    Dell monitor repair

    I bought a Dell monitor from Senetic, and after a year, the HDMI input stopped working. Even though there was this problem, I was really impressed with Senetic's response and support after the purchase. I got in touch with Senetic, and they quickly got back to me. They gave me clear instructions on how to send the monitor for repair. Once they received it, they fixed it and sent it back to me at no extra cost. The whole process was really easy and hassle-free.

    The staff at Senetic are friendly, easy to contact, and they respond promptly to any issues. Although there may be some minor issues with deliveries between the UK and Poland, I believe that this company offers one of the best services I've ever come across. Their outstanding communication and support after the purchase really make them stand out from other companies in the same field.

    I found a fantastic deal on storage drives for a bargain price. At first, I was a bit unsure because of the mixed reviews, but I decided to give it a go. I ordered 4 drives and made sure to keep track of everything to make sure it was all above board. The drives arrived well-wrapped and in great condition. They passed all the tests with flying colours and were good to go. The warranty had a nice long expiry date too. All in all, it was a pleasant surprise, and I'd definitely think about shopping with this company again for any other tech bits I need.

    Cannon printer/scanner purchase

    I ordered a printer/scanner, paid for it upfront and then didn't hear anything for a whole week. When I got in touch with them, they told me it wasn't actually in stock even though their website said it was. The customer service rep who got back to me was from a Croatian domain and their English was a bit basic. They said everything comes from Poland, which was a bit strange. I would recommend steering clear of this company altogether.

    Alienware screen purchase for Son's birthday

    I bought an Alienware screen from this company as a gift for my Son's birthday. However, just a few weeks later, the screen developed a major fault. I tried to get in touch with the representative, Ewa Klopot, who sold me the screen and is supposed to take care of warranty claims. Unfortunately, she hasn't been very responsive or helpful in solving the problem. I've sent her several emails but haven't received any replies. I am really disappointed with the poor customer service and will not be buying from this company in the future.

    The packaging for my products was terrible! It fell apart as soon as I opened it, and there was green, sticky mess everywhere. It got on the carpet, our clothes, and was such a pain to clean off our hands. It was disgusting!

    Hard drives purchase

    I bought some hard drives for my business servers recently, and I was really let down by the whole thing. The packaging was really poorly done, and the hard drives turned up all damaged. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they just passed the blame onto the delivery company instead of owning up to their dodgy packaging. Sorting out the return has been a real pain - slow and with really bad communication. It's been more than two weeks since the delivery and I'm still waiting for the replacement hard drives with no updates from Senetic at all. Definitely steer clear of buying from here.

    Recent order delayed, no response from customer service regarding delayed dispatch.

    I placed an order on the 8th of March and I was expecting it to be dispatched by now. I emailed customer services on the 15th of March but I haven't heard anything back yet. I think good communication is really important, so I'm pretty disappointed that they haven't got back to me. I've ordered from them before and they usually deliver quickly, but this time has made me hesitant about ordering from them again in the future.
