Flower delivery on time
I didn't actually see the flowers, so I can't comment on them specifically. However, I can say that the delivery was on time as promised. It was crucial for me because it was for a special event, and I really needed the flowers to be there on time. I was relieved when they arrived as scheduled, and I value that part of the service. It would have been good to get a notification once the delivery was done just to be sure, but, in general, I was happy with how punctual it was.
Gift bouquet for a volunteer and friend

Large bunch of 75 roses
I bought 75 roses using a discount voucher and I have to say, I was really pleased with the quality. While the regular price might be a bit steep, the flowers I got for the price were fresh and absolutely beautiful. They were delivered right on time on the day I specified, which was ideal for the recipient's birthday. Needless to say, she was over the moon with them.

I received some flowers for Mother's Day in advance, but unfortunately, when they arrived, some of them were broken or squashed. I could only use around 8-10 stems in the vase. 60th birthday gift disappointment
I was a bit let down by my recent purchase. The flowers were nice enough, but I was hoping for something more special for a 60th birthday gift. The biggest disappointment was the 'luxury chocolates' which turned out to be just a basic chocolate bar. The website displayed a lovely box of chocolates, but what arrived was not even close to what was advertised. I felt awkward when my niece opened the present and didn't seem impressed. All in all, I don't think I got good value for the money I paid.
Beautiful roses and lilies bouquet
I've ordered from this company in the past and got the most gorgeous bunch of roses and lilies. The flowers were really fresh and bright, which made for a really lovely display. The only thing that bothered me was that I had asked for them to be delivered on 5th April, but they actually showed up a day earlier, which was a bit inconvenient for me.

I ordered some flowers for my two friends' birthdays using a 50% discount from Groupon. The first order went smoothly, no problems with the voucher code. But the second time, I messed up and entered the wrong code, missing out on the discount. I got in touch with customer service straight away to explain and ask for a partial refund, but they said no. They told me to contact Groupon for the refund, even though they were the ones who had taken my money. Their lack of help and understanding really disappointed me, and now I won't be using their service again.

I ordered some flowers for my mum's birthday but they never turned up! No one even made an effort to deliver them. It was a total disaster. I felt really let down that my mum missed out on her birthday surprise. I was hoping for a note or at least some kind of message to say they attempted delivery but there was no sign. I was really looking forward to surprising my daughter with a lovely bouquet of flowers for her birthday. However, I was left feeling disappointed and upset when the order didn't arrive. I kept waiting for the delivery, but it never came. I even tried sending a couple of emails to get some answers or at least a reply, but I didn't hear anything back. The money was taken from my account right after I made the order, but I didn't receive any confirmation of the purchase and certainly no flowers. It was such a disappointment and it completely spoiled the special occasion.
Extra large bouquet purchase
I was expecting a massive bouquet of flowers, but when it turned up, it wasn't big at all. I could've easily bought a similar one for less money at the store! It's not cool, mate.
Surprise flower delivery
I ordered a surprise flower delivery for my family in Derby, and it arrived on time, but there was a problem with the drop-off instructions. It turned out that my family was out when the flowers were delivered, so I had to get in touch with them to let them know. Instead of leaving the flowers in the "Outbuilding" as I was told, they were left behind the gate and the sun had damaged them. It was a shame because the flowers didn't look as fresh and colourful as they did in the catalogue.
