My trip to the store was absolutely brilliant. The customer service there is fantastic - the staff are really helpful, professional and friendly, making it a really special experience for all customers. I had help from two different salespeople on my visits, and they both gave me great service. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect suit for my event. Their attention to detail and personal recommendations made shopping really easy and enjoyable. I was so impressed with how they made sure I was completely happy with my purchase and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. Overall, the service I got at this store was even better than I expected, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality menswear.
MTM suit purchase
I recently got myself a Made-to-Measure suit from a shop on Vigo Street. The whole process of choosing the fabric, getting measured, and waiting for the suit to be ready went smoothly and quickly. However, I ran into a problem when UPS asked about delivering my suit. Unfortunately, the store couldn't help me sort it out because they couldn't get hold of their customer service team in the USA. I had to deal with UPS myself, which was pretty frustrating as I was hoping for better customer service from them. Despite this hiccup, I have to say the suit itself was even better than I expected. The fit, fabric, and craftsmanship were top-notch. My tip for future customers would be to pick up the suit in-store rather than going for home delivery to avoid any delivery problems.

Wedding suit purchase
I have to say, the customer service at the Suit Supply store in The Mall at Short Hills was absolutely top-notch. As soon as I walked in, the team there made me feel really welcome and they were super attentive. Even though I was actually planning to go to the Manhattan store, I'm so glad I ended up at Short Hills instead. Devon, the salesperson who helped me, was amazing at finding a suit that not only looked good but also fit perfectly into our tight time frame for the wedding. The suit I bought was both comfortable and stylish, just what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my experience there and I'll definitely be going back for future purchases.
Perfect suit and shirt
I recently bought a suit online from a popular store and was left feeling disappointed. It made me hesitant to try again, but I took a chance and ordered a suit and shirt from the same store. To my surprise, I was really pleased with the quality of the items. The suit fits perfectly and just needs a few adjustments from a tailor, plus the fabric is top-notch. The shirt is also reasonably priced for the high quality it provides, much better than others I've seen. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.

I had such a great time at this amazing suit shop with this guy Adrian. He was so helpful and helped me choose some really fancy clothes. He even made sure I looked presentable! There was another guy, Michael, who was also really nice and stylish. I would definitely recommend this place because of them. I'd give it a 10/10 for sure.
Lovely piece suit
I needed some pairs of suits and a shirt with a tie for my wedding. I didn't easily get the color I wanted in the nearby store. I opted for online stores. I ordered a blue suit for myself and a white suit for my groom's men. Quite affordable and lovely suits designs. I got my orders two days earlier than the due date. I wore my suit and it fitted well. Beautiful fabric. Well-tailored. It was made with quality fabric. I gave my groom men their suit and they loved it too. Great design and would last. Easy to wash and maintain. I showed my bride and she loved it too. Five stars for such a great production.

Last-minute suit pickup
My trip to the shop was a real lifesaver at the last minute. Me and the groom, as the maid of honour, were freaking out when we realised the suit hadn't been collected the night before the ceremony. It was a complete nightmare, but luckily a style adviser named Clara at the Frankfurt store really went the extra mile to assist us. She sorted it so we could grab the suit just before the shop opened the next day, making sure we could get to the registry office on time. It was a big effort on her part that we are really grateful for.
Merino cardigan purchase
My experience ordering from Suit Supply was brilliant! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was processed. I placed my order and within an hour, I got a message from the courier service letting me know my package was on its way. The very next day, around lunchtime, my order was delivered right to my door. The merino cardigan I bought was top-notch, just as I had hoped for. I'm really impressed with how smoothly and accurately everything was coordinated to get my order to me in record time.
Suit order
I bought a suit online not too long ago, and it didn't go well, to be honest. I had to try ordering it three times before actually getting it. The customer service wasn't very helpful and took ages to get back to me. Plus, they kept giving me different info compared to the delivery people. Even though I spent a lot of money, I felt like they didn't care about me at all. It was annoying to just get the same old responses and keep being told to speak to the delivery folks when the brand should have fixed the issues. I wouldn't advise shopping with them online, to be honest.

I recently bought a custom-made suit from this place, and honestly, it was a total nightmare. I made the order a week ago and was told it would arrive on Wednesday. But guess what? Wednesday passed, and my suit was nowhere to be found. I tried contacting UPS and messaged the company on WhatsApp, only to be informed that my suit would now arrive on Friday. Friday came and went, and still no suit. They then said it would be delivered by Monday, which is now 9 days since I ordered, and I'm still waiting with no suit in sight. No compensation, no apologies, it's like they don't care about their customers at all. Do yourself a favour and don't bother ordering from here if you actually want to get your items on time.

I made an online purchase from them recently and I wasn't too happy with their after-sales service. I tried contacting them with some questions and all I got back were standard replies that didn't really help. I would recommend being careful when buying from them online, as you might end up losing your money.
Smart blazer
I couldn't believe my luck when I thought I was going to find a nice blazer, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The salesperson seemed disinterested in helping me and was more focused on assisting another customer. They disappeared without even bothering to pin my blazer or ring it up. The arrogance and lack of service were appalling. I won't be returning to Suit Supply. Instead, I went to the Society shop around the corner and bought a few shirts. Suit Supply lacks empathy and customer focus, so I'm sticking with Society.

Ordering was easy enough, but when it came to getting my suit delivered, that's when everything went wrong. I had to wait for weeks for it to turn up, with no real updates or solid information on where it was. The lack of communication and follow-through really got to me, it felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously at all. The service overall was pretty poor, and I definitely expected a lot better. I've never had such bad customer service in all my years of shopping, it was a real let down.
Summer outfits for trip to Tulum
I absolutely loved shopping at this place. I had an appointment with a stylist who was quite tied up, but luckily Philip came to my rescue. His honest feedback on sizes and his recommendations for summer outfits for my upcoming trip to Tulum were just perfect. He really got what I was after and created some amazing looks for me. I will definitely be returning to shop with him again. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience.

I've just got my third suit from this shop and I have to say, I'm really pleased with it. The guy Nawras who helped me was absolutely brilliant, he really knew his stuff and gave me some top advice on picking out the right suit from all the choices they had. They sorted out the alterations quickly and spot on, which made the whole thing even better. Looking forward to going back for my next buy!
Online order return
My experience with the customer service at this company was a complete disaster. I arranged for my return package to be collected, but the courier didn't turn up on the first try, despite me being at home all day. I got in touch with customer service to rearrange the pick-up and asked them to collect it from my work address. However, the new pick-up date fell on a public holiday in Germany, during which I was on holiday. When I got back, the package was still at my work address, untouched. I gave customer service specific open days for my business, but they scheduled the pick-up for a day when the store was closed. I had to email them again to fix the error, only to be told that they couldn't reschedule and I had to take the package to the nearest drop-off point myself. Unfortunately, the drop-off point was not conveniently located in my rural area. I even offered to send the package myself via DHL at my own cost, but didn't receive a response. What should have been a simple return turned into a nightmare due to the incompetence of the customer service team.
Suit, belt
Recently I bought a suit and a belt online, but when I got home from work at 6 pm, the package was missing. I contacted customer service, but they wouldn't look into it with the courier, instead blaming them. They even suggested I investigate with the courier myself. The courier said it was up to the retailer to start inquiries. It's known that the seller is responsible for delivering to the customer, but this retailer didn't own up to any problems. I'm really let down by this and wish I hadn't ordered from them.
