Dell monitor repair

They gave me clear instructions on how to send the monitor for repair. Once they received it, they fixed it and sent it back to me at no extra cost. The whole process was really easy and hassle-free.
The staff at Senetic are friendly, easy to contact, and they respond promptly to any issues. Although there may be some minor issues with deliveries between the UK and Poland, I believe that this company offers one of the best services I've ever come across. Cannon printer/scanner purchase
I ordered a printer/scanner, paid for it upfront and then didn't hear anything for a whole week. When I got in touch with them, they told me it wasn't actually in stock even though their website said it was. The customer service rep who got back to me was from a Croatian domain and their English was a bit basic. They said everything comes from Poland, which was a bit strange. I would recommend steering clear of this company altogether.
Alienware screen purchase for Son's birthday
I bought an Alienware screen from this company as a gift for my Son's birthday. However, just a few weeks later, the screen developed a major fault. I tried to get in touch with the representative, Ewa Klopot, who sold me the screen and is supposed to take care of warranty claims. Unfortunately, she hasn't been very responsive or helpful in solving the problem. I've sent her several emails but haven't received any replies. I am really disappointed with the poor customer service and will not be buying from this company in the future.
4 12TB NAS drives
I recently got myself 4 12TB NAS drives and had a brilliant experience with the company. At first, there was a little issue with the discount code not being applied to the order, but I sent a quick email to customer service, and they sorted it out right away to my liking. The products arrived in just a few days, really well packaged and fresh out of the box. All in all, I had a great time buying from them and would definitely think about buying from them again in the future.

I recently bought an HP DL380 gen 10 server from this company. The server came in a sealed HPE box, and I was happy to see that HPE honoured the 3-year warranty. I've had issues in the past with suppliers giving me equipment with used parts, so it was a relief to get exactly what I wanted from this company. The server is working perfectly and does everything it promised. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase.

I bought something from this company not long ago and even though the prices were good, I was a bit surprised when I got items with European plugs instead of UK ones. Still, the company was pretty responsive when I reached out. It did take a while for the items to get to Ireland, but my partner managed to set everything up in the end. I bought this awesome monitor from Senetic for 1300€, but they sent me a cheaper model instead. I reached out to them to ask about returning it or getting a refund, but it took ages for them to reply with a vague message. Now I'm worried about sending it back because of all the negative reviews I've seen. I even requested a small compensation and a proper receipt, but still haven't heard back from them.
Edgerouter X purchase
I bought an Edgerouter X from this company, and I had quite a frustrating experience, to be honest. They said it was in stock and would be delivered in 3 days, but after a week, the package hadn't even left Poland. The customer service was not great - they didn't keep me updated and took ages to reply. Luckily, I paid with PayPal, so I raised a dispute.
Terrible packaging experience
The packaging for my products was terrible! It fell apart as soon as I opened it, and there was green, sticky mess everywhere. It got on the carpet, our clothes, and was such a pain to clean off our hands. It was disgusting!
Faulty monitor purchase

I bought something from Senetic, but they sent me the wrong thing. I wasn't happy with how they handled it - instead of giving me the right item, they just wanted me to buy an adapter from somewhere else. Their customer service was really bad, so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Hard drives purchase
I bought some hard drives for my business servers recently, and I was really let down by the whole thing. The packaging was really poorly done, and the hard drives turned up all damaged. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they just passed the blame onto the delivery company instead of owning up to their dodgy packaging. Sorting out the return has been a real pain - slow and with really bad communication. It's been more than two weeks since the delivery and I'm still waiting for the replacement hard drives with no updates from Senetic at all. Definitely steer clear of buying from here.
Recent order delayed, no response from customer service regarding delayed dispatch.
I placed an order on the 8th of March and I was expecting it to be dispatched by now. I emailed customer services on the 15th of March but I haven't heard anything back yet. I think good communication is really important, so I'm pretty disappointed that they haven't got back to me. I've ordered from them before and they usually deliver quickly, but this time has made me hesitant about ordering from them again in the future.
