    End of tenancy clean

    It was easy to book, the followed up with a call to confirm few detail I wasn't sure about - external cleaning of the windows and if the sofa was suitable for steam clean. The team was half an hour late, but they warned me so it wasn't an issue. The cleaning itself was good and I have no complaints, except may be the cleaners should speak better English which will make the communication regarding tasks smoother. All in all it was a good service.

    End of lease, Handyman, Gardening

    I was quite concerned for the cost of all the repairs that needed to be done around the house, the maintenance of the garden and the cleaning inside, before I finally move out. It was an old property, so they sure didn't get an easy task, but all of the services were carried out within a week and it didn't cost an arm and leg thanks to my membership. Also very easy manage bookings through their app.

    I am appalled at the service I have received this morning Tuesday 13th July. I rebooked my gardening service from when you cancelled on Saturday to 8am this morning. No one has arrived. It is 10.33am.
    I have started a Whatapps exchange with Naomi - left 5 messages, none of which have even been read.
    Apart from the sheer frustration of, for the 2nd time in 3 days, my gardening not getting done, it is the total lack of customer services - even my Whatsapp messages being ignored..
    I have used Fantastic Services several times in the passed and have generally been pleased. I recently took out a club membership and this gardening booking was made under that. This is meant to be a priority service. Today it has been nothing short of shocking.
    I keep asking for someone to call me - I can understand Covid etc might mean a service provider can't turn up. It is the total lack of communication and customer care which is unforgiveable.
    The only way for this to be rectified is for someone to call me in the next half an hour - call - not text.

    I have now had some response from Reese who at least responded to my messages. He has found a solution for me with regards to re-booking, however this will need to go ahead for my faith to be anywhere near restored.. I have still requested a call from a manager which I am expecting to receive today.

    Did you get a response? I have been trying to get hold of them over a fourth no-show gardener. I've been charged for it three times, as well as several other random charges. I'm furious. Zero communication or service. They make it impossible to contact them and don't respond.

    Scam Company

    Do not waste your time / money on this company. They are quick to take your money & do not refund when they admit fault for not providing the service that you have paid for. I booked a post build clean. I explained that we needed a deep clean of our house, to remove plaster & dust from our wooden flooring which was destroyed by builders. The service states cleaners will use industrial equipment, detergents & pressure washers. 2 cleaners arrived with a Henry Hoover & a steam mop! I called the office who confirmed their mistake with our booking. My house is still a mess. No refund provided!

    Window Cleaning

    We booked a window cleaner through Fantastic Services and despite online it stating they can clean everything from the ground up to three stories, the provider said he could not reach the top floor of our house. Worse than this, he climbed onto the extension roof at the back of the house and cracked various roof tiles. We complained, provided video and picture evidence of the property damage and Fantastic Services essentially called us liars and said they believed the service provider over us. The customer service was absolutely horrendous and added insult to the property damage caused. I would absolutely avoid using this company and any of their providers!!!

    Removal and packing service

    Superb job, all of our belongings arrived safe and sound at the new house.
    It took them longer than expected and the price was slightly increased at the end, but they really worked hard and were gentle with our furniture.
    It was a very easy move out.

    Window cleaning

    Georgi cleans our windows every month, very pleasant guy. When we switched to regular cleaning, they offered us a very good price. It's a little confusing when I try to reschedule the visits on their app, but they sort it our over the phone if I need help.

    Fantastic sent one of their handyman to address a number of problems in a newlytenanted rental property, one of which was changing some lightbulbs. Unfortunately the handyman who turned up wasn't able to actually to change a lightbulb, saying he needed a certificate. (we were of course charged for the callout)

    One-off cleaning - issues with customer service

    I would urge anyone to *avoid* booking cleaning services through Fantastic Services - their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my lifetime, and so if anything goes wrong with the cleaning job (as happened for me), you will not be able to resolve it. In my particular case, it was the simple issue of the cleaners innocently taking my parking permit with them. I contacted Fantastic Services to request that they inform the cleaners of this error, so that they could e.g. post it to my address. While a seemingly simple request, their customer service agents have for the last 6 weeks done nothing but avoid the actual problem and only offered endless claims that "a supervisor has been advised to look into this, please expect a further update via email", or "Now that I am aware of the situation, I will definitely try to bring it to the attention of my colleagues so they contact you urgently". None of these assurances however have been associated with actual change, and I even offered to contact the cleaners in question myself if they would just give me a direct phone number so that I could arrange to have the item posted. Anytime I attempt to follow up the situation, they typically give the illusion of progress by asking that we switch to another platform - such as Whatsapp rather than email, or that I ring a 'direct' number (which is always an automated service). My only conclusion is that there is no real customer service department, and only agents prompted to wear down customers until they give up and go away. Mine was a simple issue, but the total lack on Fantastic Services part to actually address it has been rather incredible. Had the issue been more serious (e.g. damage to the property), I can only imagine the difficulties. Please avoid.

    Updated review (3 stars) : After posting the above review after 6 weeks of getting nowhere, I received an immediate and prompt response from Fantastic Services. Although they confirmed that the permit could not be recovered, they compensated me for the creation of a new permit through my building managers. While this was ultimately a satisfactory outcome, it should not be necessary to go to such lengths as I did (>1 month of messaging and then posting a negative review online) before receiving customer support.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!

    So many other better, cheaper and more reliable services out there.

    I used to be a member (I just cancelled it) and this means nothing to Fantastic Services in terms of their customer service. I booked an electrician to fix a light and they changed the membership fee for the service (to come and fix the flickering recess lighting). Then they cancelled twice (only giving me 10 pounds for cancelling twice) and then when the job couldn't be completed (due to needing a part) so the electrician spent 10 minutes here then left and said to call back and hill come and install it when the part is in. I called (as instructed to let them know the part was in and they could come and finish the job (which the electrician said would take 15 minutes) and they wanted to charge me all over again for an hour at the full price (no membership discount).

    The customer service representative I spoke to was incredibly rude and talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about and that it was my problem. Incredibly condescending. In a market where there is TONS of competition, you would think they would care a bit more about keeping loyal customers. Will NEVER use fantastic services again and am telling all my friends to avoid it and spend their money elsewhere.

    WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO IN SUCH A RUDE MANNER!

    Fantastic Services has called me back and has apologised and offered to have the electrician come and fix the light for free. I will say the customer services representative who called was very nice and apologetic.

    End of tenancy clean and carpet clean - 12/09/21

    This is the one company you must stay away from. I wish I had checked this website before I used them, I could not find a single positive review of an end of tenancy clean. They charge you a lot for their services and fail to deliver on their promise. I had an end of tenancy clean and carpet clean (£466) and was shocked when I returned to the flat after they had finished. The entire flat was not cleaned at all! It wasn’t just specific areas, it was practically the whole house. When I was pointing out all the issues, the main cleaner just walked out and left with my house keys.

    -The floor was sticky and ...
    -The doors, handles, skirting and window frames was not cleaned at all
    -The light switches were not wiped
    -Inside and outside of the fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer were not cleaned
    -The hob still had grease on
    -The inside of kitchen Cupboards and shelves were not cleaned and wiped
    -The the carpet still had stains and hair
    -The radiators were not wiped
    -Light fitting and shelves were not cleaned, dust still can be seen
    -worktops and surfaces not cleaned
    -Mirrors were dusty and wiping steak were visibly seen all over
    -Limescale and build up in shower and bathroom. Floor and tiles not cleaned
    -Hair in shower drain
    -Shower screen not cleaned

    On the day of the clean, they also added an extra £78 without my agreement (for rooms that do not exist in my flat and not in the original quote) which they also have the tendency to do a lot of. They would have taken it straight out of my account, however I lost my purse and had to cancel my cards. I will not be paying the extra due to the inadequate cleaning service I received.

    This is beyond belief, never in my life I have paid for a service this bad!

    The next day my husband and I spent 11 hours cleaning the flat to a standard I paid them to do, I could not give the keys back to the landlord with the flat in the poor condition they left it in. We could not re-do the carpet as we didn’t have the required equipment and cleaning products at hand and our time was limited as we had to hand in our keys next day. The landlord returned only part of our deposit due to the carpet not being cleaned.

    I raised this with Fantastic Services and was left unsatisfied with their complaints process. They offered a reclean but could only offer a date which was a day after when I was supposed to be handing back my keys to the landlord.

    I provided them with over 100 photos for proof and asked for a refund, but apparently I missed the 10 days reply back time which I was not made aware of to begin with. I emailed back on the 11th day as I was overwhelmed with the stress of a house move and also dealing with two positive Covid test in the household. They could only offered me a refund of 25GBP and two hour clean of my new property.

    Poor and extremely disappointing standard of service, it led to me losing my tenancy deposit. No integrity and accountability from this company. Stay away from them, will save you a lot of money, the loss of a deposit, time and stress.

    The service is absolutely ...... They use subcontractors that's they cannot get hold of and not deliver quality or on time.

    Moreover their customer services don't have a number to call and nobody ever calls you back to resolve any issues.

    I would nvr recommend them or use them again.

    Storage and removal

    I had to move some boxes from my previous address to their storage for a month and then to be delivered back to my new address. We agreed for the storage to be until the 17of September (Friday).

    Only at the time of moving my boxes back to my new address, I were told that the redelivery services (which I was also told was included in the initial price I paid) are carried out only from Monday to Wednesday and are charged £204/two hours. Even to access my boxes personally, the cost would still be of £204. I found this extremely unprofessional, as we were not told this initially. However, they agreed to schedule the delivery for the 17th, which I appreciated.

    We had to waste our day calling them, as their number always directs you to an automatic reply, which tells you that they’ll call you back. The customer service provided through WhatsApp chat replied after a minimum of an hour, hence when we had to meet the drivers who were redelivering our boxes, we could not contact anybody, as we were only given an Irish number to contact.

    The redelivery was scheduled to be carried out between 9-10, while it was carried out between 13-14, forcing us to change our plans, as we had to stay home to wait for them, with no update regarding their location. After the service was completed, we were charged an additional £130, as we were told that the service took more time than expected (however the drivers told us they came late because of problems in the warehouse, hence not because of delivery location or time, which therefore we should not be charged anything for).

    In the end after “bargaining” with fantastic removals for a few days, they said that the maximum amount they could refund us is £70. Which we agreed upon, out of lack of time and energy to further discuss this matter with this company.

    Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service.

    Domestic Cleaning

    Untrustworthy business. This agency cannot be trusted to deliver a booking. Service is unreliable and inconsistent. They have cancelled my bookings several times on the same day as the service or the previous day. Cleaners show up late or not at all. They have no control over their cleaners, who come from a variety of sources. They do not have enough cleaners to deliver on the bookings they accept. They cancelled one of my bookings this week and nobody showed up for the other one.
