Oh my goodness, the roses I received from here were absolutely fantastic. They were such great quality and arrived in really beautiful packaging. And you know what? I also got a complimentary greetings card with them - isn't that cool? The best bit was that they were delivered super early in the morning on Valentine's Day, so it was like the ideal surprise. I would definitely recommend this place, they are just amazing!
Mother's Day Bouquet
I bought a lovely bouquet for Mother's Day the other day. Ordering online was a breeze, and the flowers showed up right on schedule. They were fresh and in great shape, and my mum was thrilled with them. The only downside was that the delivery person failed to ring the bell or knock on the door, so my mum didn't know about the delivery until I got an email. So, I knocked a star off my rating.

I am really disappointed with the flowers I got from this place. They looked half dead when they arrived and were nothing like the vibrant bouquet I ordered. Their refund policy was terrible, and the customer service was hopeless. I recommend staying away from this place! Don't bother spending your money here, you'll only end up disappointed.

Delivery mishap
The delivery service was absolutely terrible. We found the flowers hidden away and they ended up wilting before we even noticed them for days. When we contacted customer service about the problem, they were no help at all and instead blamed us for not checking an image of where the flowers were supposedly left (even though no such image existed). They also said it was our fault for not getting in touch with them sooner. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience.
Wrong recipient and disappointing flowers
I ordered a bouquet from your website recently, and was really disappointed with what was delivered. The flowers looked nothing like the picture I ordered from, and to make matters worse, they were sent to the wrong person. The whole experience was a letdown and definitely not what I was expecting.
