionably late by a whole week! I tried reaching out to customer service to ask what was going on, but can you believe it took them a whole 'nother week to get back to me? Total shambles, if you ask me. They just couldn't keep up with demand, which was a real letdown. If you've got a special bash coming up, I'd suggest getting your bits from Selfridges or one of the more reliable stockists instead.
Order not received after 10 days
I ordered some stuff 10 days back and still haven't got it. I chose the free shipping option that said it would arrive in 5-7 working days, but there hasn't been any news on where it is at. I got in touch with customer service today but haven't heard anything back yet. It's a bit annoying that there wasn't any heads up about the delay in my delivery. The fact that they're not being very clear or professional about this is making me think twice about buying from here again, even if the products are good.
lash sculpt mascara, conjunctivitis, disappointing customer service
I bought the lash sculpt mascara from Refy Beauty not too long ago, but it actually gave me conjunctivitis. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to using it. I contacted customer service about it, and they sent me a long form asking for photos and info on any medical help I got. They said they would check it out and let me know, but a week passed and I still hadn't heard anything. This kind of service is just not on, it's made me feel really frustrated and disappointed.
Birthday gift order
I ordered a birthday present for my mate from this place and it was an absolute disaster! I ordered it ages ago and they didn't bother to keep me updated, such a pain. I eventually received an email saying it was being shipped about 10 days later. Plus, they charged me £4.00 for delivery, what a rip off! Also, didn't get a proper response from customer service, not cool at all.
