Three items (skirt, top, dress) in pre-sale
I recently bought some stuff from this online shop and I have to say I'm really happy with what I got. I got a skirt, a top, and a dress, all on pre-sale, so I knew there might be a bit of a wait for shipping. The website said it would take 3 weeks, but they actually all arrived separately in less than four weeks - not too shabby! The quality was amazing, especially for the price. The top looked just like the photo, really well made. The skirt was a bit thicker material than I expected, but still lovely. And the dress was absolutely stunning, exactly like the picture. I was really impressed with how well everything was finished. I made sure to check the size guide before ordering, and it paid off - everything fit perfectly.

A big credit to my job

Missing item reshipment
I'm a bit gutted that one of the items from my order didn't arrive, but luckily StyleWe sorted it out sharpish and sent me the missing item without any bother. It was proper impressive how the customer service team dealt with the situation. Especially Lydia, who helped me out, was dead helpful and proper professional the whole time. She kept me in the loop and made sure I got the replacement item quick as a flash. I'm grateful for the quick fix and Lydia's top-notch service.

I bought some new clothes the other day and I have to admit, I was really impressed with the range and the quality of the stuff they had. The website was easy to use and I found exactly what I wanted without any trouble. My only worry is if everything will fit me right, but I'm hopeful it will be okay. All in all, I'm happy with how my shopping went on this website.
Clothing purchase
I must say, the range of styles on this website is really something. I was amazed by all the different clothing options they have, each one with its own special touch and design. But I do wish they would show more pictures of the clothes, including the front and back of each dress or item. It would be really helpful for us customers to see the whole garment before deciding to buy.

I bought some dresses from this online shop recently and I was quite happy with it all. I thought they were really quick with posting my order, which was good to see. But, I think they could do better by making sure the pictures of the products match what you actually get. Like, the dresses looked like linen in the photos, but when they arrived, I found out they were actually made of polyester. It would be nice to see an accurate representation of the items on the website.
Order clothes often
I've been ordering clothes from this site for about 2 years now and I really love it! The clothes always fit me nicely and the material is good quality. Just a tip - remember to check the size chart! I wish they would show the back of the clothes, though. Also, it would be great if they offered bigger sizes for us with larger boobs. But despite those small things, I absolutely love the clothes, the quality, and the service!
Reshipment of lost package
I had a bit of trouble with my order recently - seems like my package got lost or sent back. It was a bit of a letdown, but I've got to give credit to the customer service lady I talked to. She was really helpful and quickly sorted out a new shipment of the same item for me. It's a cool urban-style vest with a stand collar, pockets, buttons, and a belt. It seems like they've taken it off their website without saying anything.
