    I recently made an order with this company and was a bit worried when my package didn't arrive on time. But when I got in touch with customer service, they were really quick to help and sort out the problem. They even went the extra mile by refunding my shipping charge without me needing to request it.

But, gutted to see that one of the bits was missing. Emailed customer service and to be fair, Ella got back to me proper quick.     I recently bought a gift for my daughter's birthday, with the promise of next day delivery. To my disappointment, it arrived three days late even though I paid extra for express delivery.     I ordered some makeup products, but the company ended up sending them to my old address instead of the new one I gave them. I saw the mistake as soon as I got the confirmation email, so I rang customer service straight away. Even though I was quick to reach out, they told me it was already too late to sort it out. I think it's pretty shocking and not at all what I expected in terms of service. Businesses need to be more careful and thorough when it comes to handling orders before sending them off.

I tried reaching out to customer service to ask what was going on, but can you believe it took them a whole 'nother week to get back to me? Total shambles, if you ask me. They just couldn't keep up with demand, which was a real letdown. If you've got a special bash coming up, I'd suggest getting your bits from Selfridges or one of the more reliable stockists instead.

    I ordered some stuff 10 days back and still haven't got it. I chose the free shipping option that said it would arrive in 5-7 working days, but there hasn't been any news on where it is at. I got in touch with customer service today but haven't heard anything back yet. It's a bit annoying that there wasn't any heads up about the delay in my delivery. The fact that they're not being very clear or professional about this is making me think twice about buying from here again, even if the products are good.

    I bought the lash sculpt mascara from Refy Beauty not too long ago, but it actually gave me conjunctivitis. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to using it. I contacted customer service about it, and they sent me a long form asking for photos and info on any medical help I got. They said they would check it out and let me know, but a week passed and I still hadn't heard anything. This kind of service is just not on, it's made me feel really frustrated and disappointed.

    Birthday gift order

    I ordered a birthday present for my mate from this place and it was an absolute disaster! I ordered it ages ago and they didn't bother to keep me updated, such a pain. I eventually received an email saying it was being shipped about 10 days later. Plus, they charged me £4.00 for delivery, what a rip off! Also, didn't get a proper response from customer service, not cool at all.
