Shower system
I made a mistake with my order at first, but once the office hours opened, they sorted it out quickly. Despite feeling a bit stressed after reading some negative reviews, I was really surprised by how great the service was. Helene, in particular, was so helpful in sorting out the issue efficiently. Any changes or cancellations I made were quickly refunded, and the delivery process went really smoothly and without any stress. One thing they could improve on is providing clearer information on the website about delivery times. It says 7-14 days, but it's important to note that items are shipped from Germany to the UK, so it might take longer. Overall, I'm really impressed and happy with the service from this company.
Lovely after home service and cost effective.
Paid a visit to my cousin after a long while and upon entering the kitchen, I feel in love with the clothings. Like that was not all, I noticed some equipment in the toilet had the same brand name to it. I was forced to ask where she got all those nice stuffs. She then introduced me to SuperBath. For a start, I was like okay I guess they deal basically with toilets and kitchen. But upon finding them online, and their store, I saw more home stuffs even including bedroom stuffs. That made me go back after a while to get my home charged.

He sorted out the problem super quickly, gave me a full refund, and made sure no wrong items were sent out. Big problem sorted
I had a huge issue trying to get my new shower set to fit in my bathroom, it was a complete disaster. Luckily, I spoke to this amazing lady named Candice in customer support, and she was a lifesaver! Candice was like a superhero, she guided me through all of my problems and really came through for me. She even sorted out a return and refund for me, which was incredible. I can't express enough gratitude for all the help she provided. Candice is a total legend and really saved the day!

Geberit Duofix frame purchase
I recently bought a mirror from this bathroom shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The price was really good, so I felt like it was worth the money. The communication from the company was spot on, they replied quickly and gave me all the info I needed when I was buying it. The delivery was fast too, and the mirror came in perfect condition. All in all, I had a really good experience with this shop and I wouldn't think twice about using them again.
A bathtub
So, I just have to say that this place is really good! I was a bit worried at first, but it's all fine. The prices are incredibly low, and I saved a lot of money. I even talked to their customer service once and got a very quick response. The only thing is, they ship everything from Germany, so it took a bit longer to get my bathtub. It said 2 weeks, but it was worth waiting for. The bathtub arrived in perfect condition, so I have no complaints at all.

If you don't mind waiting a bit and you like to plan ahead, then this is the place for you. But if you're a plumber who needs things right away, then maybe try somewhere else.
Shower enclosure purchase
I recently bought a shower enclosure from Superbath and it was an absolute disaster from beginning to end. They initially told me it would take 4 weeks, but then changed it to 6 weeks the next day. It ended up taking a painful 10 weeks for everything to arrive, and when it did, all the items were badly damaged, making them completely useless. I let Superbath know about the damage right away, but I had to take the lead with every communication because they didn't make any effort to reach out. Instead of offering a refund or replacement, they blamed the courier and didn't follow through on their promises to call me back. I had to involve my credit card company to get a refund, as Superbath wasn't helpful at all. To make matters worse, they wouldn't even collect the damaged items, so they sat on my driveway for weeks. Superbath's lack of responsibility and terrible customer service have left me completely stunned.
Shower handle replacement purchase
I recently had a bit of a letdown when buying something from the shop. I just needed a new handle for my shower, but the company doesn't sell spare parts. So, I had to buy a whole new shower set just for one little piece, which I thought was a bit of a waste and hassle. On top of that, I was a bit surprised by the £20 delivery charge, especially since the part was so tiny and light.
High-value toilet purchased
My experience with this company has been absolutely awful. I ordered an expensive toilet back in December, and when it finally arrived in March, it was completely smashed in the box. The delivery driver just refused to take it back and quickly disappeared, leaving me with a broken toilet outside my front door. It's been a complete nightmare dealing with this situation, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and their lack of care for their products is truly shocking. Now I'm stuck waiting for a refund, and based on other people's reviews, I don't think I'll get a quick resolution. Honestly, I'd advise everyone to steer clear of this company at all costs.

I was really impressed by the service I got and wouldn't think twice about using them again in the future.
Bathroom items
I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. It seems like a scam and best to steer clear. I double-checked before buying and they told me the bathroom items were available. But once they took my money, they just kept making excuses about the delivery being delayed. When I tried to cancel my order, they refused to refund me, saying my bank had lost the payment and there was nothing they could do.
