Wrong size exchanged
The products are top quality and the customer service is excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but they quickly exchanged it without any hassle. Everything went really smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them.
Blanket hoodies
I absolutely adore the blanket hoodies they have at this store! The quality is exceptional, and I just had to order another one. They are incredibly comfy and ideal for those cold evenings spent at home. I highly recommend them if you're in search of a cosy and fashionable loungewear choice.
Thin hooded blanket purchase
I have to say, I was really disappointed with the thin hooded blanket I purchased. It's just not up to the same standard as the one I have from a different brand. It's decent for the price, especially if you're watching the pennies, but luckily I managed to snap it up in the sale and didn't have to pay full whack. It's worth mentioning that the fleece hoody and joggers come up really small, so make sure you go for a bigger size if you're thinking about buying them.
Quick dispatch disappointment
I've had good experiences with this company before because they usually send out orders fast. But my latest order was a bit different. I got an email saying they'd accepted my order and taken payment, but then it just seemed to be stuck in limbo with no reason why. I tried getting in touch through email and chat, but didn't hear anything back. Eventually, the order turned up and everything was in there, so I was happy with the products.
Online purchase
The customer service at this company is absolutely fantastic, but it does look like there's just one person dealing with all the inquiries. I had to change my order recently and Linda was really helpful. She quickly cancelled my old order so I could do a new one before it was sent out, which saved me from any extra costs. It's clear that the employees here really care about their customers and make sure they are happy.
Second order delay and lack of communication
I recently made my second purchase from this company, following a really good first experience. The products I got last time were top-notch, so I was really impressed. But, this second order has been a real let down. It's been more than a month now and still no sign of it. I've tried getting in touch with the company multiple times, sent emails, live chatted on their website, even dropped messages on Messenger, but I've had no response at all. I've had to contact my bank and dispute the charge to get my money back. It's so disappointing to not hear anything from them and to have to deal with this kind of delay. It's really frustrating as a customer.
Cozy lounge suit
I have to say, I was so pleasantly surprised by how comfy the lounge suit I bought turned out to be. It's just lovely, really warm and snug. It's perfect for those chilly evenings when you just want to lounge around the house. The material is so soft and luxurious, it's an absolute joy to wear. I've never felt more relaxed than when I have this lounge suit on. Thank you for giving us such a cosy and top-quality product.
Mystery box purchase
I recently received a mystery box filled with various items. Some of the items were too small for me, but that's not a problem as I plan to donate them to the animals. However, the other items, like pyjamas and snuggly socks, were really cool. The delivery process was super quick and straightforward - I enjoyed every part of it. It's just a shame that they are no longer trading.
Snuggy's Bedtime box
I recently treated myself to a lovely package from Snuggy called the Bedtime bundle box. It came with some super soft and warm trousers and a luxurious mulberry silk pillowcase. I was really impressed by the quality of the products and the wide range of colours they offered. The delivery was also really quick, which meant I could start enjoying my new stuff right away. I loved my first purchase so much that I went ahead and bought two more boxes to give as gifts, along with some Snuggy socks. The socks were just as good quality as everything else and came in some really nice colours. Even when they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock, the company got in touch to suggest some alternatives, which I thought was a nice touch. The customer service and attention to detail from Snuggy really stands out from other companies. I found the automated updates about my delivery really useful and they kept me in the loop the whole time. Overall, I've had a fantastic experience with Snuggy and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Christmas gift purchase
I recently bought a Christmas gift and I was really happy with the quality and the price. The customer service team absolutely blew me away though, they were so helpful. I had a deadline to get the order in time for a special event, and the person I spoke to really went out of their way to make sure it arrived on time. They were like Santa's elves, so dedicated and helpful. I've already told all my friends about this company and how great their customer service is.
Two Snuggy lounge sets, slippers, and socks
I've just received two orders from this company and I'm really happy with both of them. The first order included two lounge sets in black and beige, slippers, and a few pairs of socks, and I have to say they were all great. The quality of the products was even better than I expected, especially the socks which are keeping my feet warm and cosy even in the coldest weather. The second order arrived quickly, just 2 days after I placed it, showing their efficient delivery service. The ongoing sale had some great prices which made me want to place another order. All in all, I'm really pleased with both the products I received and the service I got from this company.
£99 box purchase
I bought a mystery box for £99, hoping to get a mix of stuff worth up to £500. When I opened it, I was gutted as it mostly had sale items, like 3 packs of socks. I had even emailed ahead asking for certain sizes, but nothing worked for me. On the bright side, the quality wasn't bad. It looks like a smart way to get rid of excess stock.

Great products, but I was a bit let down by the customer service. I didn't receive any suggestions for alternatives when the items I wanted were out of stock. On the bright side, I did appreciate the quick refund process. The items that I did receive were really nice quality and super comfortable. All in all, it was a bit of a mixed experience for me.

Nude tracksuit
I was really impressed with my order from this online company. The delivery was quick and all the items were exactly as described. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had listened to feedback from other customers, resulting in the new nude tracksuits being slightly bigger and with deeper pockets. The quality of the tracksuit was really great and I have to say, this online company is the best I've found in a while. It's a shame to hear that they're closing down, but I wish them all the best for the future.

fleecy jogging bottoms
I recently bought 3 fleecy jogging bottoms, but when my order arrived, I got a top instead of the joggers. So, I emailed customer service to sort it out. At first, I didn't hear back, which was annoying, but after sending another email, they apologised and said they'd send the correct items soon. I'm glad they owned up to the mistake and sorted it out quickly. I'm happy with how they handled it in the end.
Multiple items order
I must say, I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a few things back on the 24th of April, but I still haven't heard anything about it. I've tried contacting their customer service through chat, but all I get is silence and no solution. It's so annoying to not know what's happening with something I've already paid for. They should really care more about keeping their customers happy. I would definitely think twice before buying anything from them, you might just end up feeling as let down and annoyed as I do.
Quality purchase
This purchase was such a great deal! It was so easy to order and the best bit is that it didn't cost too much. Even though I paid for delivery, it came sooner than I thought it would. The product itself was really top quality, even better than I was hoping for. I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely be telling my family and friends about it.
