Flight experience review
My recent flight was pretty good overall, but there were a few things that bothered me. The booking process went smoothly, check-in was quick, and the actual flights were quite nice. I was really impressed by the service on board, it was top-notch. The drinks and food were really good as well, way better than I expected and made the whole journey more enjoyable.
However, when we got back, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of help at the airport. Even though we asked for assistance to get off the plane, none was given. The bus dropped us quite far from passport control, and we had to climb loads of stairs. It was tough, especially for older people who found it hard to make the climb. It was a shame to see that passengers' comfort and convenience weren't considered more.On-time performance but some issues
My recent flight was on time which was good, but we encountered a few issues that need to be looked into. Firstly, we paid extra for cabin luggage to make our airport departure quicker, only to discover that passengers who hadn't paid were using up space in the overhead lockers with their under-seat tagged luggage. This caused delays for us who had paid. The airline staff didn't do anything to fix this problem. Secondly, because we booked less than a week before our flight, we couldn't check in online and had to deal with long airport lines. It was a hassle and made the beginning of our journey more stressful than it should have been.
Flight booking experience
My recent booking with this company for a flight was absolutely amazing. The whole process was easy to follow and I had all the information I needed. The staff, whether I spoke to them on the phone or at the airport, were really great. They were professional and made sure everything was taken care of. I want to especially thank them for looking after my wife so well, they were so attentive and helpful. The ground staff and air crew were also fantastic, making the whole experience really pleasant.
Flight experience on an European airline
I recently had the pleasure of flying with a European airline and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cabin crew provided excellent service. It was great that the captain even spoke to the passengers, I always like that personal touch. The plane itself was top-notch too, making the journey comfortable and enjoyable. Flying around 10 times a year in Europe, I can honestly say this airline is a cut above the rest.
Flight experience to Malaga
When we arrived at Malaga airport, there was a massive queue, but luckily it moved quite quickly! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Once we got on the plane, the flight attendants were amazing. They were really kind and attentive, just like our mums but up in the air!
Ticket purchase through travel agent
I recently bought our plane tickets from a travel agent and I have to say I was a bit let down with how the seats were allocated. We booked for a group of five, which included a married couple, but our seats were all over the place on the plane. It wasn't great as we were hoping to sit near each other for the whole flight. It was annoying to see that our requests weren't considered, particularly when booking through a travel agent.

I've always been really impressed with the service I've received from this airline. Booking my holiday flight was a breeze and I never have to worry about any sneaky extra charges with Jet2. The customer service from Jet2 staff is absolutely fantastic. Whenever I chat with them, I always get a friendly and helpful person who goes out of their way to help me. It's their exceptional service that really makes Jet2 stand out and makes a big difference to how customers feel. I can't praise enough the professionalism and care I've experienced from Jet2 staff.
Flights with them never let down
Why would I even think about booking flights with any other airline when Jet2 always delivers for me? I've been travelling with them three times a year for the last five years, and despite a couple of delays (one because of snow and one due to an accident), they've never let me down. Jet2 is my preferred choice for air travel.
Holiday cancellation experience
My experience with Jet2 was an absolute nightmare. It literally took me two whole days to cancel a holiday with them. Their customer service is just terrible - they take ages to respond on WhatsApp and the people you speak to are not reliable at all. The lack of communication and support from their backroom team is unacceptable. While their service in person at the airport and during the holiday itself might be okay, the operations behind the scenes really need improving. I found cancelling with another airline to be a much better experience, as they even refunded me for the airport tax.
Flight experience from Paphos to Birmingham
Our flight from Paphos to Birmingham was a bit of a nightmare due to the lack of clear communication at the gate, which then led to seating problems, noisy children, and parents who didn't seem to care. However, the crew and pilots were brilliant, the food and drink were decent, and thankfully, there were no delays.
Recent flight
I recently had a flight and it was really fun! The plane took off and landed on time, the crew were all very nice and cheerful, and there was loads of legroom. The snacks and drinks were served to our seats really quickly, it was fantastic!
Quick check-in process
The check-in process was really quick and easy, and there were loads of staff around to help out. But, they could have done a better job keeping us updated about any possible delays on the way back.
Flight assistance for Cyprus visit
From the minute I checked in until I landed, the staff at this airline were so helpful and lovely during both parts of my journey. I had asked for assistance getting on the plane, and the help I got made it possible for me to travel alone to see my son in Cyprus. I really appreciate the great service the airline gave me.
Extra legroom disappointment
I always fly with them and usually love their service, but this time was a bit disappointing. I paid extra for legroom because I'm tall, but there wasn't much more space than a regular seat. The seats were really uncomfortable too, which made the flight quite unpleasant. And the chaos at Tenerife airport during passport control was a nightmare. There were only two people working and the line was huge. Despite arriving early, we were at risk of missing our flight. I informed a Jet2 assistant about the problem, but they didn't seem bothered until the last minute. Eventually, they hurried us through, only to be sent back by another lady. It was pure mayhem!
Recent flight experience
The flight experience was pretty good, but let me tell you about Faro Airport - what a nightmare! The queues seemed never-ending and the security checks were a complete mess. It felt like we were being treated like cattle, standing in the heat for over an hour is not a great way to kick off a holiday. It's such a shame that a lovely place like Faro is let down by the chaos at the airport. I wouldn't want anyone to go through that, especially families with kids or people who aren't feeling their best.
Flight experience from Verona to Manchester T2
The flight from Verona to Manchester Terminal 2 was alright, nothing special. The assistance lane was a bit of a trek from the main area, which was a bit annoying. And to top it off, there was a delay at border control because of a dodgy passport scanner, making us wait even longer. By the time we got through, we were the last ones waiting at the baggage carousel.
Recent Jet2 flight
I flew with Jet2 recently and checking in was a breeze, loads of staff around to help out. But, on my flight to Pisa, I couldn't believe how much stuff they were offering in-flight - drinks, food, even duty-free shopping. Seemed a bit over the top for a short flight, especially with everyone crammed in the aisle.
