This company is absolutely terrible! It takes them forever to complete the job, and when they finally do, it's not even done properly. I tried to be polite by asking for more information, but they couldn't even be bothered to reply. It's really not on.

I really want to emphasise this - please, please, do not even think about using this company for any CV writing help. The writers and customer service team are so incompetent and unprofessional, it's shocking. They missed deadlines, messed up my CV drafts completely, and it's been a total nightmare. The formatting was all over the place, the content didn't make sense, and their service was just awful. The only good thing was Skyy from customer service who did try to help, but the rest of the team was just so bad. When I asked for a refund because the final draft was terrible, they had the nerve to say it met their standards. Can you believe it? This company shouldn't be doing CV writing at all, it's a total scam and a waste of time and money.
